Advertising and doing business online in the US, then expecting customers to assume huge overseas shipping charges for returns is unreasonable.(Get a warehouse stateside!) Just want to add a recent complaint to the others on the site. Do NOT order from this company especially if you live in the US. They are located in China and if there is anything wrong w/ your item and you need to return it the cost to return will probably be higher than the amount you paid for the order! Also their sizing is WAY off. Their size chart gives no true indication of the size that you are ordering. My items were fine as far as quality but they were at least 2 sizes smaller than what I ordered even though they were marked as the size I ordered. Just do not order from them you will regret it!
poor quality/size discrepancy
Sizes run at least 2 sizes smaller than they indicate on the site. I ordered a size up from what was posted and all the items still did not fit. The material is extremely inferior, with some so thin that you can practically see through it. It took them 3 weeks to process and ship the order. To return the products will cost as much as what I paid so it's not worth it. I am very unhappy and never order from them again.
I ordered a long hooded sweatshirt in grey size large, I received it today in blue size med. I went on chat and spoke with a Jessica.First she wanted me to send a picture, which I refused to send telling her I had no reason to lie.She then asked for the order number which I could not find.She then asked for the tracking number and told me I had ordered it in blue size med. and that I should check my order, when I went to check my order it said SORRY THIS IS NOT AVAILABLE. I purchased clothing items from jolly chic, before I did so I checked their return policy and there was mentioned that they had a uk hub where one can send his returns. Upon receiving items, a few did not fit therefore I contacted after sales where now they informed me that I have to send items back to china, which will not be worth it after all. I am really disappointed. May I point out that various e mails have been received by jollychic and this uk address in Manchester is listed. Very disappointed !

I have contacted the company 3 times and always the same answer : please wait you will receive your order.

This company I placed an order with never sent a confirmation email. I went to find out what happened. I've attached a screen shot of my conversation with them. It took 65 minutes! I still have not received any emails from them. They did charge me, though. Please do not use this company.

This company is a total and utter scam . Do not order from them ever ! I ordered stuff over a month ago and it never came . They took my money and I called them 5 times and they kept telling me it was on its way ! They are liars beyond belief . I ordered merchandise on 5/01/2015 they said that delivery was attempted but I do not believe that. The tracking site they sent me to is fake. I am out $52.00.

I ordered from them before reading all the complaints about them. I DID receive my order. My biggest problem was with DHL, the shipping company. The only thing, for me, with Jolly Chic is the sizes. I ordered a size Med. coat and it fit likes a small. After reading all the complaints I'm just glad I got my order. Though I will not be ordering from them or the others like them ever again. (They are based in China.)
I have received goods from them in the past. My most recent order included trousers that were in the wrong size. I emailed them and they refused to exchange them or refund me. I've received copy and paste answers and had to repeat myself over and over again because each email was replied by a different person. WORST customer service ever. You know what they say about paying peanuts. I've learnt my lesson.
I ordered from this company, it took a month, the quality was very low, they provided me aFAKE TRACKING NO, I tryed to contact their customer service many time, by mail, Facebook, after days I got a reply, which didn't really contained the answer to my question, the mail was written in slang...complete ghetto style...I live in Belgium, I played with Visa card so it was not possible to delete my order, and they provided no information about my order, everything was fake

I also had a problem with an item I ordered from Jolly Chic. The size indicated the bust to be 46". When I tried it on, all the pleats in the bodice stretched out to accommodate a 46" bust! Cheap material, no stitched in pleats. Dress I got looked nothing like the one on the model. Couldn't even wear it as a housedress. Return shipping is double the cost you pay for shipping, with no return receipt. The website wouldn't let me leave a review for the dress to warn other unsuspecting customers. Customer service would not give me the name of the president of the company nor his/her e-mail contact. They just ignore my complaints now. Terrible company!
