Indane / Indian Oil Corporation difficulties in booking

I am Muralikumar, 257-Parvathi nagar, Madambakkam, Chennai-600073, using indane gas for the past thirty years, My consumer number is 33860, But in recent times i am not able to book the refill of gas due to not attending my phone calls by The Chella gas agency, 4-Muthalamman street, Selaiyur, Chennai-600073, who is the distributor of the gas of my area, appointed by the Indian Oil, Chennai.Please take the necessary action and advice the agency accordingly and enable me to buy the gas from them.

I am the consumer of Indane cooking gas with Thampuraty Gas Agency, Chirayinkeezhu, My consumer no.19989. I have booked for refilled cylinder on 20th of September 2011 . But, they have not issued the cylinder till the day even though a single cylinder consumer. Now, the telephone number of the gas agency is always in engaged mode. So, Pls take necessary steps to get the cylinders on time.

Indane / Indian Oil Corporation cheating at petrol pump

On 18th Jan 2010, at this petrol pump "Kapoor Auto Service Station Patpargang Society Area, I.P. Extension, Delhi-92", I asked the attendant to fill Rs. 500/- Diesel in my Indigo. I was monitoring the meter but suddenly when the meter was reading around 300 another attendant appeared from another direction and asked me to pay money and sign on the bill which I never asked for. Within a fraction of a second as my attention was diverted the attendant who was filling diesel abruptly pressed some key on the meter and diesel stopped. On hearing the diesel stop sound I immediately turned towards the meter and it showed zero for some seconds and then 500. I got cheated. The attendant had reset the meter. At the rate at which the diesel was being filled into the tank I think I lost around 150 rupees or more. This type of cheating must be stopped...

I was cheated at Laxmi Nagar Petrol Pump. The two attendants diverted my attention from the meter reading and the third suddenly stopped the pump and broght it to zero saying that the filling was complete.

I could observe that the petrol reading in the car did not move at all. Why Is Indian Oil Company allowing such malpractices ?

The petrol bunk in thiruninravur "SREE SAPTHAGIRI ENTERPRISES" adulterates the petrol and also the amount they pour is very less for a litre. I request to take necessary action against them and also suggest people to not go there.

If D.G.petrol pump(bsk 3rd stage bangalore) had a bad rapo before shutting down, then i am really sorry to say that they have been continuing doing the same...today they cheated me for rs50 when i had asked them to fill for rs100...one of them came to me asking to pay him the money and when i turned towards the meter, it showed 50 already and then he asked me again if that was okay...i repeated to him that i wanted petrol for rs100, then he filled again for rs50...i had a doubt, i was waiting there to check and that made those guys worry...they asked me to move as a huge truck was coming in the way...now i really want those ppl to learn a lesson so that ppl like you should not be effected and a renowned petrol pump shouldnt lose its dignity coz of some thieves...if you can help me, lemme know the way to complain against them...

DEAR SIR,

Your kind attenion is drawn to the following facts

1) That Mr Vikas Randev is working with MS
Water Heath India Pvt Ltd and earning high salary .His wife Rashmi is
also working with Ramgarhia Instituation earning good salary. They are
therefore unable to attend the regular working of the Retail Outlet.

2)That the land on which the
RO is alloted does not belong to the appilicants family as 1-3 of it
owned by Amritsaria Mall who died almost ten years ago.Therefore there
is no legal standddi of the appilicant on the land owned by
Amristsaria Mall.

look in to the matter urgently and take suitable action according to
rules

इण्डेन शर्मा गैस एजेंसी उत्तम नगर ने ग्राहकों को परेशान कर रखा है
नई दिल्ली। इण्डेन गैस शर्मा एजेंसी उत्तम नगर नए ग्राहकों को परेशान कर रखा है। यह गैस एजेंसी इण्डेन गैस की घर-घर सप्लाई व नए कनेक्शन बुक करती है। इन्होंने यह नियम बना रखा है कि ग्राहक को नया गैस कनेक्शन तीन बजे बाद ही मिलेगा। मगर यदि कोई ग्राहक यदि सुबह अपने नौकरी पर जाता हो तो उसे कनेक्शन कैसे मिलेगा। बार-बार विनम्रता पूर्वक कहने पर भी यहां का स्टॉफ मदद करने को नही तैयार होता। इसके साथ ये सारे डोकूमेंट होने पर भी नए-नए बहाने लेकर परेशान करते हैं।

