Delivery
After numerous request to have the doorbell rung, (Rakess Terrace B.C.) still wont ring the bell. He takes pictures of the front of my house and emails them to me. When I call to complain his response is "Yah Yah Yah" and he hangs up. Now he doesn't answer his phone. I have spoken to him when I catch him at the door, and he say he will ring it, but toes not. He does a one finger tap and literally runs to his vehicle.
Desired outcome: Ring Doorbell
Package delivery
I received a notification from Amazon that Intelcom tried to deliver my package and they will try again. As usual my delivery instructions were ignored, I received no phone call as directed as my building is locked. This is upsetting and really makes me less likely to order again for fear of not receiving good service because the drivers are in such a hurry they can’t take a moment to check instructions or place a call. Now I wait as my package will be most likely not delivered on next attempt.
Desired outcome: Have the driver call me as instructed on order when they arrive and hand package to me
Excessive speeding on lawrence lane vernon bc
on Sept 22,2034,approximately 4:10 pm, a intelcom delivery van drove excessively on Lawrence lane, a private residential dirt road. numerous posted speed limit signs are visibly posted due to extremely dusty conditions. as one of the owners of this property, I am reporting the speeding van. If future vans race down Lawrence lane, your company will be prohibited from entering our property and speedy driver may be charged with trespass. SO PLEASE INFORM YOUR DRIVERS TO DRIVE THE SPEED LIMIT. THANKS
Patrick Lawrence
Desired outcome: drive the posted speed limit.
Delayed/Lost Package, Very Limited Customer Service
I Ordered several items from Amazon which were to be delivered within two days. A tracking number was given. Intelcom reported that they received it in Mississauga, Ontario but it has not moved for 5 days. Amazon’s tracking says that it was received in my city of Sault Ste. Marie. When calling Intelcom, which is laughable at best, they just repeat the same information that their website reports. They will not do a search for the package, a trace on it, nothing. They tell you to just WAIT for it. This IF you get through to someone. If they are “busy”, then you get disconnected.
The Sault Ste. Marie Depot has a history of not scanning items of reporting that they’ve received them so you have no idea where your package is or when it is to arrive. This issue is a common complaint here in the Sault.
This company is the worst company that I’ve ever had to deal with. Amazon needs to stop using them as a currier, immediately!
Desired outcome: Have my package delivered immediately. Have the company removed as Amazon’s delivery service in this area. Improve their customer services & relations and also have the Sault Ste. Marie location to do their jobs properly.
Speed of drivers on private property
Your drivers have zero concern about the speed they are going and today on My farm the driver almost tboned my truck as he was doing well over 40kmhr down a 300 foot laneway and came out at the barn without knowing what was beside or coming. He's lucky one of my children weren't biking because they would be dead! You are not welcome back on my property!
Desired outcome: Fire the kid driving your mini van and hire competent adults.
Package pickup: Tracking ID; INTLCMR104569117
Your driver came on Sept 8 to pick up the package, but he didn't pick it up - he said he didn't have the right form. He told me that he would return on Monday. I'm still waiting.
I tried calling the [protected] number 3 times, but am always placed in a queue - after about 8 minutes the line drops.
Please have someone pick up the package:
Carl Duguay
317-1521 Church Ave, Victoria, BC V8P 5T7
[protected]
Desired outcome: Pick up the darn package
Delivery
You don't need to [censored]ing spam the doorbell like a maniac 10 times you can wait 30 second for me put a [censored]ing pair jogging on you maniac I'm not waiting in front of the [censored]ing door for you like a dog
Honestly all Amazon deliveries goes with them and in last 2 years the service just been horrible from leaving [censored] outside my apartment building without giving 2 [censored]s in passing street with store downstairs too not walking 2 step inside or ringing the doorbell like a lunatic.
Desired outcome: These dam deliveries guys ring it like maniac or don't even bother ringing it at all. Like can, you have a minimum of common sense
Package not delivered.
Was following package [Amazon.ca] with Order# [protected] and Intelcom tracking number : CMD931576032
Delivery By Intelcom Courrier Canada Inc.
Tracking ID: INTLCMD931576032
Package never arrived and my tracking number has now mysteriously "vanished" from your website. This is my second package from Amazon, delivered by you to not arrive. All other couriers have been stellar but you are terrible.
Desired outcome: An explanation as to why this is happening. You are 50% owned by Canada Post and therefor somewhat political
Delivery driver lies
Aug 29 2023 4:18pm PST attempted delivery (never actually i was waiting in lobby of building saw the driver in van out front sitting messing around in the van)
delivery drivers need to learn to lie less and get delivering the packages which means getting out of the tin can and using legs brain eyes idk maybe they missing them along with the honesty
i even shut my work down early to ensure my package was received well what a waste that was,, tbh i dont think intelcom has ever told any truth with my orders.
