I purchased a Kogan 2.0kw portable air conditioner on 21st November 2024 as a Christmas gift for my husband.
He installed it and turned it on. It just blew cool air, not cold like an air conditioner is supposed to.
I contacted Kogan on 7 January 2025, and their response was to try troubleshooting and then if no help send them as much information and a video if possible to explain the issue. I sent them all the info they asked for and a photo of the product, not a video as that does not prove the fault.
I have not had any response from Kogan since. I have emailed them twice more (18/1 & 4/2) with no reply.
With the heat that we've had, it made it very disappointing, but even more so when you get no help.
I was happy to send it back at my own postage cost if I was to get a refund of the product.
