2012 hyundai genesis r-spec transmission problems
Hello,
My genesis sedan only has 33k miles on it and I bought it at 21k. I am the 2nd owner and therefore technically outside of warranty, I know this. However, my genesis' transmission has been experiencing rough and occasional slipping shifts every time I drive it. Through research amongst other owners of the same make and model, I have discovered that this issue is quite common in this model year car and that Hyundai has already replaced hundreds if not thousands of these faulty transmissions. When this occurs, it indicates a flaw in the manufacturer's design and I believe Hyundai should take responsibility for that fact and repair or replace the parts under warranty or goodwill if outside of warranty.
A vehicle with 33k miles should not be experiencing transmission problems. Might I note that I also had an issue with my brake ABS hydraulic module on this car as well which I was outside of warranty on, but Hyundai was nice enough to work with me and take care of the replacement under warranty even thought I'm technically not under warranty any longer. So this is not the first major problem/safety concern I've experienced with this vehicle.
I recently, in this past week, went in to get the transmission fluid drained and refilled 5 quarts. I requested they give me a sample of the old fluid for analysis. Well, at 33k miles the fluid should come out bright red and clear. The fluid they gave me was very dark brown, almost black and had the viscosity of water. This indicates something is wrong inside the unit. I am going to have Hyundai test the transmission for diagnosis of internal problems on the 13th of March, 2019.
This problem could cause major damage to the car or myself when driving if it decides to suddenly slip when I am making a turn with oncoming traffic on the way. This makes me feel very unsafe when driving my car.
Specifically, the problem occurs mostly shifting between gears 2&3, 4&5 as well as 5&6 and usually slips RPMs a little from 6 to 7 or 7 to 8. The shifts, when not slipping, will be rough and abrupt. I wouldn't describe it as slamming into gear, but rather a jolt that can be felt in the seat and just isn't as smooth as other gears. I also experience issues when shifting from park to drive, drive to park, park to reverse, reverse to park, or any combination of the described shifts will create a rough clunk when the gear engages. You can also feel a thud when kicking down the accelerator to pass a vehicle as it downshifts through gears.
All of these symptoms on top of a fluid change producing no positive results indicate a problem with the transmission at 33k miles.
I would like Hyundai to diagnose my transmission and in the case they determine it needs replacement, I would like Hyundai Motor America to take full responsibility and replace the unit under warranty as my car is nowhere near the 60, 000 miles criteria even though it is past the 5 year criteria for 2nd owners. This is what they did with my brakes because they felt it was unfair for me to have to cover a design flaw issue in the ABS module when my car is such low miles. This car was marketed as a vehicle that was supposed to last to 100k miles with no issues, thus justifying a 10 year 100k mile warranty. Just because I am a different owner doesn't mean I shouldn't get the same coverage. The warranty is for the car and its' parts - not the driver of the car. I take good care of this car and baby it and am very disappointed in the problems I've already experienced in only 12, 000 miles of ownership. I like Hyundai and their brand and many of my family members and extended family own Hyundais, but if I am treated poorly when bringing up major issues like this that could also potentially be safety concerns for not only myself, but others as well if an accident is caused due to this concern.
Thank you.
operations manager/service department
AC broken while car was still under warranty - service department could not find a leak - replaced the freon - I had the car their four times yet they could find nothing - now the car is 5 months past the warranty and the AC is not working again - the Operations Manager is a horrible representative of Kerry Hyundai, Florence, KY - I would not have him represent me in any fashion.
unethical sales treatment and poor customer service response
I was driving from Shreveport to Houston with my Hyundai Santa Fe 2013 when the engine seized up. When a local tow truck took me to a local mechanic, the diagnosis was frozen ball-bearings. The cheapest option would be to get a used engine and replace at around 5, 000 dollars. Unable to afford this, and assuming the car was outside of warranty, I looked for...

