Delivery of package
I ordered a book from Amazon on Thursday evening. Delivery was supposed to be Sunday, January 15. It was delivered today (January 13) at 11:40 am. He chose not to walk up my driveway to put at my backdoor (about 6 inches of snow on the ground). Instead, he jammed it into my mailbox. But it didn't fit, so he left the mailbox open. Not 5 minutes later, the snow plow went by and soaked everything (inside the mailbox, and the box itself).
He jammed it so hard, that it took me 10 minutes to pry it out (and that is not an exaggeration).
The box was soaked, but luckily I got it fast enough (25 minutes later because I had to shovel to get out to the mailbox, and then pry it from the mailbox), so the book was only damp (usually books are wrapped in plastic, but not this one). I was and still am beyond angry. He was a "big" person, as opposed to me, and was wearing boots, so he could have easily brought it up to my back door.
Desired outcome: I want acknowledgement that he made a mistake, an apology, and some sort of compensation (not necessarily a refund, but something for my trouble and the parcel's condition).
Delivery Drivers
The drivers never ring the doorbell or knock when they deliver a package. I have a HUGE sign on my door saying to ring doorbell or knock if delivering a package. They look at it and walk away. IDIOTS. It only takes 1/2 a second to do it.
They also place packages right in front or against the door that needs to be opened to get the package. Been several times where the door would not even open and had to go through garage just to get outside to grab the package. Again IDIOTS.
Desired outcome: Retrain all the drivers and the companies that drive for them. They need to deliver packages the right way. Ring the doorbell or knock, and NEVER place the package against or in front of the door.
Lost items
I had 3 packages that were supposed to be delivered and still have not received them I contacted intelcom courrier Canada and they made the excuse that my products were probably lost in transit even though it says they are still sitting in prince rupert bc and the person told me it isn't in their warehouse without even checking.. I would like a reply back asap and would like to get this matter resolved
Amazon return pickup
I have been waiting since Dec 29th for intelcom to pick up my Amazon return. We received a text message that they would pick up that day. No show! Rescheduled for next available date Jan 5, received text on Jan 2nd. No show on either day! Have rescheduled again for next available date January 12th and it better get picked up this time. This is the third time that I've had an Amazon return with intelcom as they never showed for the first return and it went past the return expiry date.
Also had a package this week that was supposedly delivered but was nowhere to be found.
One of the neighbours kindly delivered a parcel to the house before Christmas that they received and we've delivered 2 parcels that we received to their rightful owners in the last few months.
One would think that for a "respectable" delivery company that you could be more responsible and professional.
One more thing: your customer service reps are very rude and disrespectful.
Desired outcome: Pick up my return asap and deliver my parcels here and not at the neighbours!
Delivery, customer service processes, website and call center
I have had problems with Intelcom since they started delivering to my area about a year ago. I am currently trying to submit a complaint on a new package that has been delayed 3 times. Every day, "out for delivery" followed by "your package could not be delivered." This pattern happens for 70% of my packages. I wish I could select a different delivery pathway. I live rurally and the drivers do not like coming here - I know that because I have been told by several. I have been asked for money by a driver, I have been asked by a driver if I wouldn't mind picking a place in town I could go get my packages from (20 min away). I live a few miles off a main highway and in the past when I have gotten ahold of supervisors they have seemed competent and responsive, but the issues persist. The call center is hit or miss. It's always 30 minutes to get an issue discussed, regardless of effective outcome or not. Always. When it's a miss it is stroke inducing bad. Even when the call taker responds appropriately it's a 50% chance they will escalate it properly and that a supervisor will call. When you do FINALLY get a Supervisor calling if you miss the call the message usually directs me to call in again or they say they will call again - but no idea of when. Sometimes they do. I am currently at over 30 days waiting for a Supervisor to connect with me. One called when I was going to sleep, I answered and nearly begged him to call back. He promised he would. A week later he did, I missed it, he left a message to call the call center (and left the wrong number). It's insane. I did call the call center again, twice, still no contact.
I try to submit on their website but the form does not submit. I have tried over 50 times. I have tried clearing all browser history and cache and cookies. I have tried new browsers. I have tried new devices and private browsers. None submit. They let you enter all the data and click submit, the page fades a little and stays like that. When it does submit - I have tried other issues (reporting website issues) that have gone through - a message pops up to confirm. Have received no response to the website complaint - though it's only been 48 hours.
Current package issue is INTLCMD259509293 but even if it shows up - that's not the key issue. But this company REQUIRES a package ID to even take a complaint. It's insane. Absolutely Ridiculous customer service processes. Seems to be intentionally designed to reduce customer issue resolution and induce strokes.
Desired outcome: Contact from a Supervisor, easy contact with Supervisors, reliable delivery of my packages.
Update: Still have not heard from a Supervisor. Put in ten hours of phone time requesting it. Their employee support system is not functioning. Place a new request - only took 20 minutes (shorter than normal) on Monday. Today is Wednesday. The package I put the request on was delivered. I framed the request as "there is no issue with this package yet, and I am still looking to discuss the delivery patterns over the past months." Because the deliveries come 30% of the time I get lulled into a false sense of the issue being resolved.
I have had nothing but issues myself. Also in Alberta. You can ask Amazon to deprioritize Intelcom for future deliveries. Call [protected]. Takes up to 3 weeks though
They number was blocked. Can i use the main Amazon customer service number or is therea different name for this area of the call centre? Funny the complaint resolution site blocked a number to help with the issue, lol.
Amazon order
I ordered my package in December it was out for delivery Dec 20. My husband was home the entire day and they happened to say “problem with delivery” every other Amazon package doesn’t have a problem getting left at the door especially when my husband is home. I now have received no updates on my package or it’s whereabouts and the customer service is absolute trash. They have no extra resources to deal with and are impossible to reach. Looking at other reviews online they can’t even receive a one star review.

