I haven't been able to find this anywhere

We recently purchased 2 large bottles of double double coffee creamer. They don't taste as they should. They taste more like Irish cream than double double. They were purchased at our local co op in Medicine Hat, Alberta. I'm. It sure if your recipe has changed but if it has please change it back to how it was before. We may have to switch to coffee mate creamers.

I am upset you discontinued white choc macadamia. It had amazing flavor,
you could really taste the macadamia nut. Some creamers don't have that punch of flavor at the back of your throat like this flavor. I love your creamers but I really like the nutty flavor. Are you going to replace it or better yet make it again? Thank you. Theresa Glascock

This creamer is the only one my family drinks with their coffee. I have shopped at all Walmarts, Winn Dixie, and Publix in Port St. Lucie and they all tell me they can't get it or it's not available anymore. Can you Correct this or tell me why you are not sending it to the stores?

About 2 months ago, Winn Dixie and Walmart had it available. Please tell me what the problem is or if you will be sending the White Chocolate Mocha creamer to all these stores again as soon as possible. A lot of my friend drink it also and are pissed off about it as well.

Went to poor myself some of the creamer and it came out glue like really thick . Was purchased at local grocery store . Creamer after purchased was placed in office fridge . I will be returning the creamer to grocery store, to get a replacement . I have bought many times this product and have never had this happen before .

I was told the Salted Caramel Mocha Creamer was discontinued.

Please bring it back as it is by far the best creamer. I've tried many other creamers and they do not compare to the Salted Caramel Mocha. I don't understand why you would discontinue the best flavor, but leave other flavors which are not good.

I was a loyal customer and I would like to stay that way. I would really appreciate it if you would bring back the International Delight Salted Caramel Mocha. It is like having coffee and hot cocoa at the same time.

Please bring it back!

In the past several months I have had several bottles of Sweet Cream flavor creamer, my family goes through upwards of 3 bottles a week. a week ago, as I opened a new bottle it came out like thick slime. I poured and it wiggled as it glopped out of the container. Then it just plopped into my cup and another glob followed it. Really quite gross. I returned the bottle back to the store and they replaced it... but despite that, I have had times where it came out of the bottle lumpy, like sour milk. But the main reason for my complaint today is bitterness. The last several bottles I consumed, have made my coffee slightly bitter; just not quite right, leaving an unpleasant aftertaste. I thought it was me at first, but when I use half and half everything tastes fine. It just seems quality control has dropped.

I thought maybe freezing or overheated as I do live in Tucson Az. But our weather for the past month has been above freezing and not exceeding 70 during the day. So, not sure what do other than go back to half and half for a while until the issue has been resolved.

10- 23-2020 I opened my Almond Joy International Delight coffee creamer this morning & it was curdled. The sale by date is 4 Jan 2021.
I would like a full refund .

French vanilla half gallon it pours out in chunks like it's spoiled it is completely curdled but it's not expired for a few months from now this isn't the first time this has happened this is about the seventh time I keep it refrigerated and right when I open it it pours out in chunks I try to take a picture to send to you but you can't see how chunky it really is it literally pours like milk that has been out for a week

I can only drink the Peppermint Mocha. It's the only flavor that doesn't upset my stomach. I was tickled that it is put already. It doesn't taste like Peppermint at all. It almost tastes like French Vanilla. Bring back the Mint chocolate truffle! That tastes way better. Until then. I'll be buying your competitor.

I've used international delight French vanilla for years. I, like many other people I know, not only used it in coffee, but for almost anything where vanilla makes it taste better.
Ice cream, pies, any fruit, and even plain yogurt.
Since the new formula, I honestly don't know anyone, especially my family, who like it.
It is so different, I actually thought it was a just a knock off product.
To bad for us, and I'm sure it's to bad for sales.
Do the right thing, like come did, bring back the original.

I had a Coffee Creamer go bad after 6 days after it was opened. I did contact a service Rep. She was very nice and sent me a Free for one Iced coffee coupon. This I can not use. It was embarrassing to be correct when I tried to buy your Creamer for coffee. I would like to return this back to you. I can not use. Is it possible to replace the "COFFEE CREAMER CHOCOLATE CARAMEL" which went bad?
Who do I return the coupon to? Let me know one way or the other Please!

Writing you to report two 32 FL Oz creamers which were so thick, difficult to pour into cup. Very thick, almost like a gel. Felt they were bad and tossed them. We are sure you would want to know about this. Never happened to us before, been using your products since 2016.

I purchased this creamer because I am trying to decrease my sugar intake. This particular creamer has a funny aftertaste or should I say it makes my coffee taste weird.

Black mold inside neck of creamer
i wondered why i was having stomach pain. I opened the top to check
how much creamer was left and found the black mold.
I bought the double pack and will have to throw out both.
I'd be afraid that black mold is in all product that was produced.

The past two times that we have purchased your creamers, they've gone bad in less than a week. I open the lid and the smell of sour milk hits my nose. I look down inside and it's frothed up like an ice cream float. All of this in less than a week (purchased on Saturday, opened Sunday, today is Friday). There's no way I can drink that much creamer in so little time, especially considering I prefer my coffee to be on the darker side. The company has been contacted and they're sending me a coupon for one free creamer. I've always enjoyed ID's products and I hope to continue enjoying them, however, if this continues to happen I'll have to find a different brand to use.

We recently purchased 6 containers of International Delight hershey's Chocolate Carmel creamer in the 32 oz. size. We are on our 4th bottle and so far every one of the containers leaks where cap screws onto bottle when pouring. I have tightened but to no avail. When we purchased them we noticed a leak on one and had it replaced. Why are the containers not sealing? We have been using this flavor for many years and never had a problem until lately. Somewhat disappointed with the sticky mess the leak causes. Our container had a code # of 51-4114 R-S 1129

Hello! In your ingredients list listen on every single container it states that it is non-dairy because it is federal standerds of non dairy but is not vegan friendly... My vegan friend almost drank my coffee with dairy in it and almost contributed to something she doesn't support! I'm not vegan but not cool man. I wanted to submit it now but it says it's too short a message but in my opinion the message is short and clear... You should consider changing your ingredients list!

You truly need to return to the original formula. I've been using this flavor since the early 1970's when it was in powdered coffee form. It no longer has the vanilla taste but a nutty flavor that leaves a terrible aftertaste. People are switching to other companies because of this negative change. If you can't return to the original formula, you'll add my family to the list of customers you've lost!

Just bought new bottle of International Delight French Vanilla creamer and could not find my usual blue top so came home with the "new" gold color top. Very disappointing, bad aftertaste and just a total off taste. Wasted $ on this one. Bad move.
