I ordered my first bottle of foundation Jan 20. I did not care for the color or the texture. I went to do a return through your website as a return and when it asked why I was returning, I mentioned shade and texture. It took me to more questions and before I knew it, you were sending me another bottle if a different shade!
I never ordered another bottle, nor do I want another bottle! I want to return Burt the original that I tried once, and the new bottle I just received and never opened!
I want a full refund for both! And I want any possible automatic renewal to be canceled and discontinued!
Since you do not offer a phone number anywhere, I am emailing you my concerns and expect prompt attention to my issue and an immediate refund.
