After my account was hacked and items stolen from a hacker, I spoke with Jagex's support team to see if they can recover the items.
They ended up locking the account and had confirmed that the account had been accessed by a third party, but said no items can be returned.
I never recovered the account as I was quite upset and was seeking out legal options regarding them refusing to refund membership for the account, as I know famous streamers have received 5B worth of items back without even asking... Streamer privilege eh? But not to mention that I end up paying for my internet, electricity and put all my time into a game, for it to be unfairly taken away from me.
Jagex failed to acknowledge that they didn't lock my account, even though I have a ticket response from them stating they did. They have refused to give me any form of detail on what has happened on my account, but rather permanently banned the account for the one offence, whilst also stating that they won't speak with me about the accounts banned status via the support channel - I asked them where the best option to contact them would be, to which they ignored my email completely. Great customer service, right?
If the Jagex team read this, then they can look at the in game name below, to investigate all tickets that have been sent back and fourth, so that a fair and prompt investigation can take place.

Desired outcome: An apology for their error of claiming it was locked, when it wasn't, for them to reverse any bans and acknowledge their error.
