To summarize in 2 words : total trash, been trying to reach someone in that trashfactory for 2 weeks and got no where.

Got a fridge from the brick. Now it's freezing all the produce. Went to brink and they sent me to contact the extended warranty.

So far after bunch of emails, submitting several claims, spending an hour on hold on several occasions and broken live chat. I'm starting to wonder if they're even in business.

As for brick no one even pretended to care. They gave me the number and wish me good luck.

Desired outcome: at the very minimum a call back. then come and do your job , fix the fridge

This is terrible. Why is nothing done about this. It's as fraudulent as phone scammers taking your money except Leon's is doing it under the guise that it gives you peace of mind regarding your purchase. They do nothing for you but pass it along. I've bought a 65" Tv less than 3 yrs ago. Now I'm stuck with a useless difficult item to replace. When you're older it's very difficult to deal with.

Absolutely ridiculous, hurry up sit and wait, be on hold for an hr.

I’ve been trying to get my Maytag washer fixed…

It broke Aug 2022….parts are in but they say I have been available……finally got an appointment and took day off work….sitting home 8 hrs only for a no show, no phone call or message!

If you purchase extended warranty at the brick/Leon’s…king and state run the warranty…

Worst service ever!

Hi to have been trying to call king and state warranty for my washing machine that the top has rust it all around where you put the bleach in. I to have an extended warranty that I paid extra $200 for nobody answers the phone and you can’t get a hold of anybody online to discuss the matter. I have all my paperwork proof of purchase even called Samsung manufacturer on the back of the instruction booklet that came with the washing machine nothing.

We are experiencing the same issue since Dec 28th, 2022 for Fridge we bought at Leons.

Leons doesn't give a [censored] that we can't get King and State to respond and replace our Fridge that is dead. Repairman said we need a complete new Fridge. No one is stepping up to address this.

I’ve been trying to reach King & State since Jan 4th, 2003 regarding the Dryer I purchased I purchased from The Brick… however, no one answers the phone. I’ve even waited on hold for over an hour on 2 separate occasions only to remain in a queue. I submitted a claim online on Jan 18th and no one has followed up since. I finally LOST IT and went off (respectfully) on a Brick employee two days ago. I asked for the store Manager and she was lovely. My matter was escalated to the Regional Manager and I finally heard from a Rep at Trans Global Service [protected]) … the company who is helping out K&S with Warranty Repairs due to their staffing shortage. I spoke with a customer service rep and FINALLY have a service appointment booked for this Friday - Feb 10th.

Hope this helps! Be sure to have your Brick invoice number and the appliance Model number handy.
