Purchased 3 flights with seats included on Kayak. Paid additional money for selected seating. Kayak booked through Orbitz who then booked thru Spirit Airlines. Neither Orbitz nor Spirit show my assigned seats nor that I paid for them. Kayak receipt shows that I paid for them. Why hasn't Kayak confirmed with Orbitz that I paid for my selected seats? Kayak told me that I needed to contact Orbitz, Orbitz told me I need to contact Spirit, and Spirit told me that I need to reach out to Kayak. For 3 days I have been getting this repeated runaround. NEVER booking with Kayak again. I'm out $123 for seats I paid for and now I have to pay for seats again with the airline.
