Lied about delivery window
I received an email stating my parcel was on the way and would arrive at my work within 3 hours. I received that email at 1:10 pm. So I waited at my work until 4:45 pm, (3 hours and 35 minutes) and the courier did not arrive. So finally I left work and went home. At 5:30pm I received another email saying a delivery of my item was attempted at 5:09pm, nearly 4 hours after I received the first email stating the parcel would be delivered withing 3 hours.
Now I have to wait until tomorrow so we can start this nonsense all over again.
Intelcom, when you give a deliver window of 3 hours it is important to deliver the parcel withing that 3 hours.

Poor shipping
We constantly have our packages marked as delivered and have it not show up in our cameras. I assume our driver is stealing our packages as he clearly despises his job.
The 2 times our packages were delivered (one was a replacement shipment for a non delivery, that I assume he stole), he frisbee throws them from his car onto our driveway or from the bottom of the steps. I don’t know how to reach someone at Intelcom to complain. Avoid these guys if you can. Poor excuse of a company

The Amazon does punish the customers who want return the junk they received. Intelcom does picking up of returns from costumers. I was waiting from morning all day. After 2 tel. calls and confirmation by Email (around 1 PM) that they are coming within 3 hours, no one did show up. It is almost 8PM now and still no Intelicom pick up. My day was ruined and I am facing losing another one. To h..l with losers at Intelcome! I will think twice before I shop on Amazon again.

WORST COMPANY EVER. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Driver never shows up for return pick up, no matter how many times I reschedule (10+ times at this point).

Delivering outside of business hours
I am writing to express my discontent with dealing with Intelcom. I do the ordering for a business and many items come through Intelcom. They continue to attempt deliveries outside of our 8:30 am - 5:00 pm business hours, so I called to have this rectified. I simply wanted to add a note to our account so we could avoid continually missing our deliveries as we have thus far. I spoke with an agent named Antoine, who, after going over my issue asked me for a tracking number so he could verify my account. I said I could provide one for a previously delivered item, but that my issue was about all deliveries and not a single one. He said, "Ok", but he needed to verify my account. I provided him with a tracking number, to which he said "your package has already been delivered." At this point, I realized we were not understanding each other, so I asked to speak with a supervisor. He said he did not have one. I mentioned that I have worked for many call centers in my life and that there is always a supervisor. He repeated that he did not have one. I then asked to be transferred to another agent? He said that there were no other agents. I clarified, "so, you're alone in a building? I find that hard to believe." he repeatedly apologized, saying that my package had been delivered. I assured him that I would call back and request a supervisor and asked for his Id number to be able to reference him. He said he did not have one. I then asked for his name. He said it was Antoine. This "customer service" is completely unacceptable from a company whose website says "our advanced software infrastructure continuously optimizes our delivery routes, making us faster and more efficient and giving us a clear competitive edge." You would think it would be pretty easy to add a note onto a file to say "Hey, only deliver to this company between these hours," which are very standard business hours.
Desired outcome: I'd appreciate a response and the resolution of our original issue.
Intelcom delivery agent lied about delivery….Customer service also useless not helping anyone but answer calls.
I was expecting a product item from eBay United States to my house in Toronto and everything was going great. I was expecting the delivery quickly. Global delivery handed it to Intelcom and The status said out on delivery, I was expecting the delivery soon that day waiting at home BUT when I refreshed the status it said “unable to deliver” “BUYER REFUSED” in bold letters. The product was going back to the sender.
I never even spoke yet alone saw a delivery person ring my house.
They Never even left a note saying intelcom was at my house.
And no way was the address wrong Cus I double checked with the seller and I phoned the intelcom customer service twice and they verified my address correctly.
The customer service agents were also of no help. Both times I phoned two different agents and both of them kept passing the buck and not even taking any responsibility and saying they will write the incident down but I didn’t hear any typing just them trying to ease and diffuse the situation and hoping I get off the line with them. I wanted a number of the warehouse my product was going back to, so I can at least talk to a supervisor of the warehouse and maybe he can help me before the product left and went back to the sender. BUT the customer service didn’t want to help me… just kept telling me THEY will handle the situation. Basically just get me off there back and not helping anyone other than themselves and keeping me frustrated and holding no one accountable.
I want to know what prompts a delivery person not do there job properly and easily put false statements down and getting away with it. With customer service covering for things like this. And how customer service can’t override the false accusations and have it redelivered.
One customer service agent said yes my item will be redelivered the next day…but I didn’t hear any typeing from him. And the following day I rephoned and the next customer service said a different story saying he can’t change anything just to write a report but once again no typing in the background…but before that when I gave them my tracking number I can hear them typing my tracking number.
Intelcom is the worst delivery and customer service I’ve ever encountered.

2 days in a row my package was marked on the Amazon site as wrong address then said they ran into an issue. Delivering the package. When I called to resolve the issue the person would not let me speak to a supervisor when I asked him to put me in touch with one. He repeatedly talked over me and hung up on me.
Why is it the customers responsibility to get in touch with you to resolve the problem when you are not able to deliver the package? How many days would you continue to tell me that your going to deliver it and then post a message that you couldn’t?
Why wasn’t I contacted the first day?
I have had repeatedly had the same issues with this company! No other delivery company has any issues finding my location.