ये नए कनेक्शन मांगने वाले को इतना तंग करते हैं कि या तो वो वहां जाना बन्द कर देता है या इनकी धन पूजा करे तभी काम होगा। डब्लूडब्लूडब्लू डॉट आईओसीएल डॉट कॉम पर जाने के बाद पता चलता है कि नया कनेक्शन उसे मिल सकता है जिसके पास इनमें से एक एक निवास पहचान हो- जैसे राशनकार्ड, बिजली बिल, टेलीफोन बिल, पासपोर्ट, इमप्लायर्स सर्टिफिकेट, फ्लैट एलाटमेंट, पजेशन लेटर, हॉउस रजिस्ट्रेशन पेपर, एलआईसी पॉलिसी, ओटर आइडेंटिटी कॉर्ड, रेंट रिसिप्ट, पैन कोर्ड या ड्राइवरी लाइसेंस रखता हो।

मगर उत्तम नगर की इण्डेन शर्मा गैस एजेंसी इण्डियन ऑयल कंपनी से भी उपर हो गई है। यदि कोई व्यक्ति राशन कार्ड रखता हो मगर रेंट पर हो तो उसके लिए एफीडेविट, बिजली बिल, रेंट एग्रीमेंट, ओटर आइडेंटिटी कॉर्ड आदि सब चाहिए। जब इस तरह के इतने डोकूमेंट चाहिए तो कंपनी क्यों नही इन सबको अपनी बेबसाइट में मेंशन किया। होना यह चाहिए कि जिस व्यक्ति के पास राशनकार्ड है और रेंट पर रह रहा है तो वो मकान मालिक से लिखवा के दे दे मगर ये लोग नए गैस कनेक्शन देने के नाम पर किसी व्यक्ति को इतना परेशान जलील करते हैं कि वो व्यक्ति आना ही छोड़ दे। क्या ये लोग इस तरह की हरकत कर जनता की सेवा कर रहे हैं। किसी शिकायत के लिए एसिस्टेंट मैनेजर, एरिया मैनेजर या स्टेट मैनेजर को फोन करो तो कोई फोन ही नही उठाता। ये लोग जनता की सेवा करने के लिए बैठे हैं या जनता को परेशान करने के लिए बैठे हैं।
अभी आगे-आगे देखना है कि ये कितना पापड़ बेलवाते हैं।

Indane / Indian Oil Corporation non delivery of cylender after 1 month

Dear sir,

We have booked our gas threw phone from about 15time from 1 month, in S & P Enterprises, My Consumer no. 12476 in name of Anil Kumar, every time S & P Enterprises excutive says " Your gas is booked and you will get your cylender within two days but yesterday when i called to S & P Enterprises they said your gas is not booked, now i am booking your gas.
Every time we are facing this problem with S & P Enterprises, when we talk about delay they arguing with us very rudely, need stricket action againest these compney.

sir
i am an indane LPG consumer with services of SWATHI AGENCIIES in triplicane, chennai. My consumer code is 25740 sir, i have applied for refilling of gas on 28 th december for home delivery but thanks to the service of SWATHI AGENCIIES, i haven't received it yet. i manually complaint about it at their office.every time i have been told that gas will be delivered today only but i didn't.this late delivery system in this place is normal. so please take necessary actions on this matter as soon as possible.