Purchased a car at hyundai pinetown about a year a go, been taking the car in for service as required. I recently had a problem where I was driving in the early hours of the morning on the 21/01/2019 and the heat gage went down, I realized that I needed to get to the nearest garage to fill in water, when that was done I drove off and all was back to normal, I stopped and the robot and I when I attempted driving off, the vehicle switched off, I realized that the vehicle needed more water which was arranged, we poured that water but it seemed as though all the water was leaking somewhere, spoke to my sales person who advice that I take the car to nearest hyundai, which is hyundai 26-27 cato street, durban 4001.
The vehicle is still at the dealership, they informed me that the vehicle was going through an assessment, I then explained to them that my job depend on my car since i'm a sales rep and requested if they could at least provide me with a courtesy car in man time and they will contact me once the vehicle once that was done, it took almost a week to come back to me and I was informed that all courtesy cars are leased out, ive been using public transport since and this has affected my sales performance at work, to the extent that even my manager has contacted them.
They came back to me and informed me that they cant fix my car, cause this was caused by water damage, they implied that I drove my car into water, I then informed them that there hasn't been that much of rain for me to drive through water and I wont drive into water cause I know of the damages it causes to a car. I told them that the only water I used on the car, was the one poured by the patrol station attendant and the one that was filled when the water broke down and I kept leaking and would stay in the water bottle/radiator.
I was told that I will have to get a new engine, I will be given a discount for my engine that will be ordered from korea and it will take 21 working days, to me that seemed like a win situation to them because they were benefiting from diagnosing my car with a water damage, which I disagree doing. When I told them that my car over heated I was told that that was impossible cause it was still new and this showed that they were not aware or didn't know that diagnosis of my car, cause that is exactly what happened, it over heated and that radiator and water was leaking the radiator.
I need my car repaired urgently, my job is at stake and im using public transport to this very day, kindly assist.
hyundai tucson 2016 model
I bought this car in 2017 (second hand) from the Hyundai dealer in Sherwood. I had no problems driving the car in Durban. When I had to go to the Eastern Cape, I found that the bonnet flaps when there is a gust of wind or an oncoming truck. I complained to the salesperson and he asked me to take the car to the Springfield Hyundai workshop the next time I am down in Durban. In January this year, I took the car to Springfield, Durban. They told me that the bonnet was faulty and it would have to be replaced. I told them that I was driving to Port Elizabeth the next day and was told that I could take it P.E. They also told me that I would not be liable for the costs. I phoned the salesperson to arrange a booking for the vehicle in P.E. The salesperson asked me to send him photos of the inside of the bonnet and the release catch. He then told me that he will look at some of the same models and come back to me which he never did. After numerous sms's and phone calls, I eventually got hold of him and he told me that the Springfield branch had no records of my vehicle being there. He also told me that the warranty does not cover the bonnet. I suspect that the car was involved in an accident before I purchased it. The salesperson says that they did a 20 point check on the vehicle and they did not pick up any faults. The right front tyre wore out completely while the other 3 tyres still have half life. The bonnet is slightly raised on the left front side and I assume that this is causing the bonnet not to lock completely. All my further calls to the salesperson is to no avail. He doesn't answer.

