April 3, 2020 I had a package delivered (INTLCMA627520512) and it was left in a building common area without any notice from the driver to say it was there except an email with a picture of it and where it was o.O.. I got the email about 10 minutes later and went to pick it up but it had been taken by someone else. I called and spoke to a rep who was rude and spoke over me and was near yelling at me by the end of the conversation because I requested due to his rudeness and the incident with my package to speak to a suppervisor

This is in regard to tracking number INTLCMA626392000. The tracker says that a delivery was attempted 6:42 P. M. When I clicked for details, it says delivery was attempted at 8:42 P.M. The note says that Front Door/Driveway was not accessible. We used the driveway and the door throughout the day and don't understand why it was considered inaccessible. Another attempt is scheduled tomorrow (02 Apr 20). Please phone us from the highway (Highway #16 Yellowhead) and we will be outside at the end of the driveway to receive the delivery. Your driver won't have to access either the front door nor the driveway. Our phone # is [protected].

I followed the advice given here, contacted Intelcom's customer service. They had a photo provided by the driver that made quite clear that the driveway was accessible. I made arrangements for delivery and my parcel was delivered the next day without incident. I am quite happy with how things turned out. I have since received two more deliveries from Intelcom promptly and without incident and am now a satisfied customer :-).

The absolute worst company ever! Today they actual tried to deliver my package to the wrong house! I called to complain saying it says my package been attempted to be delivered at a certain time that I was home and that no further instructions were left behind. I was then told they left it at another house. Why? That house and my house have completely different addresses! I was then told that my package would be delivered today they would inform the driver... They then gave me the drivers number so I could call him directly... After calling twice he called back I could barely understand him and he told me he was no longer working and recieved no word from his office... I am currently 9 months pregnant and completely stressed over this situation this package has stuff for my hospital stay! I have never ever in my entire life had to deal with such unprofessionalism! Amazon please get rid of this ridiculous company!

This company is absolutely ridiculous. You have one job, deliver packages... ONE JOB! There are MONUMENTALLY horrible at doing this. I have received 5 emails in 5 days telling me my item is on the way and will get here in 3 hours. 5 times i have sat around waiting for a package and nothing. So I call in (3 times) and they tell me it is not scheduled for delivery until the next day or "its on its way". I even have a note to call me if you are somehow lost (drivers are never employed locally so they have no idea where anything is). Not even a phone call, and today for special fun I have an "attempted delivery" this company is a joke. Avoid if possible. Sent in huge complaints to Amazon for using this insult of a company. END RANT.

Leaves my package outside
The delivery leaves my package outside the apartment each time, the delivery is called sachia. I will never buy something on amazon. I already registered a complaint by phone but they made the same mistake. Quite simply they don't care about us.

Horrible. They sent an email indicting they'll be arriving within 3 hours. They didn't arrive until 6 hours... after the 3 hours last over... so 9 hours after their email. Also, no phone call nor a text to give a heads up. So when they finally arrived. they just buzzed (I live in a high rise) and I was already gone and driving for an evening appointment. So by the time I get to my phone (while driving), it's too late. I get an email shortly afterwards from Amazon saying a failed attempted delivery. Well of course, they show up way later, give no notice so I can be 'at least' prepared to buzz them in so they can drop off the package. No, they just leave.
Why the idiots didn't text or phone to give me some notice was so disappointing... especially after they did NOT arrive within their 3 hours notice.
I needed that part for my car and one of the reasons why I have Prime for emergency deliveries. Big Fail. Therefore, Amazon just lost another customer from their prime membership. If those goofs choose to use such unreliable stupid couriers, they don't deserve us as customers. Bye bye.