I’m a customer of Indane LPG gas ( NoU1585) through their dealer Anathapuri agencies at Trivandrum, Kerala. I have booked a refill on 03.10.07 and till date we have not yet received the refill. At the time of booking the lady confirmed that the same will be delivered on or before 20.10.07. Today upon my verifications she is not ready to respect me as a customer and was not even ready to answer our queries properly. As we live in a big city we have limitations on the fuel and these arrogant behaviors are not acceptable. We have two cylinders and both of them were empty so we requested them to book one more cylinder which she abruptly denied without citing any reasons. The denial such essential services should be dealt with required seriousness as food is an absolute necessity for the mankind.

captain gas agency of indane gas situated at pratap vihar ghaziabad refuses to book refilled gas for next twenty days of last supply and they supply the refilled gas after twenty days of booking for refilled gas.Thus a consumer has to wait for at least fourty days for getting a refille gas.In between their vendors supply refilled gas by over charging 50 to 70 Rs.If someone complains then the vendors as well as the counter man of the agency mis behave with the customers.pls take an early action against the agency.thanks

Respected sir,

I register for new LPG Indane gas connection. My new connection Reg No.[protected] and the running Sl. No. 14078 at the time of Reg. date 10th Feb 2017, in M/S.Sai Chithra Agency, No.37, 1st floor, Anna Main Road, M.G.R.Nagar, K.K.Nagar, Chennai - 600078. Ph.044-[protected] / [protected] / [protected].
Actually My wife pregnant now, in that situation we got one spare of LPG cylinder from my relation by mercy. The problem is that, when I registered for LPG new connection the agency people didn't conveyed like you shouldn't use gas cylinder from anyone. But, when I went with the call letter for connection they guide me after verification only we will give on that time also they are not conveyed you shouln't use any other connection even by lend one. Now also I don't have any Gas Connection in my name.
Then they made check you are using original regulator. But we didn't. They simply refusing me due to their non-ability of supply to customers. same thing happened to my neighbour also.
So, guide me how to get the connection. After their advice we given back the cylinder to my relation. Now they not even interested to come and verify my connection. Give me the reply as early as possible.

i am an indane LPG consumer with services of A .M.U GAS agency in, ALIGARH ( u.p). My consumer code is 33790 sir, i have applied for refilling of gas on 21 th december for home delivery but thanks to the service of A.M.UGAS AGENCY, i haven't received it yet. i manually complaint about it at their office.every time i have been told that gas will be delivered today only but i didn't.this late delivery system in this place is normal. so please take necessary actions on this matter as soon as possible . IM SORRY ITS NOT 28 DEC. BUT IT IS 21DECEMBER

I’m a customer of Indane LPG gas through their dealer Jai jawan gas agencies at Sec-7, dwarka-new delhi. I have booked a refill on 24.06.09 and till date we have not yet received the refill. At the time of booking the man confirmed that the same will be delivered on or before 25.06.09 afternoon. Today upon my verifications he is not ready to respect me as a customer and was not even ready to answer our queries properly. As we live in a big city we have limitations on the fuel and these arrogant behaviors are not acceptable. We have two cylinders and both of them were empty so we requested them to book one more cylinder which she abruptly denied without citing any reasons and he told me before 21 days you can not book cylinder. I asked him ther is any law then tell us then he told me what ever we are saying that is correct. The denial such essential services should be dealt with required seriousness as food is an absolute necessity for the mankind.

I am customer (consumer # 3996)of Indane gas our dealer/ supplier of gas cylindeer is VEER JOYTI at Panchsheel Enclave, New Delhi - 17. This is regular feature of the agency

1// Whenever we try to call either they do not pick the telephone it will ringing continueously or for long time it is engaged. It was noticed personally at times when we visit the agency, they just keep the phone off the hook. It is very difficult to get the number.

2// After making the booking they are supose to diliver the cylinder within 4days as per their commitment, but it never delivered 8-10days even after reminding them several times.

3// It was also notice and we had been cheated by the agnecy by delivering cylinder with less weight or tempered seal. Moreover their delivery boy are transferring the gas from one cylinder to empty cylinder to sale the same in black.

4// Their staff at the counter are so rude and not at all customer friendly, if we tell them for comaplining against them they say " GO AND DO WAHTEVER YOU WANT TO DO" as if they are supreme.

This is my request kindly take strict action against the agency, streamline the delivery procedure as per Government guidelines and revert back.