tail lamps, steering, transmission, and faulty paint
Yes I am the owner of a 2011 hyundai sonata 2.0t and I have had problems out of the car here and there since about 4 to 5 months after purchasing the car from the hyundai dealership including engine seizing up turbo charger not working and few other problems but those have been fixed for the time being but the problems I have now that haven't been fixed is my steering makes a funny noise when turning and going over bumps and I seen there was a recall on it but for some reason I was told that my car wasnt in that recall at the time I asked to have it fixed. Also the transmission makes a hard thump like noise when I go to shift from or to park most of the time. My passenger door lock does not work if I try to lock or unlock it with the key fob or the electric lock/unlock inside of the vehicle I manually have to lock or unlock the door by hand. Fourth problem is the car basically eats light bulbs I have to replace them every 2 months or so and my tail lamps/ brake lights have got so hot it has melted the harness that the bulbs and sockets are connected to which also melted the back of the bailst where you insert the bulbs and it keeps doing it I have replaced them already once and it has done it again. And since I had the engine replaced/ fixed from the recall on it now my cruise control dont work the light dont light up or anything when I try to cut it on via button on steering wheel and the engine now has a slight shake or shimmy maybe even referred to as bad vibration that is felt worse when idling in park and setting still in neutral or drive at red light etc... Also the rear view mirror is barely visible from sun damage or just a manufacturer flaw and has been that way since right after purchasing and now to the last and most visible defect that hyundai is now becoming known for in the hyundai owners reviews and boards is that my paint is pilling or popping off in spots some as big or bigger then a half dollar coin on the bumper and roof above the windshield really need some answers for my problems I feel like I bought a lemon with all the problems that I have had to deal with and still dealing with and the car has been took care of not neglected would really like to give hyundai corporation a chance to make it right before seeking legal advice
parts rip-off
December 23, 2018
Alternator went on our 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited while we were on our way to NJ.
Had the car towed to Ideal Hyundai/GMC dealer in Fredrick, MD. Since it was the holiday I had to wait until December 26 to hear back from the service department. They diagnosed the problem as the alternator and gave me an estimate of $900 for parts, diagnostic and labor. I thought the price was high but we were stuck.
My son works as an insurance adjuster for a major insurer in NJ and he was able to pull up the costs for this repair in their data base. The cost for labor and diagnostic fee were close but the cost for the part was $110 lower than the dealer quoted. My son indicated that the price in his system was the Hyundai retail price for the part…what Hyundai suggests the dealer sell the part for. This prompted me to call 5 other dealers for comparison: 3 in Maryland, 2 in New Jersey and one in South Carolina. All except one came in with the same price that my son found. The one exception was in South Carolina and was $40 cheaper than all others.
Why is this dealer charging almost 30% more for the part than the others?
When we picked up the car on Saturday I asked why the charge for the part was so much higher...his response was that's what he got from the parts department. I said that this is not fair...I want to talk to a manager...was told he was not in but would be in on the following Monday.
I called Monday and spoke to the Service and Parts Director and told him my story. He said he will look into and get back to me. He called back and spoke to my wife and basically said that the price is what it is and there is nothing unethical about his price. When my wife asked you don't think a 30% markup is unethical, his answer was no. We can charge whatever price we want regardless of what Hyundai sets the cost at.
How nice...Screw the customer...Happy New Year...be aware of your charges and remind me never to frequent this dealer!

unethical behavior from service staff at pearson hyundai
The engine blew up in 2009 hyundai accent with only 36000 miles on 6/7/18. Hyundai motor approved engine replacement. Pearson did not want to do it and made all kinds of excuses to postpone it. Finally on 9/14/18 they did replace the engine but did not release the car to me. At that time I did not know it was completed. On 9/15/18 they pulled my rental car...

I took my 2011 Hyundai for a recall of the AIR CONTRL UNIT to LIA HYUNDAI in HARTFORD CT, when I drove the car into the dealership the front panel was clear and there was NO AIR BAG WARNING when they finished with my car and I started it I noticed the AIR BAG WARNING ON.I immediately told the attendant that there was no WARNING LIGHT ON that this has something to do with the passenger seat weight or module and it may have happened today when the car was serviced for the RECALL and if I wanted to correct the problem I will have fix it myself and pay out of my own pocket I told him there was no way I was going to pay for something I did not do that there must be something electrical they did that caused this problem they ended up taking the car back ln and nothing was accomplished where I needed to make this repair myself and pay for it if I wanted to get it done. I know they mess up my car and who knows how much this passenger seat is going to cost me besides this is something they did I am sure of it.
