Delivery of amazon package
I am extremely upset and frustrated by your delivery drive for my amazon package. I live in a condo where the package could've simply been left at concierge in the main lobby of the building. Instead, the driver left the package at my door while I was away at work and came home to find the package is gone, probably stolen.
When someone lives in a condo and you knock on their door to drop off the package and find that they aren't home, Leave it at concierge !
Your company has costed me $65 and items I will never see.
Take responsibility.

I am absolutely sick of this company! 3 times I have order a package on amazon, and all 3 times my package was left outside my door, where anyone could've stole it. I have complained over and over, and this still continues to happen! What is wrong with this company? Such a lazy, poor excuse of a delivery service. No call to let me know there here, no buzzing my apartment (when my buzzer is on my special delivery request on amazon), and if it wasn't for getting a email stating my package arrived, I would never know, and some person could steal my stuff. I am beyond sick of this company, and if I find out that my current package is left at my doorstep again (because apparently amazon choose to let this company deliver), I will be contacting whom ever I have to, to get this nonsense fixed!

Package delivery
Ordered a package twice this week from Amazon... Exact same things. First time had it delivered to my work which ended up being closed when they tried to deliver. Spoke to the driver Sunday told them deliver Tuesday. Talked to them again Monday told them same. They sent PKG back. Then reordered to be delivered to my home and it was marked delivered but never arrived. My husband was home when they supposedly delivered and they said no one was home and they allegedly left the package on the porch BUT no package was left and no one knocked on the door or rang the doorbell. Very poor service. No responsibility taken by the company. Amazon needs to stop using intellicom express to deliver their packages.

In Burlington exactly same thing - driver doesn't leave the package one day, next 2 days makes up stories about delivery he hasn't even done, 1. driveway inaccessible - untrue 2. delivery attempted - untrue, someone was home .
Amazon is useless in addressing this and Intelcom is even worse.
Years of no issues with other carriers, and now everything is Intelcom and problem after problem.
Why does Amazon think sending the same driver every day is going to give a different result. They've had issues for years with this company but don't care anything about their customers, otherwise they'd address this.
Delivery services
On Sunday, February 04, a parcel from Amazon was left outside in front of the main entrance of a business, while the building was closed for the weekend. The person who completed the delivery didn't even attempt to contact the security of the building to follow up with them.
I do not understand how this could be accepted as good company's policies.

Many many problems with Intelcom
My Parcel was delivered December 1st at 1:30pm to the end of my drive way Leaning up against the fence facing the street.
And the box was also opened.

This is to complain about a rude driver called BHUPINDER S. who was supposed to pick up my return today,
He called me and asked me to meet him in front of our building.
I requested him to come upstairs and meet me in front of my unit. He hang up the phone on me.
Worst delivery company I ever had! Boost delivery time 97%. Held package over 5 days and said they will deliver the next day! INCOMPETENT!

Your company claimed undeliverable however delivery was never even attempted. I got a delay notice then the next day it was accepted at the London ont depot only to be returned to sender. This is the second time I have had items returned without even an attempt to deliver,
Haven’t received an up date since 26th of April. No way to contact anyone. Really a piss poor company who has made it difficult for everyone in my area to order from.
More delivery options is a must

For two days now, Friday and Saturday my returns have not been picked up by a driver. Why? Two days in a row now.
Also, one particular driver keeps putting my parcels on my car windshield. Please don't.
Please come pick up my returns. You cannot go back and change the return process on amazon so just make it easy and come get them.
They lie to their customers and steal packages too! Called 5 times this week. Never got my packages. First one stolen. They won't return my second one back to Amazon. Refused to let me speak to a supervisor. Currently have a complaint filed through BBB.