My consumer no 17868, gas distributor name Kalpana indane gas agency MC layout vijayanagar bangalore. I had applied for second cylinder in the month of October 2012. Till now i have not got cylinder, i had submitted kyc along with Rs 1000/- bond.
After submitting the above documents they did not give any acknowledgement. When I asked for the same they told me that it not required, we would inform you on your cell when cylinders in stock. It is completed one year now i did not get cylinder. I had been to distributor office for four times, now they are asking me the acknowledgement with giving acknowledgement can i show them the acknowledgement. When I told them that you have not given me acknowledgement they are replying that we will call you if cylinders available. even they are not picking my calls it is engaging or continuously ringing. When i want to log complaint against the distributor in indane gas website it is asking me the consumer no when entered the c n it is not taking. kindly help in this regard. this is worest service i ever seen by the Kalpana gas agency banglore.

I am a consumr of Chirantani Gas agency, 6, Bangur Ave, Block-C, kolkata-55. My consumer id is BA 14572. Two days back Indane gas agency had delivered me a gas cylinder after a few hours i came to know that cylinder is leak immediately i had make a call to Indane customer service cell to complaint about. But no body pick-up the phone 24 HRS. CUSTOMER SERVICE :[protected]/[protected] (NO REPONSE)

I am very surprise to know that how irresponsible is their customer service desk. This is cheating with customers and must be penalties for this behavior.

I am bringing to your notice the non co-operative attitude of your agent Atrauli Gas Service, Atrauli, Aligarh (U.P.)

I kindly inform to you that Atrauli Gas Service, Atrauli(Aligarh) U.P. is not deliver refill at home, if hocker bring refill than he demand Rs. 10 for home delivery.

I have booking for last month still I don't get my refill.

In Local market refill is available on extra coast about Rs. 450 to 500 but there is no gas available on gas agency.

Indane / Indian Oil Corporation second cylinder required

Hi

This is the complaint regardng the issunce of 2nd cylinder on my single cnection. When i approached the Agency he asked me about the recipt o first cylinder which he gave to me 1 year before, which at that time he did no told any importance. Although i have the Gas card which i shown to him but he refused to issue the 2nd cylinder. I just wanted to know the guidelines of Indane for the issuance of 2nd cylinder and if his demand for the first receipt is feasible or not.

I wish to state that I am holding Indane LPG connection from the year March 1976 under the name P K BANERJEE. However, in April 2008 I was requested by your dealer
SHREE BAJRANG INDANE operating from 8, RAVI COMPLEX, BACK SIDE OF PETROL PUMP, KAGALNAGAR, SONARI, JAMSHEDPUR, SINGHBHUM, JHARKHAND to furnish my full name for updation of record at your end. I had complied the same by submitting a copy of my PAN card where in my full is mentioned as PABITRA KUMAR BANERJEE. To my surprise and utter dis appointment I found that my name has been recorded as PABITRA CHANDRA BANERJEE. I had requested my dealer SHREE BAJRANG INDANE to rectify the same twice in the past (in August 2008 & Oct 2008) and till date the action is pending at your end. I wish to convey my disapointment through this mail and once again request you to please mention my correct name " PABITRA KUMAR BANERJEE " in your record for all purposes.

Indane / Indian Oil Corporation delay in supply of cooking gas

I booked for refilling INDANE cooking gas on 28 october 2009at the Bharat Gas agency in Varkala, Trivandrum district in Kerala. The firm hasn't yet supplied filled cylinder at our residence . We pay Rs 325 for supplying gas cylinder at our residence.My husband and I repeatedly approach the Gas Agency on 04/12/2009, 08/12/2009, and12/12/2009 We repeatedly complained against the non availability of cooking gas over his phone no [protected] and the other no in the land line 0470 2601680remains unattended. Both I and my husband are government employees and are facing acute difficulty, in our daily routine due to non availability of cooking medium. You are requested to interfere in matter and correct the institution at the earliest.The behaviour of the gas agency is a clear example of in efficiency and misbehavior .Kindly take necessory actions against the irresponsibility of the agency at the earliest .