2017 & a 2018 sonata
In 2017 l purchased a 2017 sonata & was fraudulently told that bluelink would guide me through how to remote start. Not true! Bluelink told me that without push button start l had no remote start. I had traded in a very nice low mileage 2015 Impala that did have remote start. We have bad winters & my wife leaves for her nursing shift at 4:30 am. She did like the car so l traded it in on a 2018 WITH push button start. Have called bluelink a dozen times. Car status still reporting doors are unlocked so it will not start. TWO NEW SONATAS & still don't have remote start! Take this car BACK; l'm tired of this. I am a disabled veteran with depression issues. I can take this. I will be contacting my senator & state attorney general. Hyundai took thousands off me with fraudulent 2017 & now this on 2018 Sonata. I'm done.
I bought my 2017 Hyundai Sonata in March of 2018 from a dealer known as AUTO GIANTS in Temple Hills Md and I did enjoyed the car until this past Thanksgiving holiday on my way to dinner the car was knocking and eventually the engine shut down on me . I got the car towed back to the dealers and after the diagnostic of the issue come to find out that the car needed a new engine due to the timing belt broke and the dealer is trying to charge me 6, 000$ and have the nerve to tell me that I should've bought the warranty when there should've been a 5yr warranty on the engine and tran, , I need help to find out what to do next, , If someone can give me a call and advise me on what to do feel free to contact me at [protected] Mr. JACKSON.

2015 Hyundai Eleantra SE is a LEMON!
We have had problems with this car for years now. It is one thing after another. We had the car in for several issues with the car. Two of the issues the dealership could not even fix the problem. I made a list of all the issues that we are having with the car.
On 11/15/2016 with 12, 185 miles on the car, we had to replace the battery on the car.
On 05/22/2017 with 15, 516 miles on the car, we had to replace (2) tires on the car because the tires were bald.
On 11/03/2017 with 18, 268 on the car, we had to replace the other (2) tires on the car because the tires were bald. We had problems with the car stalling. The dealership could not find anything wrong with the car.
On 01/18/2018 with 20, 747 miles on the car, we had a problem with a sound when the car starts. When the car starts it sounds like metal on metal clinking. It does not matter if the car is cold in the morning or anytime of the day. When I start the car, it makes this sound. I had to tape the sound so the service advisor could hear the sound. The tech could not hear it.
On 02/08/2018 with 20, 749 miles on the car, we still had the problem with a sound when the car started. When the car starts it sounds like metal on metal clinking. The dealership kept the car overnight. The next day the tech did hear the sound. They tested the alternator and it was bad. They had to replace the alternator on the car. Even after the dealership replaced the alternator I still had the same sound as before when I started the car a two day later. The replacement of the alternator did not stop the souund.
On 03/20/2018 with 20, 802 miles on the car, we are still having the same sound when the car is started. It does not matter what time of the day the car is started, the same sound happens. It sounds like a metal on metal clinking. I had a tape of the sound, the tech did not hear a thing.
We are still having the same issue with the sound when the car starts. I am scared to start the car because the dealership can not find out what is wrong with it. I am scared it might blow up when the car starts because of this issue, metal on metal. I had taped this twice but the dealership will not fix this issue because the tech could not hear the sound. Something is seriously wrong with the car or the dealership is lying. It should not be making this metal on metal clinking noise when I start the car. I had several people hear this noise but not the dealership.
We had this one issue with the car since 2016. I have told them about the issue but they never did anything about it or even looked into it, just looked at me like I am nuts. The issue is this. When I fill the car up with gas the (Range for the miles to go on the car) it does not stay the same thing each time. One time it will be 301, 304, 299, 289, or 275. Something is wrong with the Range miles to go. Just the other day, I put gas in the car. I started the car, the Range started at 279, then dropped to 256 before I even left the gas Station. The Range keeps dropping while I am driving. In 1 mile I go, it drops 4 miles or more. I am not in heavy traffic or stop and go driving. I am not speeding or have anything heavy in the car. I do not even know why this issue happens. When I first had this problem, I had to get a new battery. I had the dealership check the battery. The battery was fine. This is happening all the time with the Range issue.