This is my first time experiencing Intelcom delivery and it was such an unpleasant and unprofessional service.

I tried to schedule a simple pickup for Amazon return. First time, the driver came without ringing the door bell or give me a call. Second time, I left a note at door with detailed instructions regarding their arrival (to either call my cell or ring the door bell) even though it was standard process and wasted another whole day again. The driver Masoud Habibnia just came and left without any form of communication.
I called Customer Service and politely spoke to an agent named Edson around 4PM EST, June 08; regarding my concern and tried to rescheduled my pick up for the third time. However, Edson was not only unhelpful but he technically told me that “You can contact your vendor to choose another option or drop it off yourself”.
I am beyond word for this disappointment and simply did not think that returning a package would cause all these hassle and inconveniences.
Please kindly provide some proper training for your employees regarding this matter.

I lost my entire day today. I spoke to them twice and they Emailed me confirmation about pick up between 1 PM and 4 PM. It is 8 PM now and they didn't show up. Losers.
Lied about package delivered!
I have never spent as many hours as I have trying to get this package eBay global shipping should contact Pitney Bowes about their carrier connection InteleCom delivery service they are horrible I've read all the reviews I don't see this is the seller's fault. I have called a dozen times trying to get this package sent to me getting the runaround saying it was attempted delivery or delivered or return to the warehouse even to the point they said they had a picture of it dropped off I asked to see the picture they said the picture unfortunately was black and to request a refund. Yesterday a supervisor I think his name was Barry from intelcom called me and told me unfortunately the package was lost at the same time on my eBay site it says it's delivered at 12: 24 a.m. who delivers packages half an hour after midnight? The final CSR I talk to it was very rude to me his name was Anthony I was trying to ask him for a supervisor to call me and he hung up on me can't believe eBay is using Pitney Bowes as they're using a cut rate carrier now not Canada Post, IntelCom is a nightmare for eBay Canadian customers! We pay a huge rate to get our packages sent to us through this global shipping program and now a lot of packages aren't being delivered or go missing from the fourth rate intelcom delivery express. Poor and no service at all
I have had numerous packages either not delivered or delivered to wrong addresses: INTLCMC703229854 - not delivered to my address (photo of someone else's mailbox) considered lost and I had to reorder, Wasting my time and affecting my business. INTLCMC695155247 lost in your Sault Ste. Marie warehouse, considered lost and had to reorder, again wasting my time and affecting my business reputation and my customers time. INTLCMC712640730 delivered to a nabours house and had to pick it up from them the next day, Not acceptable!. INTLCMC706616538 delivered to wrong address photo of someone else house?, Had to reorder items, wasting my time!. The van that does show up has been in a few accidents and in my opinion as a mechanic myself is not roadworthy and the next time it comes to my house I will call the MTO and have it pulled off the road as unsafe! The van has no identifying decals as to the company it is driving for, illegal in Ontario, The van does not have a yellow sticker stating it has been inspected for commercial use in Ontario, also illegal in Ontario. The license plate on the van does not have a commercial sticker on it, the sticker on this van is for personal use only, I can only assume then that the owner of this van has not told there auto insurance company that they are using this van for business! Again illegal in Ontario. Purolator, Fedex, UPS, DHL all follow the laws of Ontario MTO and are legitimate delivery companies in our Province, You should be following the Law as well. I know you are putting the responsibility on the "Independent Delivery Contractor" to follow the laws of their jurisdiction, But you as the company hiring these people should be making sure they follow the law. I am contacting Amazon complaint department next and informing them of the laws your "Independent Delivery Contractors"are not following and let them do an investigation into this issue. I will expect a response from you ASAP. My next action will be with the RCMP and MTO! if you do not rectify these issues.

They picked up personal item
They were supposed to pick up an Amazon package i boxed up and labelled at my door but instead LEFT that box and picked up an opened cooler bag that was next to my garage door. I called back that day when i saw the photo of what they took and asked them to return. They said they would but never did, they went on the say the following day it was returned to Amazon. When i called Amazon they said they couldn't find the package. I've been calling since Your return INTLCMR100750477.

I have an email from Saturday saying you they will contact me shortly and nobody has. My phone number is [protected].
My package arrived at their warehouse here in Victoria British Columbia at 5:45 am on Thursday morning and then again at 5:45 am it shows N/A. I have called the customer service number twice now and spoken to the same customer service person both times. He said he would send an email to the warehouse on Friday and I would receive the package on Saturday. On Saturday he said he would email the warehouse and I would receive it on Sunday. He was very rude on both occasions and when I tried to ask a question during the second call he hung up on me.
The package still shows that it has not moved since Thursday morning at 5:45AM. Could somebody please help me with this as I certainly do not want to speak to the very rude customer service representative again and so far has been no help whatsoever.