Desired outcome: repayment of lost wages with my job
Delivery / courier
The actual delivery part of the transaction is generally not bad. However, the driver commonly copy my personal contact details to their own (not Intelcom) devices, then use non Intelcom email accounts (generally seems to be their own personal Gmail / Hotmail account) to beg for positive reviews if a review request is sent.
Despite at least 1/2 dozen complaints to Intelcom, the drivers still do this.
I understand the drivers probably have job reviews based on results, but that does not make it alright for them to harvest my personal information to do so.
Desired outcome: Drivers must stop abusing my personal information, especially on uncontrolled personal devices.
Parcel never picked up
July 19 I had a pick up scheduled for a package to be returned, my husband received an email at 2:00pm stating that they were on their way. My package was never picked up and my husband received another email stating that we needed to reschedule because they were unable to pick up that day. We rescheduled for Friday the 21st.
Around 2-2:30pm on the 21st, my husband sees the Intelcom van arrive, park at the bottom of our driveway for a few minutes and then drive away. I immediately called Intelcom to inquire as to why my package was not picked and up. I was told that had to be incorrect because they had a driver scheduled to pick up my package at 8:00pm. 8:00pm came and went and, again, my parcel was not picked up and we received an email stating we needed to reschedule.
I called again on Saturday, where I expressed my displeasure but was told the only thing they could do was reschedule my pick up. So, again, I rescheduled it for Monday the 24th. My husband received another email in the afternoon stating they were on their way and, once again, never showed up and once again received another email stating we needed to reschedule.
I called again on Tuesday, had the same conversation, but this time asked to speak to a manager or supervisor regarding this issue. Apparently, there was no one I could speak to. I ended up canceling my pick up altogether because it was apparent they had no intentions of ever picking up my package.
Desired outcome: To have this addressed with the company because this is absolutely unacceptable. Don’t offer a return service but never pick up the packages.
Amazon delivery by Intelcom
Complaint about intelcom delivery: this is the second time intelcom has been in charge of delivering a product to me. This is the second time I have not received the item. Despite phoning three times yesterday to clarify address (the same address used for canada post, fedex, purolator, ups, and vip courier) and request driver call if they can't find the apartment building, they still report something wrong and can't deliver. This is the worst delivery company I have ever experienced. Very poor customer service and terrible communications about delivery issues.
Desired outcome: Amazon should drop this contract - it reflects very poorly on them. No other resolution required. I will not order from Amazon if I see Intelcom as the delivery service.
All my amazon packages...
I have like 3 amazon order that are currently lost in limbo since they left THE NEAREST FACILITY from my city. No update since then nothing. Some package were bought on prime day... So thanks to you I will lose all discount...
Another thing is that the drivers keeps THROWING packages ON the door which makes an awfull lot of noise that makes out dog crazy and interupt my meetings since I work from home. PLUS most orders end up bangeg up or half brocken because of that.
This is SERIOUSLY the worst and most unprofessionnal service I have ever encounter.
I made suggestions to amazon to let people choose the delivery company so that I can pick up anyone but intelcom... Seriously everytime its a painful experience...
Desired outcome: I want my packages and i don't want them THROWN at the door... I don't think i'm asking for the moon here...
Lying about delivery of package
Your delivery driver continues to tell lies about attempting to deliver my parcel, tracking number INTLCMD789725167
For three days straight they have lied and said they attempted to deliver my parcel but I've been home every day, all day so I know that is a lie. They did the same thing last summer for two weeks and Amazon told me they would stop sending my parcels via intelcom. For awhile Amazon did stop using intelcom but now they are back to intelcom and poor service.
Ive tried contacting you by phone several times but after 15 minutes of waiting time you have disconnected my call. Pathetic customer service!
I expect my parcel to be delivered tomorrow, no excuses, no more lies.
Desired outcome: Stop lying about attempting to deliver my parcel and just deliver it.
Delivery of package
I ordered from Amazon (June 6th) to be delivered to my niece in Ontario. Package was in Thunder Bay on June 11th. She is only 4 hours away. It is now June 21st! and still not delivered. I received a message from Navkiran Kaur indicating he needed a physical address, which I provided to him.
Maybe the only way to get my package is going to the press.
INTLCMD671629550
Desired outcome: I want the package delivered as quickly as possible. I would like a call to explain where my parcel may be.
