Refund & cancelation
As per discussion in Feb 2021 with Shakier Achmet and Craig Aziz, they gave me a letter to say they will cancel my transaction with Intec and refund me my money. The refund should have taken place on 1 June 2021. No refund has take place.
Craig, Shakier and even Phillip Slatter refuse to take my calls.
My attorney send them a letter of demand and they ignored it.
We handed it over to the Sherrif dept in Cape Town to go and give them the letter.
They refuse to give answers and don't even reply to emails.
They will have a legal battle because they broke their end of the contract they agreed to.
Desired outcome: want my refund.

I have sent numerous emails asking for my sons 1st Term results and 2nd term exam schedule and I have still not received any of the above.
Intec did send a 2nd Term schedure but then sent a email informing me to ignore this.
I was even told the schedule was in the enrolement pack BUT this was never recieved and when I phoned Intec I was told students would not be recieving Enrolement packs.
This is my sons future hanging on the line. Students have so much to worry about in these stressful times, why are you adding to the stress levels.
All his tests and assignments has been handed in for Term1 at Damlin in Pretoria, so I do not understand the long wait for results.
No money is owed to Intec I pay every month by Debit Order.

Very poor service
I regret ever enrolling with this institution..I used to get calls time and again when was still in a process of registering and I paid for the course in full..I wrote exams last year November and submitted my assignment all of them on time...till today I haven't recieved my results I have been calling emailing and still no one is bothered about that

I don't know what's wrong with this college and their services, they don't answer emails, they don't inform me why they are taking so long to repay me. 3 years and I have been bagging them to pay me back, I want my money back INTEC college is just a scam, manipulators. They are so quick to make calls when you owe them but take decades to pay us back. Why am I suffering just to get my R4000 back? Why?. I am so upset with Intec.
I am sending emails requesting feedback on the outcome of my assignments. Always receiving an answer that someone will come back to me but NOTHING happens..

Complain about cancelation and debiting without an agreement
I filed for deregistration since early March 2021 I registered on February and payed my registration fee with zapper app then I lost a job end of February I filed for a cancelation they sent a cancelation form which I filled and emailed back with supporting documents. I have been waiting for a feedback since then till now when I try to call they do not pick up I hold for an agent for hours untill my airtime is finished when I email cancelations department I receive No feedback from them I visited the Durban branch they did not assist me eith any satisfying assistance what worries me the most is that they are debiting from my children's grant money and the debit option Was not an agreement. Please help get trough this it is draining.

Lack of response and no guidance
I have many dates and cannot include them here. I have sent email after email and phone call after phone call with zero guidance and response on when my exam dates are, my assignment marks results. Intec is such a joke and i regret ever signing up. The portal i have access to gives me access to engineering studies when in fact im a psychology student and i have raised this time and again and no luck to obtain any information. Seeing that i am not able to get the study assistance i wish to cancel s Intec is not coming to the party and upholding their end of the agreement. I applied for studies at intec college. I registered, paid registration in full. Then I could not afford my studies anymore I contact Intec college. They said I have to go to police station to make an affidavite that I cannot continue. I did submitted the avidavid. Next I saw an email pop up I have to pay the full amount of studies even though I did not study, submit assignments or wrote exams. Assignment and exam results
I have had it with Intec, I wrote my exams November 2020 and submitted my exams in March 2020, but I still have not received any results for either. This is getting on my nerves. My course is expiring in six months from now, I did not even register for the June exams because I'm scared I'll be wasting more money and mind you we don't even have an exam centre in Polokwane we have to hire private invigilators and pay for everything ourselves.

Wrote exam in 2018 for 4 subjects till to date in 2021 have not received my results. Calling the college it's a pain since one will hold for close to an hour still with no feedback, exam department will ask absolutely ridiculous questions as if they don't have your information on their system

Deregistering my studies at intec college
I deregistered with this college March 2021. I've been calling their service desk for over 20 times to follow up on the status of my cancellation process. When I call they either do not pick up, when their consultants decide to pick up, they keep repeating the same story that it takes 3 to 4 weeks & some 4 to 5 weeks for the deregistration process to be completed. Then consultants also mention that they are having challenges with their systems & that there is a backlog. However, they have been scheduled to to have a seating for a review then finalize on the cancellation. I eventually decided to speak to their manager in return the manager didn't speak to me & informed me I would hear from him by the end of the week. I have been sending several emails requesting for assistance as the money is still being deducted from my account even though the 5 weeks (final reregistration process timeline) has lapsed. I further stated in the email that they should stop deducting money from my account and be fair. As students should not be dragged in the college's internal challenges. The sales lady that was giving me such a great service when about to be enrolled is now not picking my calls & no feedback is being issued. One can definitely see that this college is all about obtaining money and running a business rather than providing the service that is due to their clients.