i have a lpg gas connection consumer no.13587 name of rajinder kaur h.no-1308/4 bahera road patiala.i am the consumer of LEO GAS SERVICE near ayurvedic college moti bagh gurdwara road ph-2211099. this agency owner is so bad men, sorry

in hindi- sir humara sahar main 15 truck /month aate hai, but public ko phir bhi domastic cylinder nahi milta, because 12truck/month black main bahar jate hain, jo Rs-550 ka bkack hota hai, near 20km. tak koi agency nahi hai,

yes I am very much agree with the concern of that person I am also very bother by the the agency whenver I book refill through ivrs systm of indan gas.. but there is not nay response given by the agency I have to call again & again to angcy for gas.. but no one hangs phone... or it was engage some time. My consumer no. is NK-13995.. if this will be countiue I'll have to go consumer court...

Every time i booked gas cylinder for refill, it's not delivered on time. There's always a delay sometimes it's beyond an unbearable delay of 15 days or more so. I've a gas connection with this agency NEELKANTH GAS SERVICE C-1/12, Vashishth Park, Opp. Janak cinema petrol pump, Pankha road, NEW DELHI under this consumer id NK-14978. A few staffs of this agency shows arrogant attitudes toward the customer. Many times i'd to argue regarding undelivery of gas cylinder on time. Yesterday i'd again an unpleasant moment with one of the male staff. He doesn't want to take note of my booking gas connection which i booked on 26th Feb. 2010 through a computerised generated service-011-[protected]. He seems to have no good concern with my problems. Just he avoided me by saying my matters will be resolved. I get the same preaching everytime I book for gas refill. Because of this unappreciable attitude I request the honorable authority to have a look in this matter with a quick step. I've a deep faith in the authority.

My self Srmt. Mamta Devi, living in Mata Colony, Dasna, Gzb.My husband servicing in Army in Bekanair, Rajisthan.I am living with my child.I have very big problem with my gas agency.They are not
deleaver cylinder on time.Every time they are saying for shortage while they are deleavering in black sale in Rs.450/- per cylinder without any booking or without any coupan.
I have booked my cylinder for the last 3-4 days, but they are booking for next 16 days.While i am taking cylinder once within 3 months because of my need.When i go to take cylinder they have very bed behavior with the customer.
While my husband saving life all the indians on border with enemy threads but these internal threads
not giving well services for their wealth.So please take action immideatly for me.
Please get my complaint solved immediately and arrange to get the gas immideatly booking done. The agency is not giving proper service for the last year.

I booked online (booking no.900085) for refill on 10-12-14 and once contacted to office their prompt reply was, you have booked for refill in less than 21 days we will cancel this booking, I was totally confused with the statement made by the incharge booking because I had read in news paper that there is no such compulsion now and as on Jan 1 I am still waiting for the refill to be supplied

Ambey gas service is doing very good by writing gas cylinder number in blue book so black marketers cannot do black in market.

I think Ambey enterprises stopped the black marketers and push all the black marketers to no entry in agencies customers are getting good services in agency I can mentioned many customers who want to get connection in Ambey enterprises for good service. I think black marketers are doing false complaints because they are not getting gas cylinder from the agency.

sir no control on black marketing at M/S Ambay Enterprises yamuna nagar haryana.it has come openly in black market than ago, he has not any fear of any complaint.the black marketing has been increase at this agency after complaints.he says i will not take any improvement in my agency.godown will closed after 11:00 p.m. but the black marketing running full days, bogus home delivery and cash and carry slips are selling on very high rates to black marketers.but nobody ask to them that what he doing. because the owner is politician.he is going to loss the government and indianoil company.whic can be much loss of government, so government also should come in this matter because no action is taking by any officer against this agency.