Intelcom delivery
I cannot believe that AMAZON continues to use this carrier! IF you do happen to receive your order it will be a partial order or weeks late.
I ordered a mattress on June 1st. According to the Intelcom tracking, this mattress has been "at carrier facility" in my home town since June 3... there is no carrier facility in my community... I've yet to receive my mattress.
I ordered another product on June 8th... it was delivered by Intelcom yesterday... but still no sign of my mattress...
This is an on going issue~tracking is non existent or incorrect. 90% of my amazon packages shipped with intelcom NEVER arrive.
Desired outcome: Find and deliver my package!
Delivery instructions not followed
The driver did not call me to let me know he was here, even though I gave specific instructions to do so, and why - both by phone *and* an online form.
For some reason, my instructions were completely ignored, which is 100% unacceptable.
Also, the photo of my package being delivered is not even for my package, it's someone else's! (see attached photo)...
Desired outcome: Use a delivery service that follows instructions. OR.... make sure your staff actually gives the instructions to the driver. One of those two things occurred.
So Intelcom emails me to say, "According to our system, there are no delivery instructions on file for this delivery."
Seriously Intelcom?
I called you a few days before delivery, and gave the person my phone number, and he assured me that he'd make sure the driver got it.
A couple days later, I received an email with a link to an online form that I filled out, with clear and specific instructions that the driver MUST call before delivery.
I entered my phone number, and the reason why he had to call FIRST.
Suddenly, the next day, I received an email to say that my package had been delivered. But I didn't get a call.
Another person in my building happened to be outside to accept the package, and they brought it to me.
But then there's the issue of the photo being the wrong package.
I do not accept your explanation of there being no delivery instructions, since I TWICE contacted you to make sure I was called first.
Please do not play the denial game, Intelcom.
EDIT: Meant to say at the end, "One or both of those things did not occur."
Return pickup service
I have been attempting to get an Amazon return picked up since May 20 - that's 2 weeks. Over the past 2 weeks, my return has been rescheduled 5 times. While I was at home each day my package was meant to be picked up, a driver did not contact me once, despite having my callbox information and phone number. I have had to call 3 times to try to address this and customer service agents have submitted driver complaints. On May 31, I spoke with your customer service team to express my frustrations and try, again, for a rescheduled pickup. She agreed it looked like false pickup attempts have been made. I told her how important it was that the pickup would actually happen this time, as I don't have any more time to wait to return this item, and this process has been irritating and a waste of time. My package was yet again supposed to be picked up today, June 2nd - the 6th "attempt" - yet I didn't even get an email saying a driver was on the way.
It is clear that Intelcom does not care to provide even a basic level of customer service. It is unprofessional to leave people hanging between multiple pickup attempts. A simple Google search shows that this is not an isolated incident and many people are having the same experiences. In the past, I have experienced similar issues getting returns picked up through Intelcom as well, though this extreme example compelled me to write a complaint today.
Why would a false pickup attempt even occur? Are drivers incompetent at their jobs or do they just care very little about them? Why is that? Does it point to internal problems? Employees definitely don't seem thrilled - Intelcom only has a 2.4/5 rating on Indeed and a 3.3/5 rating on Glassdoor.
Intelcom also needs to address their horrible business practice of not providing pickup time windows. Currently, they expect people to be waiting by the door for 13 hours a day, from 8am - 9pm, on the off chance a driver actually shows up. This is obviously not reasonable or convenient.
Desired outcome: Contact by the business to provide an explanation and apology.
Holding packages at the depot in grande prairie
Hi there;
I have had many issues with the Grande Prairie Delivery Depot in the past three years. The latest is them not willing to hold packages at the depot, despite customer service telling me they can be held there. I call when I get the tracking number, customer service does their thing and says yes it is held, I then get a delivery notice saying it is out for delivery and not being held and then I have to chase it down.
There are huge issues in communication with this particular depot and they need to be dealt with. Please call me. I am sure you can get my number.
Desired outcome: To have all my packages held at the depot for pick up rather than me having to chase them down.
They are driving way to fast in my long driveway
This happens for every delivery despite how many time we stop the driver they always speed in our driveway! We share a lane way with another house so between our orders and theirs a driver comes every day. We have put several noticeable signs saying to drive slowly! Due to my business being a daycare run in our home there are always young children outside. There’s nothing else we can do on our part we have addressed every driver that comes there is never a reason to be driving 90km/hr in a private driveway! If things don’t change we will be looking into legal action.
Desired outcome: Just drive slower in people’s driveway!!!!!
