JustFly Changing ticket

July 20, 2021

After booking and receiving an email from justfly that my booking was confirmed, I received another email from indicating Input Required. So you would think that mean they would call you but think again. It is impossible to reach their customer service line, minimum wait time is 2 hours. I have spoken to 8 different agents and have spent over 20 hours on hold to change my reservation. Last agent, Satruth can be heard giggling at my frustration. Company is unprofessional as you can hear TV and people taking in the background. I think company is fraudulent and capitalizes on opportunities to increase fares and charge you a new fee. There is no compassion for the client at all.

Desired outcome: Would love a full refund but Flight confirmation and no more fees will be my absolute minimum request

Horrible. BA canceled the flight. Called 6 times to get status on a new flight or refund to Just Fly and on hold max 2hrs.

Still no resolution. Promised in 72hrs with bee flight information. If not, going to authorities. Ridiculous!

JustFly Attempt to reschedule flights

Reservations were made with Justfly for flight to Harare. We have to cancel current booking due to covid restrictions and request credit for future travel when the destination opens. Justly is not responding to any attempt to contact them I made reservations for 3 people to fly from DC to Harare, Simbabwe on ethipoian airlines. We had to cancel the trip due to Covid restrictions at the destination. It is impossible to get any at Justfly to cancel the current booking and get a credit for a future flight.

Desired outcome: Get a credit to Reschedule tickets for a future flight

JustFly refund

I had flights cancelled due to covid on my trip to Guyana. The last cancellation was for our March 12 thru 22 2021 trip. I received an email on Feb.23 that they changed the days returning to March 24. Wait till you hear this the return they gave me was leaving Guyana on March 24 connecting thru Panama on March 22 ( I have the info on my email they sent)with a negative 37 hours and 26 minutes connecting time. I have spent over 20 hours on the phone speaking to so many agents I lost count. On Feb 23 two weeks before the trip and after speaking with the agent they send me an email ( I have then copy ) saying
your tickets for your trip are cancelled
You don't have to do anything else, we've got it from here See you next time!

this booking was cancelled within 24 hours from the time ticket was purchased. Justfly charged immediately $150.00 dollars in my credit card due to cancellation. But I never get back my refund of $394.00 in my credit card. Iam trying to contact an agent by phone or virtual and it has not been possible. this was in April and we are already in July and i don't have my money back Please help. Thanks,

JustFly Airline ticket cancellation

I purchased a round trip ticket to travel to Liberia, West Africa from December 12 2021 to January 31, 2022 (Booking #: [protected]) Confirmation: 3W8J9N
for $1635.49. I also purchased a 24 cancellation policy in the amount of $216.00. When I received the itinerary, it stated 20 hours layover in Toronto. Unfortunately, I can not go along with a 20 hours layover, because I had a major back operation. I tried to call Justfly.com within the 24 hours cancellation period to either revised my travel itinerary or cancel my ticket, but to no avail. I call and e-mailed with the 24 hours period, but got no response from Justfly.com. When I finally got in touch, I asked them to change my from Toronto to Chicago which had a 4 hours layover and even told I would paid whatever it takes to pay the extra fare and they flatly refused. And now, they have refused to refund my money. I truly need some justice her.

JustFly Customer service

I have a flight voucher for a cancelled flight that I am trying to redeem. I was on hold with your customer service for over an hour before I finally gave up expecting to talk to someone. I am in need of help getting my flight booked with this credit that I have through you guys and would like some assistance still. Is there a more effective way to contact someone who can help me? Waiting on hold for over an hour is unacceptable. There isn't even an option for the company to call back when they have high call volume. Very unprofessional.

Desired outcome: I would like someone to answer the customer service line and help me.

JustFly Not picking phone so I can change my flight

I cancelled my flight and they give me credit instead of refunding money. Now I am calling to used my credit for new flight, which is urgent. No one is picking my call. I am calling from last 4 hrs and last call i waited more then 4 HRS. its look like fraud.
If no one reach out to me in the next 4 hrs, I will sue the jUSTFLY COMPANY.

JustFly Charged me more than $1000 and did give me the ticket

The company charged me for a ticket from MIA to CAI on July 4, 2021. I changed the date and paid $75 to change then $220 difference in fare price. When they took my money, the Agent advised it would be confirmed within 4 hours. Three days later we kept calling and they said we had to pay additional $270 penalty. I cannot afford this game and lost time. I need them to confirm the ticket or fully refund my ticket!

