The package was supposed to arrive today (Saturday) at our residential address as we paid extra overnight shipping through Amazon. We received an email notification stating that Intelcom attempted to deliver the package and that the "business was closed" - it was confirmed that they tried to deliver the package at the wrong address (our business address) and not the address that was supplied on the order. We called their customer service twice who confirmed the package would be delivered today. We attempted to call them a third time through the assistance of Amazon customer service when no delivery was made only to be notified that we now have to wait until the next business day (Monday). We informed Amazon that is not reasonable as we will not be able to receive the package at our residential address on said day because we will be at work and were informed if we changed the delivery address to our business address that we'd have to wait an ADDITIONAL business day. We attempted to call Intelcom a fourth time only to find out their offices are closed. Nothing we can do until Monday to contact customer service for the fifth time to hopefully get this resolved.

I am so tired of the lack of efficiency of your drivers that are too lazy to find a front door and rather leave the package of tell me they tried to delivered .
After 6 delivery from your company, 2 were stolen ( I did not made a claim), 3 were delivered with my signature and 1 did not even tried to find the front door.
I have advised Amazon that I do not want you to handle any of my parcels for ever. Your drive are too lazy or too stupid to front a door of a 290 tenanted building, 9 stories high.
Once again your driver refer to the back of the building on Louis Pasteur were there is no access to the building codes, Once more the driver has to look for the huge concrete stairs located above the very visible Depanneur, then climb the stairs to reach the front door were he has to righ 004, this will automatically reach my cellular and I will let him inside the building.
Also there is so much traffic in this building that he can wait 2 minutes someone will open the door, especially on Sunday. But again TOO LAZY OR STUPID TO LOOK FOR A FRONT DOOR. At many occassion this issue was communicated to you and nothing was done, except the 3 time I signed, But now here we go again with the incompetence of a driver.
His job is too deliver and find a front door of a building not staying in his truck and send a attempt of delivery. Maybe this would interfere in his texting time.
I never want to have to deal with you ever again, if I ever find out that you will be the delivering company I will cancel my order with Amazon and let you deal with the problem. I will not accept anything from you again including this package
Please send back this package I am cancelling the order

Delivery
Even though I put the suite number on my package, the delivery guy never brings it up and just leaves it in the lobby unattended. This is not the first time and in the past I have had the package stolen. If the suite number is written it should be brought to the correct location not just left unattended. I specifically put the exact address for a reason. Some packages contain expensive items that are essential or time sensitive. This needs to be fixed immediately.

Delivery driver littering
This has happened multiple times in my community that I personally know about and am getting very tired of it. Your drivers stop by the side of the road when they are done there list and dump their garbage on the side of the road - including drink containers, garbage and their list of delivers that they have done! This is not acceptable at all. I have picked up their mess multiple times and I know others have too, as they have posted about it on our community page. The latest one was for route C435 on Aug. 20/19. I have the list they littered which has everyone's address, which I am sure if a breach of the privacy laws as well as breaking the littering laws. You really need to speak to your drivers and this has to stop.

Delivery driver

A delivery driver named Harpreet reported that my building was inaccessible. This is not true since he had the apartment number and all he had to do was ring the buzzer. My neighbour says he saw the driver pull up in a van, take pictures of the entrance, and drive off. The driver never even got out of the vehicle.
I called customer service to ask if the delivery driver was going to come back to deliver the package properly and i was told by someone name Itrhim that the drivers shift was over. I asked to talk to someone in charge or have the contact information of someone in charge and Itrhim refused.
Now the package is not going to be delivered until 2 days from now as it was taken back to the warehouse by Harpreet.
Dont bother to mark this complaint as resolved unless Harpreet is fired.

Delivery
I was told that 4 attempts have been made to deliver my package and since it could not be delivered I have to go to the warehouse to pick it up myself. Normally, I wouldn't mind but I will not be able to go until next week! I ordered this item last week with guaranteed delivery on Thursday, 25 July and needed this item no later than yesterday. The delivery address is at the UVic, business hours are from 8-4.30; if I step away from my office there is always a note stating I will be back in a few minutes, I don't understand why the delivery person cannot wait a few minutes, or alternatively, drop it off in a neighbouring office which would be open! Also, I did not receive a total of 4 delivery notices, only 2; one on Friday and one yesterday. And the last notice I received yesterday was at 12:37 pm notifying me that the scheduled delivery of my package would be in 3 hours--I was here until 5pm yesterday and the office was open the whole time and NO ONE showed up to deliver my package nor did I get notice that there would be a delay in delivering my package. See below the last communication I received.