Falsely claiming attempted deliveries
Intelcom drivers have repeatedly been making false claims of attempted deliveries, always citing "Business Closed" in the tracking status. But the destination address isn't a business, it's the residential building I live in; my home doesn't "close". Drivers are left instructions to buzz my apartment from the call box by the front door, but they never do that; they simply give up and leave.
When it happened again earlier today (January 5th 2019), I called the company and was told by an agent that my apartment "looks like a business". What kind of courier can't recognize an apartment building, or read the obvious signage out front identifying it as one? Every other delivery person from every other company in town manages to make deliveries just fine, without becoming confused by the building's appearance.
I do NOT consider this complaint closed, and in fact this situation has occurred yet again. An item with tracking number INTLCMA579871524 was marked "Delivery Attempted" even though I am here at home, I was not contacted, and my phone shows no record of my apartment being buzzed on the call box. Despite their claims, Intelcom has clearly not instructed their drivers to handle my address correctly, and I do not accept their Resolution Statement.
Here are two tracking numbers for deliveries to my home: INTLCMA523184306, INTLCMA495637181
For both of these cases, the driver claimed "business closed", even though the address is an apartment building and never closes. The driver did not attempt to reach me on the call box. If he had, my phone would have rang and there would be a record of it in my call log.
And here is a tracking number for a delivery to my workplace: INTLCMA482105062.
In this case, the "attempt" took place during hours when the business was clearly open and was bustling with patrons. There is no way that anyone could have arrived at this address at that time and genuinely believed it was closed. I even asked one of the front desk staff if they had seen the driver come by, and they said no.
All three of these instances are from the past month.

Intelcom is easily the worst courier company in Canada.
Why Amazon insists on using them, with all the complaints they receive, I have no idea.
They must be cheap to use.
They regularly lose packages and refer the customer back to Amazon to "make things right" and assume no responsibility for their mistakes.
They have been in possession of my package for 6 hours and have not even attempted to put it out for delivery.
Their customer service is terrible, and they just keep repeating "we offer no guarenteed delivery time" over and over again like this makes everything ok.
Complain to Amazon every time they mess-up and maybe they will finally fire Intelcom.

Driver
I ordered a package from Amazon and was expecting it today. I received an email at 8:45 saying they tempted to drop off my package and the business was close however I was there 45mins prior. I called Amazon and explained what had just happened and the agent said he got in contact with the driver and that they will re attempt. I then receive an email saying i will receive the package in 3 hours. Great! 5 hours pass and still no package. I call Intelcom because at this point, i want to go straight to the source. I explain the whole story to the nice agent and she herself inhaled and exhaled a great big puff of irritation because this seems to happen often. She explains that the driver once again wrote down that he attempted another time and that we were still close and brought the package back to the warehouse. Which means it is impossible for me to receive it today. WE WERE 5 EMPLOYEES IN THE COURRIER DEPARTEMENT WAITING FOR THE PACKAGE. Irritated, i called back Amazon if they can help and the agent seemed frustrated with Intelcom seeing shes receiving complaints day in and day out about the exact same thing. Safe to say..im annoyed. Package delivery
I ordered a package off Amazon and it was delivered this morning, Dec 19/2019 @ 8:30am. The Intelcom delivery driver literally threw my package onto my doorstep. He didn't even bother to walk up the stairs to place the package. Also, he did not hide the package. It was left out, in the middle of my doorstep for the world to see, while i'm at work all day long. Intelcom has delivered four packages to my address this holiday season and each time my package was not hidden out of sight, at all, with any of the deliveries! All the packages were left out on my doorstep in plain sight. This last time was the worst though. The delivery driver showed a complete lack of care for the package and may have damaged my package when he threw it. I have attached a video of the driver throwing my package, and leaving it out in plain sight. So very disappointed in this company. I am hoping that they will acknowledge the issues and make effort to resolve it.

I have attempted to contact Intelcom 10 times. They have tried to deliver my package 4 times, when I was there and said the business was closed. My phone number is on my packages and they have never tried to contact me. I put my number on the customer service call list last night, they said the wait would be 169 minutes and waited over 4 HOURS and nobody ever card me back. I contacted customer service with both of my tracking numbers and they said "it looks like it's scheduled to be delivered tomorrow" even though it says they've attempted to deliver 4 times. Their customer service is absolutely no help, email and by phone. I have never ever had such ridiculous customer service

For 2 days straight it said that there was a "delivery attempt" and there is no attempt being made. I have been home for two days straight and know for a fact that no one tried to deliver anything. On top of that, I cannot get ahold of anyone to speak to as your wait times are ridiculously long and your company NEVER called me back. Poor service. All i was is to get a hold of someone so that my packages can be arranged to get picked up, or sent back to amazon so i can get my money back.