JustFly Re booking canceled flight

I had to rebook a flt that was scheduled for july 2021..wanted to move it to Oct 2021.because of covid 19 we were told we could re book up to I year after original booking.thet told me they rebooked it and sent me new itinerary..I was told later that etihad airlines had canceled the flt..so i tried to rebook for another flt.they said there would be a fee of over$ 800.00 I was told originally that there would be no change fees involved if I needed to change..they just give me run around..help desk just hangs up on you

JustFly Covid cancelation, rebooking charge of $150, no replies

Our trip to Europe last year was canceled because of Covid. JustFly is giving us the run-a-round to get our refund. They sent us an email asking us to call their customer support number because they need details and you can not reply to the email.
I finally talked to a rep who said if wewanted to transfer our reservation, we would have to pay another $75 each to rebook.

There is no support at the customer support number just a recording telling us to use the online portal. If you go to the online portal their is no support there either, just asking you to call the customer support line. It is a complete dodge. There is no way to contact them to get a refund.

JustFly My Flight got canceled and I can not change the dates

Booking number [protected]. The flight was canceled. I have been asking first for change of dates. They told me that the airline, Royal Air Maroc, won't allow that, after 12 months of the purchase. I contacted the airline and they confirmed that I should be able to change the dates/use the credit. I called justfly.com and they told me that they are going to send the request with the new dates and should hear back in 24 to 48 hours. Since then, I have been calling almost every day, for weeks, spending between 2 and 5 hours every day. Sometimes I call Customer service, after 2 hours of wait, they answer to tell me that i need to be transferred to The Help Desk, 2 hours later, somebody answers from Customer service, apologize and transfers me again to The Help Desk, 2 hours later somebody answers and hung-up the phone.
I ended up purchasing new tickets. Then I called to ask for a refund. weeks later, I keep receiving emails, telling me that my case is going to be closed because I don't answer my phone when they call me. This is not true because they never called me.

JustFly Covid refund

Our trip to Europe last year was canceled because of Covid. JustFly is giving us the run-a-round to get our refund. JustFly Customer service

Spent the last three days on hold(hours at a time), being dropped, on hold, being dropped again. Was promised by three people now that they would call me back if dropped - NEVER CALLED BACK! Unbelievably horrible customer service. I will never use them again, and I strongly suggest that nobody ever use this horrendous company to buy tickets. NEVER AGAIN.

JustFly Ticket Purchase

Purchased tickets on Justfly, everything was fine up until 3 weeks before my flight Justfly made some changes to my flight. They canceled one of my planes which prevented me from coming back to my original departure location. I've tried to contact customer service and have been on hold on multiple phones for over 4 hours with no response. There is no possible way of getting ahold of anybody from Justfly. DO NOT PURCHASE anything from Justfly, they have no customer service, nobody answers phones - they just take your money and barely give a refund back.

Yes, I am on my third day of hold, getting dropped, calling them back - being promised that they will call me back if dropped. NO CALL BACK- EVER. I will never use them again. EVER! Horrible company, crap service.

JustFly Utter incompetence of customer service representatives to resolve itinerary changes initiated by airline

I've been assisting a family in helping to fly their 18yr old daughter fly back to Khartoum, Sudan for a wedding. AS she was preparing to leave for Khartoum, we were notified that there was a problem with her return trip. I spent well over 10hours trying to work with customer support. After getting the necessary changes made, we arrived at the airport to discover there was still a problem and the ticket agent at the United Desk made itinerary changes to her flight. She arrived in Khartoum, and within 24hrs received notice (again) that there was a problem with her ticket. I've once again spent about 4hrs so far (mostly on hold) to sort this out. My last call was 30min on hold, 5min with customer support rep, who had to refer me to higher desk. After waiting an additional 30min, the lady told me she had to verify my authorization to represent the passenger (which the gentleman prior had already recognized in the record. After trying to explain to the lady that getting someone on the line to re-authorize me was next to impossible, and shouldn't be necessary any longer. She hung up on me. I'm now on hold again for the 20th time (so far for 12min).
The absolute worst customer care I've ever experienced, and my friend's daughter's trip home in a few weeks is in the balance. This is IMPOSSIBLE!

