The website and its services are fraudulent. I placed order number [protected] on May 6th for an INR 800 cake delivery on Mother's Day, May 12th, 2024. I made the order six days in advance to allow ample time for confirmation of delivery feasibility. Despite multiple assurances, the website failed to deliver on their promise. On May 12th, they demanded an additional INR 400 for delivery, which was never communicated earlier.
Furthermore, attempts to contact them via email (10 emails sent), phone (phone number provided turned out to be fake), and chat have been fruitless, as they have not responded to any communication attempts. This behavior indicates fraudulent activity on the part of the website, and I wish to report this as a cybercrime. I want refund of my order that never delivered.

Document all your communication attempts and evidence of the fraudulent activity. You can also post your experience on social media and review sites to warn others.
How can a bank help with a chargeback? Once an amount is debited from an account, can the bank assist in recovering it? I have already filed complaints on all websites where I could do so. I have all the necessary documents, such as chat history, payment receipts for the order, and my emails. I am making everyone aware of this fake website and requesting cybercrime authorities to ban it to prevent more people from becoming victims.