Amazon refunded me, but nothing has been done about the reason for my package suddenly disappearing. It was first listed lost, then in the letter it was listed unsatisfactory, which is false.. it was a Christmas gift that my daughter will never receive. I would like this problem to be investigated
Desired outcome: An internal investigation on this issue. The refund claimed that the item was not satisfactory”… which is completely false.. it was lost, or stolen. I would like this problem to be investigated
The only resolve I got with this situation is that I was fully reimbursed.. however, the lost item is obviously in someone else’s hands.. there’s an element of dishonesty about whatever third party is involved which is unfair to both companies and not good for customer service.

November 25 - Ordered 2 Christmas trees from Hudson's Bay for our lobbies in our towers.
Dec 2 - I call customer service. receive THE WORST customer service I have ever known. I thought I had the wrong number. He says package will arrive today.
Dec 13 - Intelcom email message = scheduled for delivery in next 3 hours by our driver M... (needless to say, I stay in)
Dec 14 - I enquire about package
Dec 15 - I enquire about package
Dec 18 - Intelcom email message - scheduled for delivery in next 3 hours by our driver T...
Dec 19 - Intelcom email message - package has been delivered. Proof of delivery = outside picture of our lobby doors with concierge sitting inside, NO PACKAGES in photo and none delivered. No attempt to get concierge's attention.
Dec 19 - I ask to make an official complaint. Have to date HEARD NOTHING BACK!

Oh, and 2 other packages were sent during this time. One was left on a lobby table and one left right outside my door. Anyone could have taken those packages. They should have taken packages to concierge.
I want something to be done about this. We never got our trees and I will be calling The Bay and Intelcom about this - again.
Desired outcome: compensation for the disgraceful stress and waste of time this has caused. We never got our trees, either. .

First my package got loss and came one week after the time they confirm time of deliveries. After a week they did deliver it at my job pas t the time of closing time like it was mention on Amazon, and they left it in front of a side door on the floor. When I came in today, the package was under 2 foot of snow, and it is by pure luck that I saw it. This kind of service is totally unacceptable. If I can, I will ask to get my package from anyone else but your company. Having a package all wet is not something I wish to anyone. No More Intelcom! This incident happens in Saint-Hyacinthe, Quebec, at our car dealership.

Stealing product
This company is the worst, I am unsure if they encourage their drivers to steal the packages or they just hire ex cons. However they claim they will reprimand their drivers for undelivered packages . There is actual video footage of one of their drivers dropping off a package taking a photo of it then picking it up and walking out with it! I know for me this company has provided me photos of locations that where not even my home saying the package was delivered. Something needs to be done

That same driver did the same thing to me. I called and he said was here in the morning but email that was on it way in 3 hours was triggered at 1 so the rep said would deal with him waited more than 3 hours and nothing came then all of a sudden i got email saying was delivered no picture no nothing so I called because is cameras at front and back entrances to the building and he was not there I called and even the rep could see same thing and he said is no signature or picture on the delivery he was on the phone to the depot. Amazon delivery
I have waited all day for the past 3 days (today is day 4) and would simply cancel the order but it is a Christmas gift for a 3 year old child.
Drivers do not follow instructions of where to leave parcel even though they must talk to you to get inside the building.
Second delivery from Amazon the driver said the address was wrong and after one hour on hold verified the address was correct with Intelcom dispatch. Driver cannot read or may be mentally challenged. One wonders how this person obtained a valid drivers license.
Intelcom Surrey drivers have lied in the past when making Amazon deliveries and I request NO deliveries by this courier but Amazon ignores this even with Prime subscription. Even when a successful delivery is made to a location, driver is too lazy to go past the lobby of multi floor dwelling.
Intelcom delivery drivers in Surrey continually lie and mislead customers and Amazon. Reflecting negatively on Amazon because Amazon does nothing to correct the actual problem while offering $5 credit or cancel and reorder item for free, the item would arrive after Christmas.
Some Intelcom delivery drivers are disgusting liars who do not appear to value the time of those ordering from Amazon. How can Amazon reward these drivers by actually paying them?
Desired outcome: Deliver in 3 hr window as notification email. Stop lying about: incorrect address & making delivery attempts. Make sure delivery drivers are not mentally challenged and can read and understand the language being used on the address label.
Intelcom stole package upon pickup from amazon,
Today, after a big mess round, amazon customer service told me they “have nothing to hide” and believe my package coming from Ontario was directly stolen by Intelcom couriers or by the company as a whole, and that they are currently reviewing their nationwide contract with Intelcom because of a surge in this exact issue all across canada. Upon speaking to Intelcom, they claim my tracking number never existed, but Amazon said they could see that my package left the amazon facility and then was claimed as “damaged/undeliverable” basically immediately upon possesion by Intelcom. To me, it just seems to have disappeared. Talking to intelcom, I got sent to a man with a very strong south indian accent. He argued with me and talked in cirlces and when I asked to speak to another representative or a manager, he said that is not possible, and then proceded to argue with me until he hung up the phone after berating me. It seems even national delivery companies are infiltrated by these indian scam rings.
Desired outcome: Stop scamming people. Return my package. File a written response and appology to myself.
INTELCOM Handling, Attitude and Delivery below sub-standard
Attached are photos of the condition in which the contents of my Amazon order was received today. The package was dropped on the cement porch (because I heard it drop to the ground) but it had also been thrown around all day long by the looks of the contents inside. The pictures don't do justice to the actual damage of each can.
Intelcom picked up at 10:55am and package was out for delivery at 12:46
Package was delivered around 3pm.
PS: The driver has still not confirmed the delivery on Amazon (it's now 4:30 pm)
Intelcom is, by far, the most unprofessional, uncaring courier company I have ever come across.
Desired outcome: Teach your drivers to be more diligent in the handling of customers' orders.Be more caring and courteous when delivering.

