I received an email message on 10 March saying I needed to go through Kogan. I sent a message via the Kogan website, and received a ticket number, but no other advice has been received.

Today I tried to call the Kogan contact number from your website and there were no options that fit what I'm trying to solve. Hence filing a complaint with you.
