On 30.11.09 I posed a question but I was required to provide more information before an answer could be given. Before I could provide that info a relative of mine solved the problem for me. No answer was given nor requested BUT money has been taken from my credit card without my authority. I request that the money be returned a.s.a.p.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I asked a question that was never answered and my account was billed $40.00. What is my recourse of actions that I may take or does this group actually reimburse those people who are billed and receive zero services. Does anyone even answer these compaints?

On April 14, 2010 I submitted a question about my TOM TOM GPS UNIT and I received the
answer I required and agreed to pay $11.00 dollars for my answer. I also stated that I didn't need anymore information, now I found that on May 14, 2010 I was charged another $11.00 to which I
didn't agree to.
I would appreciate that my account be credited back the money.

my experience with JustAnswer are very similar to what happened to ERIC JONES who posted that he was charged without authority..i asked legal advices from their experts 11/2009, cant remember the exact date, i do authorized them to charged me of $38. for each questions:( i saw the bills been deducted on the bill statement and after that i didnot make any visit on their site...but the worse scenario is "justanswer" is still deducting $38. up to now..unauthorized! i want my money back (fr. Jan to May 2010!)..pls. help!

i asked question was not to be charged until the i got an answer, never got one & THEY BILLED MY CREDIT CARD 14 dollars. If i try to send a response to there email it comes up as an invalid address. also, i am unable to get a phone number. This must be a scam!