Amazon delivery
Cannot count on both hands the number of issues I've had with deliveries to my address. Add to the fact I've lived here for only 6 months.. Intelcom it seems has a 2% smart driver to 98% incompetence ratio. I really do hope Amazon is charging your service extra for having to pay me for your lack of competence or proper service. How is it your driver can deliver a package without issue on a Thursday, but cannot deliver the same item 2 days later, as I had to order a replacement. So here I am sitting waiting around because someone was either too lazy or too stupid to grasp that I have a screen door for a reason. I plan on contacting Amazon to advocate they find another delivery carrier because this company is friggin jokes, and not funny either..

The delivery had been made to an apartment. We have two front doors - the first that is open to everyone and the second requires a key card to enter.
Although I had received my package, I was informed by my landlord that the package was left in between the two doors, where it could have been easily stolen. This is not the first time something like this had happened as my landlord had many issues with the company.
I do not require compensation, but I do need Intelcom Express to know that this practice is unacceptable.

Fail to deliver my parcels
INTLCMA282051378 This is the worst delivery company I've ever dealt with. Basically everytime I am waiting to receive a parcel, I am being told they couldn't find the adress (even though they came many times to my house) so I have to wait for days until they decide to finally come. This happened about 10 times already and I contacted them everytime to sort it out but it doesn't seem to change anything since it keeps happening. I am sick of dealing with them because everytime I try to stay at home to make sure I will be there for the delivery but they keep messing it up. Really the WORST service I ever had. All they need to do is look up the adress on google map if they really cannot find it.

The worst delivery company ever
I have cancelled my Amazon Prime account because of Intelcom Express. They are a horrible company who is notorious for treating their employees badly.
While I understand the delivery driver's frustration working for such a vile entity, I do not appreciate being yelled by delivery drivers for not being home between 9-5 (me and my partner both work full time jobs). I did not have an option to select a delivery time. It is ludicrous that there is no option of returning to a depot so we can arrange to go pick up the package. This, to me, is insane and unacceptable.
I decided to call to attempt to resolve this issue over the phone, so I called Intelcom waited exactly 59 minutes on hold and the representative hung up on me without answering.
Amazon has completely ruined a good thing. Intelcom is awful and aggressive

Unbelievable
Had a one-day delivery from Amazon. Since it is pouring rain and I didn't want my package stolen, I waited all day. At 4:30, the package had not even been sent out for delivery. I know how bad this company is, so I contacted Amazon.
Got a refund for my $3.99 fee. After I complained, I noticed that there was an Out for Delivery posted after 6:00. I was told not to expect delivery today but I decided to wait anyways. I finally gave up after 9:00. Out of curiosity, I checked again and noticed that there was another Out for Delivery posted for a time before my complaint to Amazon.
Unbelievable. They added 2 Out for Delivery notices to the tracking AFTER I complained to Amazon because my package was not out for delivery and sitting in their warehouse.
I did tell Amazon to never use them to ship a package to me again. We'll see if it works.

Fake delivery attempt
On Sunday morning I was given notification that the parcel would arrive within 3 hours. By the end of the day I recieved another email stating an attempt was made to deliver . I proceeded to check my security camera recordings from 6 am to 9 at night only to find that no one had been at my house to make an attempt . I have taken the liberty of making a video copy if you would like for your own personal records date and time stamped

Looks like a long term issue across the board. Consistent fake delivery attempts followed up by empty promises from their customer service. With technology today (ie. Cameras on doorbells), you'd think they'd be smarter with their excuses. I actually sent a pin to the driver of my house and he still flagged an "attempted delivery" the same day. I've proceeded to send in a complaint through Amazon to bump them to the bottom of the list and will continue to do it each time they give fake delivery attempts or excuses.
Package not delivered; company does not have any info about my package
i ordered an item in amazon and the courier who handled the shipping was intelcom express. my tracking number is INTLCMA151356086, the package was supposed to be delivered on October 18 2018 but was not delivered so they rescheduled the delivery on October 19 2018. around this time i receive an email stating that i will receive the package within 3 hours and the delivery guy who will deliver the package was a guy named TADIWOS. i waited all night but no package was delivered, i called and spoke to two of their customer service to verify the status of my package the following business day which is october 22 2018 and received the same answer from both of them "we will email the department who handles this delivery and will tell them to get back to you" and the next statement is the one that really pissed me off. the second customer service that i talked to stated "we dont have any info that your package will be delivered to day". i mean just what the [censored] is that?! a customer service who does not have any info regarding their customers package?! that is just plain negligence and irresponsible. i hope similar complains such as this gets resolved because it is plain unprofessional.

