Received email Sunday July 4 9:31am e parcel would arrive within 3 hours.
"Your order [ tracking] is scheduled to be delivered in the next 3 hours by our driver Gurpinder. Gurpinder is currently completing delivery number 1,
you are delivery number 37.
See you soon! "
By the end of the day I received further email stating an attempt was made to deliver. I was home and available the whole day.
NO ATTEMPT WAS MADE TO DELIVER: no door tag; no missed calls; front door camera footage shows no delivery person .
Desired outcome: need package delivered; no more fake attempts

Je suis chauffeur pour intelcom et je fais la route 411 a trois rivieres depuis plusieurs mois. Je remarque que a partir du vendredi Les routes ne font pas de sens et je demander au superviseur CE qui SE passe et me répondent Tous que c'est la personne de fin de semaine qui est en charge et quon peut rien faire. Je crois que ca mérite un renvoie ou une réprimande majeure car le fait de faire des routes qui ne se suivent pas dans un bon order fait augmenter de beaucoup le kilometrage quand il pourrait facilement gagner 50km de moins

I have not received the package, the signature states n/a which means "not available" what is the status of the item please. Has it been found in the whse? My phone #[protected], buzzer 0270. The package is important automotive art purchased via eBay. Call when status determined. I have called 3times and sent 5 messages on the web form, to no avail. Can somebody please call me with a status of the parcel.

Website non-functioning after hours, advance & proof of delivery emails sporadic to absent. IT Dept issue, again?
No working website on evenings/weekends since upgrading their website: unable to track packages, website frozen. Not receiving advanced delivery emails x past few weeks (may not be an issue on sunny days, but have had Amazon deliveries left in pouring rain with cardboard & tape compromised and inner items damp). Have complained several times, where complaints supposedly get forwarded to IT dept (same dept that sets up your new website?!). The situation deteriorated to no advanced & no proof if delivery emails. That improved for 1 delivery last week only. Now awaiting a delivery, Amazon indicates ´out for delivery' and I cannot access website, nor get any advance emails. I'm tired if complaining to them. How can they not know their website is down off hours since upgrading their website?
Desired outcome: Fix their website so customers can access their tracking information, be courteous enough to provide emails - correct this issue !

every time I order online I have this company shipping to me they never deliver to my address always the house on the other side of the road with the same unit as I have and I always receive her package too. When calling them to know where my package is they say go around the neighborhood and look if you can find it

You should have the pictures of the parcel sitting in front of the wrong door on
the wrong street. I suggest you get your act together and stop depending so
much on GPS systems. Saunderson Drive is not Olympia Crescent.
You have hit the nail directly on the head when you bring up over reliance on GPS. I am currently attempting to get delivery of a parcel that was "on its way" four days ago. According to Intelcom, the driver was in the area, on the correct road, but his GPS was giving ambiguous information about the nearest cross street. The two cross streets they mentioned are about a half mile apart, and we live between them (This a country road, the properties are acreages). I have talked to three reps so far, and none of them can explain why he didn't just look at the prominently displayed numbers at the end of each driveway and drive to the one that matched the address on the parcel. Their employees have clearly lost touch with the fact that there is a real world outside their vehicles. When your job is to deliver packages to sequentially numbered street addresses, not being able to find the number once your on the street indicates laziness or stupidity.
amazon deliveries, that were lost with intelcom delivery more then once
Intelcom express has lost my amazon packages too many times, each time I get in touch with them to complain, they blame amazon for the package being lost, and when I get in touch with amazon to file a complaint about my lost packages, they tell me that the delivery person, or delivery company is to blame and I end up getting no where on the matter. We all know that mistakes do happen sometimes, but this is happening too many times.
Amazon is kind enough to re-send my packages out to me again, or they will give me a refund for the lost items, but they continue to use the Intelcom for the delivery of packages and packages continue to get lost, or they are not delivered, status shows package is on the way, but item has no tracking information available and customers ordered items never arrive, they are just noted as being lost and neither intelcom, or amazon knows what happened to the items that were lost, or why they were lost.
Yesterday intelcom delivered an empty package to my address, that is right I opened up my amazon package that was delivered by an intelcom employee and there was nothing inside, I reported to amazon, they re-sent the item out again, and told me that it was the delivery persons or delivery companies fault that this happened, I got in touch with intelcom customer service and they told me that it was the vendors fault, again I do not know how this happened, all I know is that Intelcom was responsible for the delivery of the item and that they did not do there job, they delivered an empty package to me, and it looks like they do not even care.
Desired outcome: customer is frustrated with how horrible intelcom is at delivering customers packages and wanted to share there story with others, also customer wants an explanation, why does this company keep losing customers packages

Worst company ever. Lack of customer service. The staff told me if I'm never home to not order products anymore. At this point they should close their doors. Also very often they left expensive package on the street and they sign themselves.

Hello I live in a condominium. I have pictures of the tracking number and being delivered it had said via intelcom tracking that no one had signed for this package which I find absurd. I have not left my apartment due this weekend.I opened my today door and nothing their, I opened my mail box today and nothing there. The supertendent was not on to sign for it. I have pictures of everything for reference and would like to know where my item is. If item is not found I would like full reimbursement. The amount total was $39.35 CAD.