I have never had a delivery problem. It’s Christmas in like two weeks, and my parcel with three gifts could have easily been stolen tonight. It was left at the stairwell of the building (not even an apartment) If it weren’t for the mandatory photo you have your couriers take I could have been out of three very important Christmas gifts. Not to mention, these buildings are secured and I’m supposed to get a call from the buzzer when Amazon shows up with my parcel (like they always do). Tonight I am very disappointed with the service I got, I was not given updated tracking for two days, I didn’t get an email stating they were on the way, and now they leave it there. Come on. Do better.

Intelcom can not find my package
Package LPNJA000001150401021. I went to the Intecom warehouse yesterday in Quebec City and they said to me that they can not locate my package. The value of this package is close to 300.00$ and I was charged for it on my credit card. What can I do? The order from Macy’s was X2561248688 and was sent to 141 des Virelais in Quebec City. It was received in Quebec city on December first 2022. This package included three sweaters from Macy’s.
Desired outcome: I would like to be refunded or get my package that was sent from Macy’s.
Failed delivery
Ordered a package through Amazon prime to be delivered Dec.12, 22. Received a delivery notification from them stating my package had been delivered, without photographed proof. To top it off, according to the tracking info the package had been delivered in a completely different city from which I reside! Calling intelcom gets nowhere as no one knows or cares what's going on and just tells me to call my vendor to re order the product or get a refund! Why would I re order so it can once again be sent through intelcom and not get here?! And if I wanted a refund I wouldn't have ordered in the first place! Shut down intelcom, because you serve no purpose but aggravating consumers.
Desired outcome: Find my package and hire drivers that can read addresses and follow instructions or close shop.
Parcel not received/no updates
On December 9, 2022 I went onto Amazon Canada website to check on the status of my package and when I clicked track it said my package was delayed or lost. I copied the tracking number and went into intelcom website to track the package and it showed that the package had been received in Thunder Bay Ontario December 2, 2022 at 12:43 am but after that nothing else has changed and it is December 13, 2022. I live in Kenora Ontario which approx 6/12 hours away from Thunder Bay so it still had farther to come. I was reimbured by Amazon however the items I ordered where Christmas gifts I could not get anywhere else but Amazon and due to delivery could not order again as they would not arrive in time. I have had nothing but issues with intelcom with packages arriving very late. This is the first time I've put in a complaint but anyone else who has ordered from Amazon and used intelcom that I have spoken to is in the same boat with late or lost packages or packages being carelessly delivered and put in strange areas at their residents. I have been in contact with Amazon and complained to them about you also and told them I not sure if I can use Amazon anymore if Intelcom is involved. I make numerous purchases a year through intel come.

This is the 2nd time this pick up has been rescheduled and because there is no specific time nor an estimated time during the day for the pick up, I have to stay home the whole day to wait and thus cannot go for errands etc. This is so inconvenient. Is there a place that i can drop the package? I will do it myself if that is the case.

Desired outcome: I'd appreciate a response - at least to let me know if the pick up schedule is morning or afternoon or evening. Also if there is an office that i can drop it off, then i do not have to take a day off/vacation again.
I hear you on this...I have complained more than once on this. I am not taking a day off work to "maybe" have an amazon return item picked up. I am happy with leaving it outside my front door for the driver to get. This "handing it over to the driver" thing is not realistic in todays world. Most of us work. Why is it ok for amazon to leave goods unattended at your door but we cannot leave a package outside for a driver to get. I was told because sometimes drivers pick up the wrong item.
This is NOT an excuse. We leave the paper out with the item. The driver should be READING the paper to be sure its the right item. Come on Intelcom...think this one through a bit more.
