For the 2nd time within the past few mths, I have found hard black lumps (which are not smokable) in my pouches of tobacco, I have been a customer of this brand for yrs & never had a problem. So to have found the same problem within mths makes me want to change brands

So after the company wrecked NZ Champion Ruby, I switched to Dr. Pat. Happy until the last 2 weeks...The tobacco in the last 2 weeks of packets has been cut much more finely than usual. Now half the tobacco falls out of the smoke when rolled! Its usual that you end up with fine cut dregs toward the end of the 50g packet, but recently it has been happening 3/4 of the way thru.
As I have said previously, dont respond that you "take our complaints seriously", I just want you guys to actually address the concerns.

JPS crushball blues 25s
I brought 10 packets this past 3 weeks and 2 of the packets have had bad cigarettes in it with filters not fitted properly and being hard to inhale from TSG and I’m highly disappointed because I’ve been smoking this brand for 2 years and haven’t had and issues other then these 2 packets in the recent weeks I love this brand but with the prices on the rise it is disappointing for the quality to be like this. Parker & Simpson Gold 30’s
Ok today I purchased a 39’s Gold packet of Parker & Simpson from Smokemart in Rockingham Shopping Center. Of course I don’t have the receipt bud it was at approximately 2:45pm Perth time. I always buy them from this shop. 90% of them have something wrong with the filters (extremely soft & squashed when being smoked) Do not seem to last half as long as they normally would.
It is outrageous how much they are here in Australia anyways, and when one or two have that awful taste icky funky taste, it’s bad enough but far go Parker & Simpson - this packet was ridiculous!
Desired outcome: I would like to be reimbursed for the entire packet

Parker & Simpson Tobacco (blue) 15g
I switched to Parker n Simpson for just over two years , each 15g pack of tobacco last me just over a week between eight to nine days .
For a period of time once every few months I will get big chunk/s of something / hard sticks , it’s almost like the chunks are mini bark and the sticks are mini branches. There was a piece that weigh .80 g
I choose to just let it go and try not make a fuss of it , but now recently in the last three months I’ve been getting them in every second park or so and then now the last three in a row.
So now it’s really annoying.
Unfortunately I only have photos of the last three as I never had intention to complain before but now something needs to be said .

Horizon blue 50
The cigarettes have no flavour and seem to have to suck harder to get full flavour I feel like these cigarettes are a lower mg content than "blue" I'm having to cut the filter smaller to get 8 MG's full intake of cigarette

White ox tobacco 50 and 25g
Hi I am a long time customer, and the last 2 months I have purchased 50g and 25 g pouches of white ox PRIMIUM tobacco. Which I my thoughts was not PRIMIUM at all in fact not even smokable. I wasn't that annoyed when I come across the first lot. But them when I got a 2nd and 3rd lot and even a 25 g pouch and the quality was at the very best DISGRACEFUL. I don't understand something must be really gone wrong with your quality control people cause if your company is letting this low quality product out and at today's cost, you are plain robbing us blind. I request a urgent and immediate refund or replacement of my purchase of 3x 50g pouches and 1x25g pouch and that's just what I have kept to show you and return. I have thrown away at least 2 more 50g pouches as well before I decided to say something. And would appreciate them also being replaced or refunded. I am a hair away from getting a governing party involved. But I will wait for your reply within a 7 days and then proceed with my action if nothing is done about this issue. Champion Ruby 25g
Since the packaging change there has been a significant decrease in quality with constant stems and resin chunks. This is beside the horrid taste. In this form Champion is no longer a viable product for any smoker. It's a sham compared to the recipe accompanying the previous packaging. I was lucky to score a dusty old pack from a liquor store that didn't have the clip seal and flap and the taste difference was night and day. I have been using a product that effectively does not correspond to its label.
Desired outcome: I would require all tobacco purchased dated today back until the clip packaging was introduced be replaced with the original preparation up to or exceeding the nominal value I have spent.

JPS evolve loose tobacco 25g pouch

5 packets of your new jps evolve 25g pouches. From IGA at St Marys Tasmania.
The lady told me of your jps and it was $2 a packet cheaper. We believed it would be similar to the original jps blue we smoke. They were $52.95 each so I bought 5 packets to share with my family.
When I opened the packet, I noticed. The smell was like a poor man's port royal. It tastes perfumed and leaves a harsh after-taste.
I spent all my money on a product I believed would be close to the original.
I didn't expect top quality, after all jps is low on the ladder but still smokable.
Now I have to smoke this, my relatives had enough money to go buy replacement product so I have 5 packets, a week's worth of your product.
I am left smoking a horrible product that can't be returned, replaced or even swap with someone.
You should have some information to sales people this product is not similar at all to your existing jps blue but is more "distinctly aromatic blend" to put it in a sales blurb so no one else is duped.
It's infuriating that I can't even return this and people will still buy it and be absolutely disgusted but have to smoke it because of addiction and lack of money

Jps gold 25g pouch not sealing
Purchased jps gold 25mg yesterday from woolworths and the tobacco is completely dried out and the zip lock seal doesn't close. Member of woolworths tried to close the bag for 30 seconds, got it once and said no refunds.. Opened the seal and he couldn't get it closed again. Still said no exchange/refund on a full pouch with faulty packaging and dried out product.

Riverstone premium rum blend
I've been smoking the 25g Riverstone Premium Rum Blend, for at least the last 2 years. Over this time I have found regular large clumps of stem or other hard matter that is not able to be rolled into a cigarette. Today I found the largest piece of hard matter I've ever come across, measuring approx. 14mm x 13mm and 5mm thick. It is plant matter, but too hard and big to roll properly and just has to be discarded. I am unhappy that too often I am coming across this amount of unusable product. Other than this I am very happy with the flavour and taste of this product. I purchase this tobacco from my local Woolworths Store. The price is $51.95 per 25g packet.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund of the price of a 25g packet. Price is $51.95 at my local Woolworths Store. Please improve your quality control to ensure unusable matter does not make it's way into the final packaging.

JPS Blue cigarettes
This is the third packet of JPS blue 40’s I have purchased from Coles Waurnponds and there is a smoke that the filter cover isn’t on properly so the smoke cannot be smoked. There are also big hard chunks of tobacco in a few so the cigarette just goes out.
They are da to expensive for this to continue to keep happening

Hi I have been smoking your tobacco for yeas now I purchased your product from iga Wyndham Vale I purchased this morning and after opening the packet it is dry and stale unfortunate it wasn't the first the previous pouch I purchased from iga Wyndham Vale was the same so it is obviously manufactured issue or store is stocking old products
I am really disappointed as i can not exchange products or get my money back and the tobacco is completely unsmokable I am completely out of pocket and left with having to purchase another pouch through Woolworth which was fine obviously I am stuck with this unsmokable tobacco but I thought the company should know that there is a issue with there tobacco or stores are stocking old tobacco

After smoking jps blue crushball smokos for 4 years, they started tasting like [censored], if they continue to taste like [censored] I will take my smoking business elsewhere that hopefully doesn’t taste like [censored]. White ox superior dark tobacco 25 gram

Riverstone premium rum blend rolling tobacco
The tobacco is starting to have more lumps of a rubbery substance which potentially is resin or the like. As well as "sticks" which is most likely tobacco as well but not consumable. I have a photo and kept a sample if you would like to see them.

The new packaging is really excessive and annoying. The zip lock is hard to open and tobacco goes everywhere every time I open it. The extra long flap is not needed and would like the original packaging back.
Have been a true champion smoker for years and am very disappointed in the new packaging. Very awkward to use when rolling your own cigarettes.