This is by far the WORST courier service! I ordered some products from Paulas Choice and they used Intelcom to deliver my package. I decided to contact PC in regards to my tracking number as I didn't receive only to be told that my package was delivered! Mind you I was shocked as I didn't receive any package. I contacted Intelcome and they told me from the pic that was taken that my package was delivered in the lobby. Why would any one in their right mind just leave a package in a very busy lobby and proceed to take a picture and labled it as delivered! What was the point of putting a unit number? If you didn't want to knocked on my door atleast leave it infront of my apartment door! No calls, no email no notification. My package was stolen . I contacted PC and they sent our another package only for it to be shipped by the same awful company again. They " attempted delivery" when I was home all day. Now I can only pray that I will receive my package .
Won't deliver due to winter
My package was out for delivery then returned to their warehouse ... I called and was told it was due to winter weather. WTF? It was already out for delivery -or so your website said.
This is Canada. We have winter. You are a delivery service. Can't drive in winter? go work somewhere else.

False Delivery Claim/Delivery to Incorrect Address
Ordered through Amazon Prime on January 30th, tracking info claimed would arrive on February 4th. Today is the 4th and tracking info claims it was delivered. It says the city it is delivered to, it's not even close to my home town. Asked for photo for proof of delivery and the best answer I got "sometimes these things happen, it could be possible the package will eventually arrive!" as if that is supposed to be of comfort?
This will be my 4th complaint with Intelcom, either falsely claiming deliveries or attaching proof of delivery photos that aren't even near my home.
Thankfully Amazon loves giving out free money for returns so Intelcom can stay in business..

Package was left on the lobby of my Municipal Residential Apartment Building at 7:55 pm on the 28 of January without notification of any kind.
In order to get into the building someone had to let your person in.
According to my instructions he was to ring 0011.
It rings on my cell phone and I will open the door to our lobby.
Than, it can be brought up to Apt 21 on the 2nd floor
It was not me, that let him in.
I was home all day on January 28 and I was NOT CALLED.
Fortunately my naibour saw it on the morning of January 29 on the floor of the lobby and brought it up to me.
This is extremely sloppy delivery.

False delivery attempts
I am going to go public with your company's lack of care and complete laziness. I will tell my friends, family, and whoever will listen, never to use your services. I will contact Amazon every day, by email, until someone listens.
Intelcom NEVER delivers to my forwarding mailbox warehouse. DHL and UPS and Purolator have no issues. Your employees are so bad at doing this that my items have been returned.
You just posted an ATTEMPTED delivery at my house, where everyone was home. You said it was at 6:32am (before you business hours!) and then again at 10:42pm (after your business hours!). So which is it? No doorbell rang. No deliver notice was ever left.
Patently false. Useless.

Called today Wednesday spoke to Jennie Monaco. It seems Katie wasn't telling the truth and the package hadn't even left the warehouse and had been sitting there since December 19. Ms Monaco was very helpful, genuine and provided excellent customer service to the point she called us back and said that package would now be delivered tomorrow December 24. We are keeping our fingers crossed as it is a Christmas present.

Delivery driver forged signature
Delivery driver left package outside front door and forged signature as proof of delivery for package INTLCMB283162246.
Completely unacceptable especially when drivers have the option to take a picture as proof of delivery. I suspect driver gets paid more for obtaining signature, so he is forging all the signatures of his packages to get paid more.

Seems to be a common complaint with drivers claiming that they are unable to deliver the package when in fact they are failing to show up with the package.
We were home on both occasions and no one showed up.
When we received the notice that they were delivering on the 1/12/2020, I put a large sign on my door which read "Intelcom Express We are Home Ring the Doorbell".
Contacted customer service in Montreal on three occasions. Responses were,
(1) "The package will be delivered tomorrow by 9:00 pm"
(2) "If the package is not delivered by 9:00 pm tomorrow we will let amazon know so that you can get your money refunded. (amazon does not refund unless the package is returned to them)
(3)"We will contact the warehouse to ascertain what the problem is and phone you back. No return call.
Tracking message now reads:
The shipment has been returned to the warehouse and, will automatically be rescheduled for delivery on the next business day.
So much for amazon prime fast delivery.
Would appreciate a resolution to this problem and delivery of my amazon purchase by a driver who actually shows up at my residence.
Finally received my package on the 2nd of december. Hopefully I will never have to go through this scenario with future shipments. Also received a phone call from a supervisor which was very much appreciated.

Not leaving my parcels in a safe place
I have consistantly made complaints with this company because of where they leave my packages. They are constantly leaving them so anyone can see them from the road and will steal them. I have a trunk on my porch and all my packages have instructions on where to leave my parcels. There are very few times when the driver has followed the instructions or even used their brains and left my items in a safe place. I do a similar job and have enough common sense to try to leave people parcels in a safe place. None of my complaints, including a call to me from customer service has helped at all. What is the problem?