with regards, to take kind in your knowledge m/s ambay enterprises indane l.p.g distributor yamuna nagar not stop for black marketing, the style has been changed for black, home delivery auto are departure for home delivery supply, but that is not true, in fact they are going for the black in the order of agency owner and official employees, which booked the false home delivery (70%). in the evening these auto come back and give back the slips which was issued by its employee actual slips not entered in the computer system second part of the delivery slips more than 70%.these slips are safely kept for the next days, which slips are issued to the delivery boys are bogus which has not any address proof at same address. if any type of information complaint or visit any officer, they fill the stock board out side which is situated at agency, otherwise this stock board always empty no date is mention in this stock board, all over this agency is supply the false l.p.g delivery. there is no care taker of this agency, if the owner out the 10 slips the employees of the agency out 40 to 50 slips, in the previous record of this agency is so poor, that one time the customer thought that change the agency, but helpless customers do not want all this because there is not hearing.there was only one response that we are helpless to take any action against this agency. if checked the previous stock record of this agency before 1august 2014 to 19 august 2014, you will find that how they blacked with false slips which was not matched with customer copies, it seems that dealer and its employee have not any type of administrator. with regards,

sir it is inform to you that is many fraud at ambay enterprises l.p.g distributor yamuna nagar haryana. there is total fraud. there is no true supply issued by distributor, today dated 30/08/2014 saturday and 31/08/2014 sunday total gas was black, because sunday was holiday and closing day so they take benefit of all this.fully bogus slips was issued to the black marketers and home delivery suppliers.(home delivery loading auto delivery men).those slips were issued to these persons that was not true.that was only slips which monthly time expired(monthly kota ) full days these auto delivery men seen at sweet shops and other shops where these domestic clynder use for commercial.some private auto rickshaw and cars also seen at godown carrying domestic clynder in large number.so please check the stock of this agency 30/08/2014 and delivery 31/08/2014 because the gas was supply only by home delivery on sunday 31/08/2014.godown supply was not delivered same day. thanks and regards. som parkash

My self Sanjay Tangri, living in Shakti nagar exibition ground Bulandshahr. I am working in Public Sector Company. I have booked my gas on 8.3.2011 and visited to the agency on 18.3.2011 & 19.3.2011 same days they told that you will get the delivery tomorrow. But till date i.e24.3.2011 it was not delivered. Last delivery i have received on 8.2.2011. Can a middle class family run his kitchen without gas? Today also i have called manager on mobile no [protected] so manny times but he has not picked up the phone.
Every time they are saying for shortage, while they are selling gas in black @ Rs.550/- per cylinder without any booking or without any coupon. The behavior of staff is very rude. Staff is also not giving the mobile no of owner to whom complaint may be lodged. Agency owner have given one month time for next booking, if they deliver the gas after two months, the will take one more month for next booking . consumer will get cylinder in four months. Can a middle class family run his kitchen without gas? In general also gas agency is not giving proper service to others this is a public opinion

So please take action against the owner, so that i can get my gas timely & further i should not face such type of problem.

On 23.07.2009, I had booked a cylinder with Sukhdev Vihar gas agency –in Sukhdev Vihar Gas Service 18, Masih Garh, Sukhdev Vihar New Delhi My consumer number is 5900 Gas booking No. - Not given . Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I called up the agency to enquirer about it, the staff didn’t provide any proper information about it, they were not even ready to talk for more than few seconds. Also the guy (Saleem) who supplies the Gas door to door behaves very badly. I have only single cylinder connection.

respected sir,
since the gas booking has started registering through mobile from that day gas cylinder is being delivered us within 20 -25 days from the day it is booked .this happens in every month .It is our humble request you to find what the reason is? Our gas agency address is Babarpur Gas Service, c-3/4, Gali no.3, Babarpur Extn, Kabir Nagar Delhi-94 but on the other hand we think that there is no shortage of cylinders in indane gas. like in this month we booked our gas cylinder on 21th August 2011 through mobile the booking number is 1234762 and now 11days are overd and we dont know the status of the gas cylinder delivery .
I hope that matter will be solved as soon as possible.

Indane / Indian Oil Corporation irresponsible & humiliation behavior of your dealer – nadiamman gas agency, pattukkottai, tamil nadu state, india

Respected Sir,

As per the above subject, for the past some months [more than a year] your dealer’s [Nadiamman Gas Agency, Pattukkottai, Pattukkottai Taluk, Thanjavur District, Tamil Nadu] behaviour, attitude and approach is going on worst, irresponsible and careless.

