Hello. I have been receiving unwanted emails from this company, JustFlowers.com for over a year now. I have gone to their unsubscribe section on their website and have tried to unsubscribe at least 50 times. The site will allow an unsubscribe check box, however, the section above will not let you deselect how many times emails will be sent. So, it looks like, they never want a person to unsubscribe.
I ordered online ONE time from JustFlowers.com almost a year ago and never signed up for email from them. The emails come every day at least 3 times a day.
I can't prove this but approximately 2 months ago, my bank alerted me to a $132 purchase charged to my credit card. I did NOT make any purchases since my one and only purchase. Sounds fishy, but I can't prove it. My bank did my money refunded.

I ordered once about 10 years ago. it was for a funeral service. When my C.C. statement came
in there were two charges, one for the flowers ,and one fraudulent charge for around $135.
the $135 charge was billed thru JustFlowers.com. some person at Justflowers.com tried to steal $135. I took care of the fraud thru my C.C. company. Ever since then the emails have kept coming. I do not believe that renee9721 has been removed. I do believe JustFlowers.com is
another low life business. Their unsubscribe does not work.

same day delivery. I've called and called and they keep giving me the run around or hanging up on me. Today is Tues and we still have not flowers.
I asked them on Sun to cancel the order and refund my money. They just keep telling me that they are working on my order and have to contact florist and will get back with me. Some story from managers. I believe this company is a scammer.

Can't unsubscribe from newsletters from JustFlowers despite multiple attempts to have them remove my email.
Please remove my email address from all correspondence or newsletters. I sent flowers to my mother on Mother's Day in May 2021. They missed the delivery by three days. My mother died on the 16th. I still received emails reminding me to order. I've tried to unsubscribe multiple times, and it doesn't seem like a person can do that. I've tried to report the problem and never received a reply to my complaint.

If you buy from JustFlowers, you will N-E-V-E-R hear the end of them because they will send emails/spam FOREVERMORE. And it does NOT help to go to their special link to STOP emails. It does no good at ALL.. they don't CARE. They're just going to continue to hassle you throughout all of eternity. Good thing I didn't give them a phone number too! *Attached pic is basically just SPAM emails from APRIL ALONE. The rest of the emails came through to my regular inbox.

Ignores all requests to opt out of spam
This company refused to let you opt out of spam messaging. Shop there once and you'll get almost daily SPAM emails from them, with no way to opt out (they do provide an opt out link, which I've used numerous times but it has never actually stopped the spamming). At this point I'll also be reporting them to the proper authorities for violating current state laws.

Will not stop sending emails
We have submitted requests to unsubscribe to their emails for over 2 years. STILL NO ACTION to stop receiving. We receive emails on a weekly basis with no end in sight.
When I select unsubscribe - it tells me I am successful but the emails just keep coming.

Poor quality flower delivered
We are so disappointed with the flowers. We paid good $$$, over $100 total, for Deluxe of Fashionista but the flower came in so sparse and in such poor condition.
I've used 1800 Flowers over the years and their quality was never an issue. I thought I would give this company a try and I am so disappointed. Additionally, the guaranteed delivery was supposed to be the next day; by 6PM local time we didn't get any word and I called in to your support line, the rep said hold on while she called the local florist to check. I was online on a Friday evening for a full hour and then was then disconnected. It was not a pleasant experience and the undue frustration was not great to welcome a weekend. When the flower was delivered...the disappointment and frustration continued.
Desired outcome: Refund my money. The customer service offered a partial refund which is unacceptable. The process is frustrating and ruin my surprise gift to my brother and his new wife.

Floral arrangement
I ordered a flower arrangement that was a completely full bouquet of assorted flowers which included several roses. I received a sparce arrangement that contained a few carnations here and there, no roses or other flowers pictured, and was extremely sloppy in appearance. When I complained, I read verbatim their policy on substituting flowers of equal or greater value, and they had the audacity to tell me that carnations were the same price as roses and to be happy that they weren’t dead or wilted. To be honest, the arrangement was so bad it was laughable. My 7 year old could stick some flowers in a vase and they would be better. Also, the water was green and foggy. It was obviously made several days before the purchase. This company does not offer any decent compensation or refund of any kind. They only offer a $10 coupon for a future arrangement. But seriously, this was so bad. I wish I could post a photo of a side by side comparison of the website picture vs. the actual floral arrangement received. It was bad. Beware. This is not a reputable business.

Order number 9603857. I purchased a flower arrangement from justflowes.com that was supposed to be delivered on Mother's Day but was never delivered. I called Just Flowers up until 10 PM to do a follow-up and was told that they needed to contact the local flower company to see why my order was not delivered and what happened, and when I told the rep that I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund, she hung up on me. At 10:30, I get an email saying, "We see in our system that your order was delivered." (This was only after I asked for my refund and for the order to be cancelled) but she needed to confirm with the local flower company, which was closed today and will be tomorrow. At 10AM this morning, I emailed them back and they sent THE SAME email back that my order was delivered but they hadn't heard from the flower company. I replied back letting them know that this order was NOT delivered and I wanted it cancelled and a refund. The repeated request for a refund is going unanswered. This order was NOT delivered, and there's no way they were seeing it at 10:30 PM as delivered, but it wasn't showing delivered just 30 mins prior. The house this was supposed to be delivered to has security cameras that were checked to date back a full 48 hours. This delivery was not made. It's already 5 PM here and no one has attempted to contact me, and when I call them, no one answers. This is the worst experience I have had to deal with and I will NEVER do business with justflowers.com again.