A delivery from Amazon was made to my house on Friday, December 6th, but it was only box 1 of 2. Box 2 was still listed as 'out for delivery'. It is currently Saturday, December 7th, and there's no sign of the package, and the customer service section of their website has been taken offline and replaced with a 70+ minute phone queue or an email form that does not get answered. I am simply trying to find out where my package is, and it's utterly impossible. They've even scrubbed the public commentary from their social media pages, and blocked messages. How could such a terrible company get a contract with Amazon?
I'm currently going on minute 20 of being on hold, only 56 more to go!

Delivery was attempted the day before it was to be actually shipped. For whatever reason I don't know. Now I'm being told it won't even ship today. The day in which it was to be shipped. When I called to ask for a pickup I was condescended by an obviously poor customer service rep who has probably had to deal with too many irrate and pissed off customers of this service. Where the hell is my package. When can I pick it up. Today.

Amazon delivery
I made an order on amazon which was supposed to be delivered 11/06 at 8:00 pm, however I noted on delivery instructions that office hours of the shipping address were 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The delivery then got delayed to the next day (11/07), but the estimated delivery was at 8:00 pm which is really unprofessional as this is a repeated mistake. I contacted Amazon and they gave me the updated estimated delivery which did get delayed to the next day AGAIN on 11/08. This is terrible service as delivery instructions were disregarded twice. There's literally no point in delivery instructions if it's disregarded and the same mistake is repeated without care.

Oct 29th 2019 I made an order as usual on Amazon . CA It's nice that they attempt to deliver on Nov 2nd after failed attempts but they always seem to get my address wrong and when I email them, they write me back in French language so I don't understand what's said
Anyways they always think I live in Brantford when in fact I'm in Hamilton and they misjudged saying they attempt delivery (in Brantford) 😢
Fast forward to today Nov 3rd parcels are out on delivery again but in Brantford. How can this company always get Hamilton mixed up with Brantford and many times they get lost in Hamilton having to call and ask where exactly I live on the map. I'm in downtown Hamilton. Very common address with postal code or they're not getting correct address information from Amazon.
I like the company but they need to sort out their addresses better and stop writing back in French.

Hands down the worst courier out there, they repeatedly call me everytime they attempt to make a delivery saying they can't find my place when every other courier has no problem.. They have even delievered multiple packages to cities i don't even live in and claim I'm lying. Rude and they just plain suck at their job from lack of care or respect, i wouldn't wish this service on my own enemy.. These guys should be out of buisness

Sort supervisor
I work in on the north warehouse in Calgary, last night when I got to work the sort supervisor had his child at work with him. This child looked at the most to be 10 years-old.He was at the warehouse until approx 6am. I don't believe that children should be in the warehouse period, in fact when a driver brought his child into the warehouse he was told that the child couldn't be there. Having a child in the warehouse at 3am on a school day or any other day should not be allowed, it made me very uncomfortable to see the poor child in there. I believe that the supervisor should be told that children are not allowed. He had no high visability vest and at one point was walking through the warehouse with his father.

There is no HR in the Calgary location
As I get off work before our HR comes in haven't been able to complain at work, but did spent 3 days trying to contact headoffice HR, even left messages but have got no response. For 2 weeks I had nothing but problems with this supervisor. He not only had his son at work and wanted me to give him my requisition for my ultrasound, but when I showed up for my scheduled shift I was asked why I was at work as he didn't text me and tell me to go in. Our regular boss does not text us for our shifts because we all have set days, now instead of a 6 day pay cheque, I only have 3 days on my cheque with total hour of under 10 for two weeks. When I went to work this week my actual boss wanted to know why I was in because the supervisor covering for him told him I was not to be scheduled at all this week, after reviewing my text messages and seeing that I had never been told to not come to work, he allowed me to stay but because the schedule was now made for the week I have no hours for this week, so instead of 3 days I only have 1 day of work.
This same supervisor now wants a copy of my requision for an upcoming ultrasound, to prove that I have one.

Package delivery
We have received an email that the package will be delivered in a certain period of time. We waited, 11:30, I received an email of attemtped delivery, rushed down to the front store hoping to see the deliverer, he is gone, no notice or whatever left. The driver did not call us to notify that they are in front store. Called customer care, he was not able to do anything. Driver did not do his part.