Now, as you read this we had to replace 4 tires, 1 battery, 1 alternator. Still have problem with the metal clinking sound when I start the car and the gas range. I am so afraid when I start the car because of this issue the car will catch on fire or blow up with my mom or myself inside. Since they can not find a thing wrong with the car. This car is a true Lemon.
The car was serviced on 10/29/2018 with 24, 829 miles on the car. The dealership kept the car overnight to see if they can find the issues I am having with the car.Lilly contacted me the next day. The dealership did not hear the issues I heard, but they will repair what they think is the issues with the car. They just went blind on the issues that I was having with the car. They replaced the starter, the fuel level sender and bracket assy roll rod replaced trans mount. I got the car back on 10/31/2018.
The car still was driving rough. The Inspecter from the leasing company even said it was running rough. He said it should not be having this issue. When I started the car a few days after I got the car back, I heard the noise again. The metal on metal sound. The dealership did not fix the issue. They did however, fix the Range issue.
The car is unsafe. My mom called the Hyundai Leasing Company and told them we will be turning the car in because it is unsafe and it was a Lemon. They sent an Inspector out to check the car out. He did hear the issue with the car running rough. He popped the hood up and felt the engine. You could see the engine shaking. He made the statement that the engine should not be doing this. We passed the Inspection. We turned in the car to Hyundai of New Port Richey on the 11/10/2018.
We will never buy another Hyundai again. With all the issues we had with this car and now what is on the news. I do not feel it is fair to charge us for the $400.00 fee to return the car. If the car was safe we would have kept it. In the news it tells about the fires Hyundai is having in their cars. The Sonata, Elantra, Santa Fe, under these conditions we are afraid to keep or get another Hyundai car. The car was just serviced, low miles of 24, 829, very good condition, the Inspector even said that it was in excellent shape. We told him that we kept it garaged all the time. We took very good care of it. I hope you will junk it so that no one gets hurt. We have reported about the car to several agencys. We were told by Hyundai employees that the $400.00 is to clean and prepare the car to be sold at a auction. When we returned the car the car was cleaned inside, wash and waxed outside a total detailed. We should not have to pay for the $400.00.
The car was perfect inside and out. It even had gas in it.
customer service
I have to write here because I have never dealt with such unprofessional people in my entire life. In today's world with competition so steep it is hard to believe business people like this still exist!
Salespeople are pushy and only care about making a sale. The one I dealt with had zero knowledge about the product he was selling and could not explain the difference between the many levels of each model.
The Finance Manager provided the financial information on a post-it note, it consisted of the amount of monthly payment and the downpayment amount, when I asked for other information like the terms he became insulted.
When I pushed for answers why a $23, 000 car would cost me $32, 000 he became irate and told me it was simple math and If I did not understand it I was either stupid or drunk.
Needless to say, I am educated to know to never go back there and do business, I would like to save anyone the grief and humiliation I had to endure!
I am currently dealing with an issue with my 2018 Hyundai Sonata Sport vehicle. First of all, it's been in the shop for the engine light coming on REPEATEDLY 5 or 6 times in the past few months. This last time, Hyundai said they don't know when I will get my vehicle back. As of today, I am driving a rental car (they are paying for) because a loaner vehicle I had (2019 Sonata) had a problem that I kept going back to Hyundai for (check engine light). I asked them to put me in a vehicle other than a Hyundai until I get mine back...IF I GET IT BACK. That was after they put me in an Elantra with the tire pressure light on.