Desired outcome: Speak to someone sensible and competent to get the itinerary issue settled once and for all!

I have been on hold for 3 days, multiple hours each day, only to be switched between people and departments, then dropped. I have been assured and promised that someone will call me back if it is dropped. They have never called back. Horrible company. NEVER use them. Do not waste your life trying to get anything right with these clowns. NEVER USE THEM - EVER!

JustFly Airline ticket robbery

JustFly charged me Multiple Times and screwed me up. They lie for 6 days in a row, saying they're waiting for Etihad to confirm the flight
JustFly charged me additional $215 on Fri June 4th & said they sent a request to Etihad & now waiting for confirmation within 24 to 48 hours
I called them every day after Fri and was pushed to a long hold to a total of over 20 hours in 6 day, each day when connected to the team member, i was told that they are still waiting for Etihad about the confirmation.
But,
Today I called Etihad directly and was shocked to find that JustFly didn't contact Etihad in the last 6 days about my flight
I'm already in contact with my Attorney to sue JustFly soon
They rob the innocent Americans and should be banned in the USA

JustFly I request a refund of the unused portion of my bought ticket.

On Booking # [protected] Confirmation # RW2FMI, the return flight portion( Flight 708 CRK to ICN and Flight 204 ICN to LAX) on March 30, 2020 was not used due to COVID19 lockdown. Passenger name: Eleazar Velasco; email address: [protected]@yahoo.com. Request refund of the value of unused portion of the ticket.

Desired outcome: Refund of the unused ticket portion value to be deposited back to the bank account number from which the ticket was paid.

JustFly Unprocessed itinerary

Flight was cancelled for May, 2021 flight due to Covid. Rebooked flight on 5/21/2021 for 7/16/2021 flight to Raleigh through DFW. Booking # [protected]. American Airlines Confirmation Number was LKXNCK. Since 5/21 booking status is "processing". American Airlines says to confirm with travel agent. Recently the AA confirmation number changed to 3XUQ5G. Between 5/21 and 6/4 itinerary was viewable at AA, but now "unable to retrieve your reservation". Tried calling Justyfly.com but was just asked to wait for processing after a long wait. This was 5/28. Subsequent attempts to reach customer support have failed. Tried the request for call back feature, after 24 hours received an automated call back but the system put me on hold for another 4 hours then dropped the call. Today tried calling at 2pm and system dropped my call after 16 minutes on hold. Justfly.com does not provide an email or other method for reaching customer support to resolve your issue. Website has some FAQs but none fit the situation and does not provide a way to resolve the issue. With my flight a little over a month away I have no certainty that travel will come through.

Desired outcome: Confirmation of E-Ticket and travel Itinerary with American Airlines.

JustFly My flight was changed, no new flight will get my to destination on time, I am asking for a refund

On 01/27/21 bought air ticket with JustFly (JF) Booking #[protected]
On 2/8 received email from JF : air line (Hahn Air Line)made changes needing my attention Ticket was changed
On 5/12 Hahn Air Line made another change
No new ticket would work for me, air line does not fly to destination on due time
Asked for a refund
Got none

JustFly Not ticketing my booking for 3 months now

I have booked an international Air Canada flight with Justfly last November ($1154). Following an Air Canada schedule change in March, the ticket had to be re-booked. I approved the change with Justfly when they contacted me but since then they have never re-ticket it. Since March, I have spend over 20 hours with various agents promising me to resolve the issue but now, 3 weeks before my flight still nothing. I have asked numerous times for a manager/supervisor to call me back but that has never happened either. I am very worried, buying a new ticket so close to travel date will be close to $800 more (and still going up). Air Canada has told me many time that the only thing Justfly has to do is to issue the ticket for the new itinerary but they cannot help further since the ticket "belongs" to Justfly.
I really want this ticket to be issued ASAP.

JustFly Refund not received

justfly Booking Number [protected] which was for round trip flight to London via British Airways with BA confirmation number OXVURP. This flight was cancelled by British Airways due to covid. I requested a refund from Just Fly and was charged $35 on May 14, 2020 to process claim. November, 2020 received email stating I would receive refund in 12-18 weeks. As of today no refund. I should receive refund of $427.72 plus the $35 because of incompetent service
