DO NOT purchase any appliances from a store that uses King and State for your extended warranty such as The Brick and Leons.

They do not care, they do not answer the phone, and their website does not work if you want to submit a claim on line. They already have your money so they don't care.

I truly wish that I had read these reviews before going to The Brick to purchase our appliances. Never, ever, ever again with I purchase anything from The Brick as they are just as useless as the warranty company.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever, ever experienced.

Please listen to save yourself time, headaches and stress!

I absolutely agree with everything that is written here.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THE BRICK - they also do not answer the phone.

DO NOT PURCHASE LG PRODUCTS - we purchased 3, and all 3 of them are garbage.

DO NOT PURCHASE THE EXTENDED WARRENTY FROM KING & STATE - everyone is happy to take your money, but when it comes to having any issues with your appliances... NO BODY CARES.

EXPECT EXTREMELY LONG WAITS ON HOLD - then when somebody does decide to answer the phone, good luck trying to understand them. I spoke with someone, and I literally couldn't understand a word he was saying. When he was sick of repeating himself, he actually told me to call back and speak with someone else...ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I called back, sat on hold for the 3rd time, and ended up getting the exact same [censored] I got the previous time. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Please listen to us, I promise you, you will be so happy you did.

I originally call for my fridge repair on feb 21st ..it has been three weeks and I am still waiting for the parts. I have requested several times to speak to a supervisor but have not been able to speak to one yet. I am without a fridge now for about three weeks. I bought my extended warranty through brick… I have been calling the company everyday to get one lame answer… we have no update… I am really frustrated by the level of service provided and would not recommend extending warranty with this company

Please listen to this lady as everything she has stated is the exact truth. The worst possible customer service I have ever experienced. If someone does answer the phone, good luck trying to understand them.

it bought a TV 2 yrs ago from Leon's, now is shutting off on me as soon as i turn it on, I called on Monday and Michelle wasn't in but I was to send her an email with my issue. called back Tues and she said she would send me an email with the email address phone number and my invoice number, Thurs I called again and she said she sent it I didn't receive anything from her, she asked Daniel(the manager) to email it to me and I received his.I sent 2 claims in and no reply, I tried to call the number he provided for me and it was the wrong number. I emailed Daniel telling him I have had no help with my TV issue asking him if he could pls help me with this issue and he emailed me back giving me the right phone number. Over a week later king and state has givin me the run around as well after emailing 3 claims to the email address provided and hrs on hold I still haven't got my TV fixed.they said they can't find my invoice number in the system

I would not recommend Leon's, they don't care about their customers nor would I ever get a king and state warranty(that I paid 65$)they don't care. So now I have to go buy another TV because I am not getting anything from anyone for help and I have my grandchildren here for a week and no TV to watch before bed
