Received call from king and state to advise Scott Refrigeration would complete the repair and to wait for a call regarding appointment

1. Called SCOTT REFRIGERATION
They advised King and State did NOT contact them
They also advised that they are in our area every 2 weeks and the next day (July 24th) was available
2. CALLED king and State
Spoke to NIKITA ……she would not provide her last name
She looked up our file (Heather Quinn & Wayne Knapman)
Advised NO repair company was assigned
I explained all of the above to her and asked her to contact Scott Refrigeration via email right away……she was NOT helpful and really pissed me off
I requested to speak to her supervisor….. nope
I paid ALOT of money for your warranty and have received no service.
Desired outcome: I need my washer fixed!

You need to escalate this immediately. Demand to speak with someone in charge, and don't take no for an answer. Make sure they understand you're not going away until they sort this out. Keep pushing until they get Scott Refrigeration to come out and fix your washer. Don't let them off the hook until they deliver the service you paid for. Stand your ground and make sure they know you're serious. Your patience and money deserve respect, and they need to provide it.