I registered with IMTEC college around February this year, paid my registration fee and they deducted monthly payments for few months, in June I emailed them regarding help with my studies, study materials and accessing the institution in Pretoria, I didn’t receive any feedback from them, when I called it’s either they didn’t pick up or consultants were rude. In July on the 7th sent another email asking for a de-registration process, that’s when they responded to my previous emails (weeks later). I called my student advisor and told her about me wanting to de-register, she then said I must email her and she forwarded my email to someone handling the de-registration process. The person hasn’t been returning any of my emails but I kept calling my student advisor to inform her but nothing happened. 2 days back I get a call from account’s saying I didn’t pay my monthly instalment and I gave a reason that I’ve been trying to de-register without any success, the lady then sent me an email CC’ing someone indicating that I need a cancellation process and till this day nothing happened.
Gosh, the exact same thing is happening to me and there's no one taking responsibility or eager to help but when it's comes to paying fees they are quick to escalate your payment

Appalling service
I registered with INTEC college May 2020 and my registration process was swift. Challenges began when i had not received my study program by July 2020 and it contained information about assignments that were compulsory, which resulted in me submitting unimportant assignments which was a absolute time wasted, I had to beg the college for my study program! The only communication i received from them was when i skipped a payment. I'm currently struggling to get my exams confirmation letter for the June exams, these will be my first exams since i registered and my course ends May 2022 which means i can't afford to miss out on these upcoming exams. There are no consultants available throughout the morning and when calling in the afternoon, they've knocked off. This is frustrating

I hope this email finds it's way to senior management.
I wish to complain about my journey studying with Intec College.
When I started my programme I had no study material or courses updated on my student portal. I've reached out to the student department on numerous occasions with no proper response, note that this has been even more challenging with the pandemic and offices closed, no longer taking calls.
Money was then debited from my account and continuously paid for +3 to 4 months.
When I finally got in touch with someone from the student department I've been promised that this would be looked into, yet again no one had the decency to get back to me about this, I had to call in constantly and chase this issue up, in the meantime I stopped my payment which was then escalated to finance.
After and extremely difficult journey and some missed payments. The issue was then resolved by someone who assisted me.
A payment plan was then arranged with the student department.
I now again have to write in to complain about the finance department which is requesting I pay an extra R2000 because part of my payment is not reflecting.
I've sent my proof and everytime yet again I receive a response informing me that this issue is being escalated and looked into.
I've emailed on numerous occasions and no response.
I honestly do feel like this college is a scam and therefore sadly do request to please cancel/remove my student account as this really has been a frustrating journey.
If no action will be taken or if I don't get a response pertaining to my request I will certainly escalate this to someone higher and will be going to the media to report what has happened.
I hope that you can see from my mail that I really am disappointed in how I've been treated. It's so easy for a company like yourselves to request payments but when it comes to truly assisting someone, requests are then ignored.

I should be writing exams in two weeks time ( exams registration fees paid and all) but i still haven't received my confirmation letter which was supposed to have been sent on the 7th, i can't get a hold of anyone yet when I skip a payment my phone rings non stop! Just Pathetic
I wrote my exams in Nov 2020 with hopes of finishing this course and getting my certificate by Feb 2021. I have been calling/emailing to get my final results but I get the response that "we have escalated the matter and you will get the results in 48hrs". What nonsense! It is now 03/05/2021 and I have still not received it! Also the June exam session has closed already and should I need to rewrite any subjects I have to wait until Nov 2021. a whole dam year! I'm utterly frustrated and annoyed. They have no system of working. They want all the fees to be paid, even for writing exams you have to pay a fee but they cant give the results or help in any way!

I have been struggling for more than 2 months now to get my full academic statement for this disgrace of a college. It has cost me well over R1000 in airtime and also alot of my time. You send emails and the only thing that seems to be working their is the auto reply system. I'm tired of having to phone you and get the same answer every time. Your query is still being processed. How long does it take a system that has all the data allocated to my student number to put together all my results on one PDF document. Hi Fanie, I am also waiting now for a 11 months for my refund and I also dealt with Graig (only by email).
The list of cc'd people in my emails is longer then my arm, their last answer to me (by email) was that I am on the shortlist but they can't give me a date. So, who knows, maybe there shortlist is another 11 months long. I hope you get your money.
