Jagex review: Old school runescape / false perma macro major ban

Just some background: (OSRS = Old School Runescape)

I was playing probably close to 12 hours a day, constantly doing other stuff on the side and spent most of my time on OSRS on my Ironman Account. Ironman is a specialty account, and it was the only way i could enjoy playing the game due to my very strict morals that originate from my aspergers. These accounts you can easily spend thousands of hours on, which i did.

Due to my mental health issues and lack of medication, i emptied my friends list and started to play OSRS pretty much full time. Up until this point, i paid the monthly subscription with the very little money i had and played only occasionally. I turned my old inactive main account into a cooking account i can cook sharks on while i played on my ironman, for the sole purpose of making enough money for a bond. (And my first 99).

I was finally reaching end-game, reaching goals i only imagined as a kid. Trying out zulrah, failing. Trying out gwd, failing. But i was learning. I decided that i wanted to reach higher and go for the quest cape. I was nearing my last quest. (Night in the theater) When i hit a roadblock: My gear.

My gear needed upgrades, to get upgrades, i needed to do zulrah (A boss), in order for me to do zulrah, i needed a certain agility level. I did a bunch of agility, on mobile and on my computer up until the agility level i needed for zulrah, and went to bed. Super excited to try zulrah and maybe beat it for the first time.

I woke up and tried to log in, only to be met with a "You have been banned" message. I chuckled to myself, knowing that alot of people that ive seen on youtube got false bans and easily got out of them. I was drunk at the time, but i sent in an appeal with very little detail. From what i read, it does not really matter what you say in the appeal, someone goes through it all and decides regardless.

I received a permanent macro major ban despite never cheating. My appeal was denied and i was completely heartbroken and suffered for days afterwards (since i struggled to replace my addiction). So to recap:

Played on my ironman, Got a perma macro major ban, ban appeal was denied, and all my attempts to get help on twitter has ended up with either "If you got banned by the system theres nothing we can do", "Dont cheat".

I only used runelite, appropriate widely used plugins on runelite, never shared my account information, secured my account, didnt have any suspicious programs running except maybe a VPN.

I have tried to contact @JagexSupport, other jagex mods, anti cheat support team on twitter since feburary, at no avail.

I've run out of options, I don't really know what to do. I just want to play again and i never cheated, i care too much about the game.
