False bans are rampant and unless you are a youtuber or streamer who can kick up a fuss, you won't get unbanned. There isn't even a proper support system in place for players to reach out to appeal their bans except an automated service that just rejects the appeal.

I was banned on July the 26th, I submitted an appeal which was automatically denied within hours (no messages given or a reason as to why, just denied). I then submitted a support request under a different issue for my banned account in an attempt to get an actual human to respond, to which I received a response essentially saying that bans are final and they are not looked into.

This is an absolutely pathetic stance to take given how many streamers and youtubers have been banned and their ban appeals also being denied automatically. Then for them to be unbanned again after it was found to be a mistake after a manual review when they publically complain about the ban. When bans are so common with these content creators, bearing in mind theres only a handfull of them, does it not stand to reason that a portion of legitimate regular players will also face the same ban issues?

My account was permenantly banned after putting about 200 days of play time into it. The company doesnt care about it's customers unless they have a following. It is beyond a joke. This is not a new problem either, this has been going on for over a decade. At this point it's not even the ignorance of a new company still developing, it's just plain disrespectful

Desired outcome: I would like for my account, "TRIM Schlong" to be unbanned

the only account i play on got a perma ban out of the blue since feb and ive been trying hard to get it back. Posts like this discourage me so bad.

It's honestly ridiculous. I've been emailing then costantly for the past 2 months and barely get anything more than a copy and pasted reply back. Honestly the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with in terms of customer support.