Ordered flowers for my 92 year old mother who lives in assisting living. The flowers were never deliver. I spent hours trying to talk with someone. When on hold the system automatically hangs up. I called 6 times to get corrected. The order number was 9576145 .
Out of frustration I am just stopping payment on my credit card. I have given JustFlowers many opportunities to correct the situation

Hello #9594512 flowers I ordered that were guaranteed to be delivered on Mother's Day, May 8th. Each day around 4:00 p.m. I receive a text from Just Flowers saying the delivery is rescheduled for the next day. I called on May 9th and was told the order was out for delivery now. The website now says will be delivered on May 10th. Spent nearly $100 for this horrible customer service.
Desired outcome: Deliver the flowers already! Tomorrow I'm calling the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company if I don't hear back. POOR MOM!

Got an email after 330 on the date of delivery that it is rescheduled to the next available date.
Called customer service to resolve. Incredibly rude and was hung up on twice.
If you don't have the ability to fulfill orders by a given date with your network of "thousands" of florists that you boast to have you should not accept orders. Even if you do accept it you should let the customer know if you need to reschedule well in advance than more than halfway through the delivery date.

I have requested to unsubscribe from their emails numerous times. At least 3 times this first week of May 2022. They keep on mentioning Mother’s Day and my mom’s name. I emailed them and told them in addition to stop, that my mother had passed three years ago. So it is spam plus a gut punch that they keep on telling me how much my deceased mom will love flowers on Mother’s Day.

Floral arrangement not delivered.
I ordered flowers for my daughter for Valentines Day from Just Flowers. The order was item #4473, order #9539273. They were to be delivered the afternoon of February 14th, however they never arrived. My daughter was devastated as it was the first year in 27 that I had forgotten her on Valentines Day or so she assumed. Upon discovering they hadn't delivered her flowers, I immediately contacted Just Flowers customer service to inquire as to why the flowers had not been delivered. Their response was, they had reached out to their local florist and verified that the delivery had been made and followed up with a photo of a bouquet sitting on a nondescript counter (not her building). The building my daughter lives in is a high security key-card access only. All deliveries are only allowed access by the on-duty concierge who electronically opens the door. Once inside the concierge contacts the resident for verification of the delivery, upon verification the delivery person is given access to the elevators and required to deliver the item to the resident. Point being the concierge, by company policy is not allowed to accept any deliveries. After numerous frustrating phone calls back and forth with Just Flowers personnel, and multiple emails with no acknowledgement from them that we had proven beyond reproach that the delivery driver had not delivered the flowers to my daughter, we were left with our only remaining option and that was to file a dispute with our credit card company. Upon providing them with signed statements from my daughter and the concierge on duty at the time along with a copy of the building SOP delivery policy. My full payment of $146.97 was credited back to my account. I will never do business with Just Flowers again what a scam and what a frustrating ordeal.

Failure to cancel unwanted email
I have been sent email solicitations relentlessly by justflowers.com. I have clicked the "unsubscribe" text at the bottom of the emails many times but am still receiving them. I even called the company and in spite of assurances that I had been removed from this company's email list I still receive this unwanted solicitation.
I am not the first person to experience this & I'm really sick of cleaning their "spam"!

Plant delivery to funeral
I placed a very simple order online with Just Flowers to have a Peace Lilly (Peace to the World as pictured below) delivered to a funeral for my very dear friend's mother. I spent almost $70 for this plant/delivery. Unfortunately a very embarrassing and ugly plant (pictured below on right) was delivered that looked like was worth about $5 at best. I specifically chose a Peace Lilly as this plant is a very sentimental plant for funerals and a plant you can keep for years to remember your loved one who passed. Once I saw what was delivered on my behalf (small little ugly plant) I was absolutely horrified with embarrassment. I'm very unhappy with the customer service for my order. There's no reason why I should not have received a full refund in my opinion for this failed order. After two full frustrating weeks of phone calls and emails to Just Flowers customer service and speaking with managers I ONLY received a $30 refund. I will never order from Just Flowers again and buyers should BEWARE that they keep hanging their hat on that even though you order a very clear cut plant or flower with a picture attached to the purchase it doesn't guarantee that will be whats delivered. Terrible policy and an even worse refund policy! Not only did I only receive a $30 refund I also had to contact another florist to have a Peace Lilly delivered to my friend which cost me an additional almost $75! I will never recommend Just Flowers to anyone nor will I ever use again!