The Dealer’s main mode of business is, maintaining the good customer relationship and smooth flow of cylinder supply. But the people working in the Nadiamman Agency is very rough and never consider customer as humans. Not properly response in the telephone, not properly supply the cylinder, not properly register the cylinder booking, etc………………..

Many times they never pick the telephone or make the telephone always engaged by throwing out the receiver. If they attend the call very rarely, their words and speech is that much worst and rough and rude. None can tolerate.

This complaint is not submitted by a single man, but the entire and surrounding locality’s complaint. Even the matter is reflected in Dinamalar [Tamil Nadu’s regional Tamil newspaper]. Lion’s Club members, social service people and reputed people in the locality spoke to them to behave customer friendly. But as I mentioned earlier they never consider customer as humans.

To know the fact more, you can send your people and enquire to the Nadiamman Gas Agency’s customers. Each will say a never ending story. That kind of agony and humiliation we were met and still facing, something are beyond the words.

Some people told that they always make the cylinder supply as artificial demand, in order to move the cylinder in black market - particularly for LPG supported vehicles.

We humbly and politely request you please and kindly either change the dealership or command them to behave customer friendly and ask them to attend the call with polite speech. They are creating their own rules for cylinder booking and cylinder supply. Please force them to throw all the brutal, beastly and inhuman rules.

Please make the cylinder supply very smooth without any hindrance in our locality.

We tried all our best solutions but failed. Ultimately you are our last hope. Looking forward your favorable, fruitful, constructive and concrete response.

A prompt and necessary action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

Thanks a lot in anticipation for your great cooperation.

Sir or Madam,
I am a customer of indane with customer no RT-1123 and have been resisted with RAGHU GAS SERVICE 28-29. Kamla Nehru Mkt, Khandsa Road, Gurgaon Haryana (Code No. 33-01-3167, Tel No- [protected] ).
I have booked my cylinder on 20-10-09 but till date it is not delivered I am facing a lots of problems, they are telling it will come today and tomorrow but nothing happening. Day before yesterday my 2nd cylinder became empty at 10 pm. I don’t understand what to do in the night. Then I purchase an electric heater.
The fact is the rule said by the Indane people that the booking will be accepted only after 25 days of first cylinder delivery (incase of having 2 cylinders) But even though the booking made as mentioned the cylinders are still reaching home after 20 days later that the mentioned time. I'm & my friends who are register with Raghu Gas Service are fed up with the Indane gas service. Some of my friends has taken new connection from HP. I am also thinking for the same. IOC officials are requested to give an ear to this complaint or lose the goodwill and business.
Kindly intervene into the matter and help me

Indane / Indian Oil Corporation delay in supply

Satya Sai Gas Agency is not supplying cylinder in time. This time I have booked on 24.10.2009 and my previous booking was on 25.09.2009. But till date 07.11.2009 they have not supplied us cylinder. Today when I enquired then they have responded that your time of 22 days after supply is not completed. therefore we will not supply you. look to the date of booking. first there is no such rule is exiting and even existing then how my point is not valid. Always these fellow are misbehaving and if you try to talk to Mr Diwaker (Indane oil official) many times he will not pick up phone.
Then where to go with these complain. This is the situation with every consumer. How long kanpurian has to face these situations? Is there any solution of these problem? Can any one take action against these fellow? If not let them get richer by doing all malpractices and we have to watch.

This is Protima Majumdar from "Bongaon, P.O+P.S-Bongaon, Dist.-North 24 Parganas, Westbengal, India, PIN-743235".
I am a customer of Indane Domestic gas service[Indian Oil] at Bongaon Gas Service[New Market, Bongaon, Phone-[protected]]
My consumer No. B10059A & SV No. 058549.

For the last one year I am suffering from unprecedented delay of refill gas cylinder supply.
Sometime I get the refill gas cylinder after one & half month, sometime two months since I made booking for that.
And the trauma is going on.
PLEASE HELP & SURVIVE ME.