A couple of weeks ago, I got corporate involved. Originally they offered me two car payments for all of my trouble (phone call) but then I received a letter that was quite confusing about what they were asking me to do (settlement). Not being a lawyer, I went off with a letter of my own because settlement sounded like they were trying to get me to relieve them of responsibilities for 2 car payments. Melissa kept telling me that the letter was standard and nothing can be changed on it. How can you send a standard letter when there are so many different situations. After talking to a couple of people, including my local Hyundai dealer, I decided that the least they could do was that since this was the SECOND on-going issue I had with my relatively new vehicle (1st was steering wheel rubbing with large sound that took 3 or 4 trips for it to get better...not go away). So, I guess because I had a rant in my letter (never cursing, calling names, or anything...just frustration) they stopped responding to me as regularly as they were initially. I retrieved my statement, told them I better understood after someone explained, and sent the signed form in for the 2 payments, but now I get nothing on that conversation. Yet, they STILL HAVE MY CAR!
This is my 3rd Hyundai in 9 years, as I really LOVED Hyundais and the service received at my local dealer in Warner Robins, GA. So many other vehicles I could have gotten, but I WAS loyal to the brand. So now, in a couple of days, I've only heard that a new person is working my case and that someone will get back to me regarding Hyundai Motor America purchasing my vehicle back under under Georgia Lemon Law. I messaged Christopher back immediately and have gotten no response regarding me being reimbursed in the meantime. Again...I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE VEHICLE that I pay over $450 per month for.
NO...don't get me a loaner with the same darn problem my vehicle has! Don't give me an Elantra when I'm paying for a Sonata! Don't ignore me as a loyal consumer to Hyundai because I expressed my frustration for losing lots and lots of money every time I take my car to the dealer to be fixed! Either fix my car or buy it...immediately. Already this month, Hyundai has had my vehicle more days that I have! Be professional and own your responsibility of selling a sub-standard product. It's man-made, so stuff happens. I would have been far more interested in possibly purchasing another Hyundai, as I am not an unreasonable person with unreasonable expectations - I want what I pay for! My next car was going to be the Genesis, but NOT!
2011 hyundai sonata
My wife and I have a 2011 Hyundai sonata in which the motor went out. It ended up being a recall. We got a replacement motor. Ever since the motor replacement we have experienced issues with our steering. Never being a problem before, i decided to to back to the dealership( Graham's auto mall, Mansfield oh). A service rep told me there is no way they caused the problem when exchanging the motor. I said even still it is a recall itself (steering shaft 097 recall) they still refused to fix it and telling me it is not their responsibility. I am going to pursue my complaint until it gets fixed. I have filed a complaint with the NHTSA prior to this complaint.
2019 santa fe ultimate awd
I bought this brand new SUV in Sep 2018 from Sussman Hyundai in Abington, PA . Apart from all the good stuff, one thing that keeps annoying everytime is driver side window noise. As soon the car reaches on or above 30mph, wind noise starts coming and really gets irritating. It is fairly noticeable. The same does not happen on front passenger side.
I reported this to dealer the very next day after my purchase. Dealer themselves verified it & said the problem is somewhere around driver side mirror and window & would reach out Hyundai engineers.
Its been over a month and a half & i have got no update from dealer. This is a brand new car and top of line edition from Hyundai. I expect Hyundai engineers to work with dealer to find out the fix as soon as possible.
new lease on vehicle
this is my fourth Hyundai leased vehicle
when turning in my Elantra, I asked and was told that there will be and is not any additional money owed
I did receive a bill for 341.41 from Hyundai finance.
Hyundai finance told me that the Eleantra was sold at auction and the dealer Millenium Hyundai Hempstead NY, paid a prtion on the value
AND IT MY RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY THE ADDITIONAL COST OF THE VEHICLE
THIS IS ABSURD!
THE 341.41 IS EVEN MORE THAT WHAT I PAID ON A MONTHLY PAYMENT
SHAME ON YOU HYUNDAI, CAR SALESMEN ARE THE WORST, THEY HAUNT YOU TO SIGN WITHOUT DISCLOSING ALL THE DETAILS!
