good day iam just want to know why my visa debit was charged 25 times starting from september 11/2023 $89.99 and 8 was returned as a correction back on my visa ,i dont know any thing about your company ,iam a retired army vet in canada on a fixed in come and i did not know why or whats going on ,but i septlike all my money you taken from my visa debit back not just a few please. september 1189.99 taken -then put back ,september12 89.99 taken 7 times,sept 12 89.99 ,89.99 twice returned ,sept 12 89.99 taken sept 12 returned 89.99 ,sept 13 89.99 taken -sept 89.99 returned,sept 14 89.99 taken -sept 14 89.99 returned sept 18 89.99 taken -89.99 returned sept 18 ,sept 18 89.99 taken 4 times -september 18 89.99 put back not other 3 times.iam still owed 989.00 dollares that hasent been corrected back to my acount ,. its well to say you have issue with your acounting deptment .my son might have a account with you i dont no ,but he lives in usa and i live in halifax ,nova scotia ,canada. so please get this mistake fixed and my money put back please. shawn cormier
Desired outcome: the return of the rest of my money
Good morning I thankyou for 6 89.99 that was taken from my visa debit for some mistake, but iam still owed 4 more $89.99 if you check. Like I said iam not a member and some times mistake happen so if you check from sept 11 /2023 when this started most where put back and another 6 yesterday but there still remains 4 more $89.99 that is still owed like on the e-mail I sent to help, jagex. Thank you for fast action, but I hope the remaining 4 of $89.99 will be returned soon. Thank you shawn cormier