Lying Customer Service Agent and Delivery Delays
I contacted Intelcom Express yesterday to see if my delivery would be arriving that day, as was advised by Amazon. After waiting an hour to speak to an agent, the agent confirmed my address and buzzer code, and then said to me it will arrive that day and just needed to be loaded onto a truck. That turned out to be a lie, the item was not even attempted to be delivered and today, same issue, it still was not delivered. I submitted multiple requests through their website and unsurprisingly received no response.
This is a high value delivery and I am disgusted how poorly this is being handled. I contacted Amazon and they were all "it's all in the hands of the courier".
I am very tempted to return the item if I ever receive it then cancel my Amazon Prime membership because of the poor service of Intelcom. Disgraceful customer service.
Desired outcome: I want to know when I will receive my product and why it is being endlessly delayed. I was told I was going to receive the item my Amazon on Sunday and now it is Wednesday with no sign of when it is to be delivered.
Damage to a vehicle following a delivery
Good afternoon,
Following an Amazon package delivered yesterday May 28, 2022 while no one was home, the package was found when I arrived home later in the day.
This is not the issue but rather that following the delivery, my car was parked in the driveway all day and when I arrived I noticed 2 long scratches on the hood of my parked car. I tried calling customer service but it was closed and called again today May 29 to report the issue. Strangely the 2 scratches are exactly 16” apart which is the exact width of the box that was dropped off. I have pictures that I can provide. I would appreciate resolving this issue asap. Thank you.

I was to receive 2 orders today that were placed with Amazon and delivered by your company. I looked on the computer for my status and it said "delivered" but I never received anything. I was home all day, waiting for these 2 packages. I did not receive a phone call, no notifications of any kind, no knock on my door and no delivery photo by email. The shipping address is 3639 Wellington Street in Verdun, H4G1T9 which is not open today. I asked for the package to be delivered to 3637, right next door. I left this address on bright yellow paper, you couldn't miss it and I also added that in the shipping instructions. I had asked NOT to leave it at my door and to knock hard the doorbell does not work. I want to know what happened. I want to know where my PAID packages ended up, I want to know where my things are and who has them. I would like to know why I was not notified in any way about the delivery and the reason why the added instructions were not respected. I would like someone to get back to me about this. I phoned your customer service and they were going to look into it and was told I would have them by 10pm tonight, it is 11:06pm so once again I am left hanging. I want someone to contact me as soon as possible and let me know what is going to happen and how this situation is going to be rectified. I will await your prompt response. I am extremely disappointed in the service I was given. It was not professional at all and had absolutely no respect to the packages that I was home all day for to even knock at my door. As i had said, I want someone to contact me about this and the steps that are going to be taken.

Not good service for returns-it's an abomination
Something fishy going on. They failed to pick up 3 times even though assuring me from the 2nd and 3rd conversations with customer service. I can be understanding if something happened with the 1st attempt perhaps it was beyond their control But each time I was home and waiting hours on end for this pick up that never comes and makes me cancel all my plans for the day/evening. They don't even tell you in an email until 5 hours later that the pickup is postponed and to reschedule. No reasoning on their tracking either and if you call them and get through after 2 hours on hold, they'll give you some line about how they tried to pick up. Downright dishonest. This is a disgrace.

Hello, I have been trying to receive my package from eBay for the last three days. However, they can't put it in my mailbox or get into the building and won't leave it outside my apartment building. I have been home the entire time these past three days and they still weren't able to deliver my package. If they could text or call or email me when they are outside of my building, that would be great. But, I can't wait for three hours in my apartment lobby in order to receive my package. My apartment buzzer doesn't work either. If they could text or call when they are outside my apartment building, I think that would solve the problem.

Product in status delivered but package is missing
This is the second time within 2 months that I ordered from Eddie Bauer and package is missing. The first time I was told by Intelcom customer service that package was delivered , but this was not the case. I live in a condo and camera exists at the entrance in the building. I asked the Property Manager to look and see if any package was delivered at the time indicated by Intelcom. I was told that building camera did not track any delivery at the time indicated. I called back Intelcom and I asked for photo proof. I was told that the driver does not take photos of deliveries. To get into the building you need a fob or the delivery person must call the interfon No interfon call was made at the time indicated. After the first lost package I ordered the same item and the same situation happened. This time I was told that the driver took a picture of the left package but I was told that the picture cannot be sent to me. Again no interfon call , plus my wife arrived at home minutes after the fake delivery and she did not see any package in the lobby. This is last time I will order from eddie bauer. Really disappointed customer.
Horrible customer service, frustrating returns pickup
Been trying to return an important order back to Amazon. Very unprofessional, customer service line takes more than an hour to get through to somebody (I bet they're not even that busy!) and the way they schedule pickups for returns are so frustrating. Been trying to get a return picked up for almost a week now. The one day that the driver called me randomly and asked if I had something to be picked up I wasn't home, and I asked him a few questions on how to reschedule or get a pickup another day and he just answered (I don't know I don't know). I would drop off the return myself but amazon is not even giving that to me as an option!
Desired outcome: I need my order picked up, or at least allow me to drop it off myself. Refund would be great, if you're willing to refund me $8500.