THIS WILL BE MY LAST HYUNDAI, YOU HAVE LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER
lots of issue in new bought hyundai i10.
there is several issue/complaint regarding the new bought Hyundai I10 since i drive my new car two month ago (August 2018).
below is the problems regarding the new car.

4. scratches in the drawer (pending)
5. yellowish dot on some of the places in the interior car roof (pending)
6. damaged wiper (one side change, one side still damage)
after this all issues, felt like i am purchasing an old car rather than a brandly new car.
initially, besides expecting for a new car, i am also expecting for a professinal service from Hyundai, unfortunately the car and the service both make me felt really disappointed.

We are still having the same issue with the sound when the car starts. I am scared to start the car because the dealership can not
find out what is wrong with it. I am scared it might blow up when the car starts because of this issue. I had taped this twice
but the dealership will not fix this issue because the tech could not hear the sound. Something is seriously wrong with the car or the dealership is lying.
It should not be making this metal clinking noise when I start the car. I had several people hear this noise but not the dealership.
We had this one issue with the car since 2016. I have told them about the issue but they never did anything about it or even looked into it,
just looked at me like I am nuts. The issue is this. When I fill the car up with gas the (Range for the miles to
go on the car) it does not stay the same thing each time. One time it will be 301, 304, 299, 289, or 275. Something is wrong
with the Range Miles to go. Just the other day, I put gas in the car. I started the car, the Range started at 279, then dropped to 256 before I even left the
gas Station. The Range keeps dropping while I am driving. In 1 mile I go, it drops 4 miles or more. I am not in heavy traffic or stop and go driving. I am not
speeding or have anything heavy in the car. I do not even know why this issue happens. When I first had this problem, I had to get a new battery. I had the
dealership check the battery. The battery was fine. This is happening all the time with the Range issue.
Now, as you read this we had to replace 4 tires, 1 battery, 1 alternator. Still have problem with the metal clinking sound
when I start the car and the gas range. I am so afraid when I start the car because of this issue the car will catch on
fire or blow up with my mom or myself inside. Since they can not find a thing wrong with the car. This car is a true lemon.

I have had my car in the Hyundai shop in Elizabeth city 4 times now.. I am keep being told there is no problem however once I get back home the next day I am experiencing the same thing. I have left the car there over night 2 times now since the problem only occurs 1st start up in am and only last a minute or 2.. however when the car is 1st started it smells like vinager I understand if they can't see a problem It can't be fixed however there has 2 be something that can be done. I have explained 2 rhem several times it's only the 1st start up and only last a minute or 2 I dropped the car off last night again the service rep just told me she drove the car to the back to the shop well hello no wonder the machecics don't smell it.. it only last a minute or 2 at the start up... it's gone in sure time they get in the back..
mitchell hyundai in enterprise alabama
I searched for 2 days at this dealership and found the Santa Fe len plus - I needed a co-signer because my credit score was low- I have been disabled for 2 years and have had some medical bills that was turned over to collection services- I had 2000 dollars for a down payment and 2 co-signers willing to help me. I signed the paperwork on 10/15/2018. The next day I get a call asking how I liked my new Santa Fe - 10 minutes later the dealership called me telling me I had to bring the car back because co-signer #1 had a present chapter 13 which he was paying on time ever month- his credit rating was 770 ish and the chapter 13 was not on credit report- the other co- signer bought all of her vehicles with cash - she is a very wealthy person- I was treated like a common criminal when I took my beautiful Santa Fe back- no one would even looked at me- I'm expecting a large settlement in December and I'm so heart broken over the way I was treated I'm not sure I will purchase a Santa Fe- I certainly don't want to go back to that place- my second co signer credit score was over 700 but had no recent credit so they refused her- I cried for 2 days over this- I had even signed the paperwork! I figured your corporation needed to know how this dealership treated me- and maybe this will not happen to anybody else. Thank you for your time.
