Riverstone premium rum blend 25g
Hi, i am wondering what the black chunks of tar like substance that i get in all my pouches are? Its sad to see a premium product thats not actually premium. This stuff has been in every pouch for months now and given the constant tax increases its started to get frustrating. Im paying good $$ for mediocre product thats certainly not proving to be premium.

White ox imperial rolling tobacco 50 grm
To whom it may concern, i am writting due to the fact that I have been smoking White Ox for the better part of 20yrs. In recent times the quality of the tobbacco has dipped and then, I brought a pouch on Monday to find this solid, wet, disc like lump in it. Also the amount of bark in recent yrs is to much. Hi, for the past few months every pouch i purchase has these black tar like chunks throughout the pouch. After weighing some of these chunks I'm losing Grams worth of tobacco with every purchase. With the high prices we pay in Australia this is unacceptable. Please fix the issue before i swap to a brand that doesn't have chunks of un smokable tar. This has been happening more and more over the past few months and im over it.

Hi I've been buying your product for alot of years now and have never had so much black balls in the product the small ones never bothered me but my last 3 Or more packs had quite big ball's in them was letting you know so this issue can be brought to your attention

Champion Ruby 20 gram pouch
I have been smoking this product for years but only recently have started to find clumps of resin in the pouches and it has now happened enough times for me to complain. I have noticed these clumps in 15g, 20g and 25g pouches. I just want the weight of tobacco I pay for and I feel I am not receiving this.
I know of others that just dismiss this as part of the tobacco process but I believe it adds weight to the final product which you can not smoke.

The last 3 packets of champion Ruby I have purchased have had big lumps of stem inside the packet it's like big bits of tar even there for I feel like I'm not getting what I've paid for.. They cost to much these days just to let this slide.. I suggest you do something about this as it's causing and issue for me and I believe I wouldn't be the only one this is happening to

Parker and simpson 20s blue
I usually buy parker and simpson 20s in the blue but I have noticed recently that some of the cigarettes taste like menthol which I absolutely hate! Before I turn to another product I'd like to le you know about this and ask what is going on? It costs far too much for a pack and I'm sick of wasting my money on a product I'm not happy with.

Good afternoon, I have smoked riverstone 25g since it came onto the market, I have always smoked a rum flavoured tobacco and have got lots of friends now smoking the riverstone also after I told them how good the product is, lately I have noticed a small dark putty type substance inside each pouch, first there was only a small amount and as weeks have gone buy some pouches have had up to 4grams of this stuff per pouch which overall adds up to quite a bit when im smoking two and a half 25g pouches a week. Parker and simpson tobacco 15 gm
Firstly hate to complain although I feel the need to bring this to your attention. I purchased a pkt of 15 gm Parker and Simpson Tobacco from Woolworths Warnbro Shopping Centre today. After smoking a few cigarettes I noticed a piece of wrapper as I got some tobacco. As I opened up the tobacco to see why I noticed a whole wrapper plastic and paper had been grinded through the Tobacco I have already smoked. My question is how do I return these for a refund?

JPS Blue 25g Tobacco Pouch
I bought a JPS Blue 25g pouch from my local Coles on Saturday afternoon, 24 July 2021.
As I have gotten through my pouch to the bottom half and began to roll a smoke this evening I have found a ball of fluff/hair that was through the tobacco. I pulled it out and was disgusted. I have taken a photo for proof.
I have been smoking for years and have never come across this and would hope no one else does.
I live alone, and do not share my pouch with anyone. There is no way possible that this ball of fluff/hair has made its way to my pouch by my own doing. I have short blonde hair and do not own any animals. The fluff/hair varies of brown, white and grey. Let alone has it gone through to the bottom half of my pouch with out myself noticing to begin with.

Parker and Simpson gold 30's
Hate complaint but feel I need to sorry. I bought my normal pack of 30 parker and simpson golds and had about 3 to 4 smokes noticing a change in strength. Double checked the pack to make sure they were gold and they were. Baffled I had a closer look at the cigarettes them selves and on closer inspection noticed what looks like pin or needle [censored]s in a few smoke I took a pic of a couple and not all the cigarettes had the pin [censored]s. Not willing to take a chance I tossed them in the bin and immediately went and bought more. A few smoke had tobacco fall out into bottom of pack aswell

Horizon 93mm Long Red
Good morning,
I purchased a packet of Horizon 93mm Long Red Cigarettes last night 24th June 2021 at 5.55pm from Woolworths 3091 Mernda Village (Cnr Mernda and Galloway Drive, Mernda VIC 3754)
I opened up packet, the colour of cigarettes looked different, thought the company had possibly changed filter colour from brown to white however, after offering a cigarette to my son & daughter-in-law & lighting up one myself, the taste was disgusting, my daughter-in-law inspected the cigarette & found Davidoff written on filter.
I am pretty angry given we are in Covid lockdown here in Melbourne, my work hours have been reduced, thus reduction in wages, I cant really afford paying top dollar but treat myself rarely to this brand of cigarettes.
Because I had opened & smoked cigarette along with sharing a couple with my son & daughter-in-law, I cannot have a refund from supermarket.
I don't know why there is Davidoff cigarettes inside a packet of Horizon 93mm, the attendant opened a new carton to retrieve packet, something has gone very wrong.
Desired outcome: Refund of $27.95 & investigation.

White ox 50g pouches
Hi my Name is Sami kutluturk I'm 37 years old, my number is [protected], address is 31 Pyrmont bridge Rd Camperdown 2050. I've been smoking White ox for the past 10 years and for the past 4 to 5 years I buy nothing but 50g pouches and haven't had a problem except for probably the last 3-4 pouches have had almost a quarter of bark and still very damp. I'm absolutely fuming as I pay between $110-$125 for each pouch. I've never had to complain before and hope I don't have to again as Ive always enjoyed my white ox.

I purchased a 25g pouch of White Ox Superior Dark Bend on 15/7/2021 at 8:44pm
The tobacco is extremely dry with alot of bark through it. So dry that its difficult to roll into a cigarette and either crumbles and falls out the end or is impossible to smoke as the bark won't light and burns out with a disgusting taste. The packaging has been compromised and as a result the product has become stale. I am seeking a replacement as it is a significant expense and I did not get what I paid for.