Non-delivery, false tracking update
I ordered 5 books from Amazon. Delivery did not occur by the expected date, so I checked the Intelcom Courier website on Sept.12 for tracking information. Their tracking information stated:
- Sep 6 Arrival Scan
- Sep 7 Delivery Attempted
- Sep 9 Out for Delivery
It is now Sep 12. I have not received my order nor have I received any word from Intelcom.
The tracking information on their website is completely FALSE! I work from home and was home on Sep 7 and Sep 9. There were no deliveries on either of these 2 days. I have a motion detector and security camera on my front door. The motion sensor did NOT provide any notifications of a visitor on those two days. My security camera did NOT record anyone approaching my front door on those 2 days.
I am frustrated and disappointed in the non-delivery. I am even more upset that the company's tracking records contain false information.
I would like to receive my order immediately.
I would like an explanation as to why their tracking records contain false information.
I think that other punitive measures should occurr for the falsified tracking statements.

Please elaborate. What company are you referring to? Intelcom? I'm not sure I undersand your comment.
I think Intelcom could/should do something. Couldn't they check the records of the driver who claimed that a delivery was attempted? They could contact me to explain, and get more information if needed. They could/should put checks in place so to ensure that drivers don't claim to "attempt a delivery" when there was clearly no person approaching my door on the days claimed.
My situation seems like a complaint against Intelcom delivery - just like the other complaints about Intelcom on this board.
I don't want to belabour the point. I'm just not sure what your comment is saying.
(BTW: I tried calling the phone # on Intelcom's website 3 times. Each time I received a recorded message after 5 minutes on hold, saying that there was a 25-35 minute wait, and asking me to leave my number for a callback. I tried each time - but was disconnected before I completed entering my number. It all seems rather shady to me.

Parcel delivery

Drivers leave deliver notice at 1:40pm then files a fake attempt & no notice is left for 4:26pm. The next day they leave delivery attempt notice at 2:40pm & file another fake attempt for 5:04pm with no notice left for that time.
I call the company to complain and they were nothing but rude with me and gave me a hard time. I had to call Amazon & Amazon contacted the company to sort things out. After over 30min on the phone and a call back things were worked out to have my package delivered again. Hopefully it gets delivered and I am able to get the package this time. Both of the attempts that they left a notice they waited no more than 2 - 3 rings for my buzzer & quickly hung up, took their evidence photo and left.
This is all because the drivers are seriously underpaid at only $1.25 CAD/signed delivery, $1.15 for attempt with proof & slip left, $1.00 for "inaccessible location" if they can't find an entry number for building etc.
This means that there is little to no incentive for them to actually deliver the package when there is only a $0.15-0.25 difference in not even delivering it and lying that the address was not accessible.

Delivery of amazon package
I am extremely upset and frustrated by your delivery drive for my amazon package. I live in a condo where the package could've simply been left at concierge in the main lobby of the building. Instead, the driver left the package at my door while I was away at work and came home to find the package is gone, probably stolen.
When someone lives in a condo and you knock on their door to drop off the package and find that they aren't home, Leave it at concierge !
Your company has costed me $65 and items I will never see.

I am absolutely sick of this company! 3 times I have order a package on amazon, and all 3 times my package was left outside my door, where anyone could've stole it. I have complained over and over, and this still continues to happen! What is wrong with this company? Such a lazy, poor excuse of a delivery service. No call to let me know there here, no buzzing my apartment (when my buzzer is on my special delivery request on amazon), and if it wasn't for getting a email stating my package arrived, I would never know, and some person could steal my stuff. I am beyond sick of this company, and if I find out that my current package is left at my doorstep again (because apparently amazon choose to let this company deliver), I will be contacting whom ever I have to, to get this nonsense fixed!

Package delivery
Ordered a package twice this week from Amazon... Exact same things. First time had it delivered to my work which ended up being closed when they tried to deliver. Spoke to the driver Sunday told them deliver Tuesday. Talked to them again Monday told them same. They sent PKG back. Then reordered to be delivered to my home and it was marked delivered but never arrived. My husband was home when they supposedly delivered and they said no one was home and they allegedly left the package on the porch BUT no package was left and no one knocked on the door or rang the doorbell. Very poor service. No responsibility taken by the company. Amazon needs to stop using intellicom express to deliver their packages.

In Burlington exactly same thing - driver doesn't leave the package one day, next 2 days makes up stories about delivery he hasn't even done, 1. driveway inaccessible - untrue 2. delivery attempted - untrue, someone was home .
Amazon is useless in addressing this and Intelcom is even worse.
Years of no issues with other carriers, and now everything is Intelcom and problem after problem.
Why does Amazon think sending the same driver every day is going to give a different result. They've had issues for years with this company but don't care anything about their customers, otherwise they'd address this.
