my drug test
I came in to the office in Louisville Kentucky to take a drug test for a job with volt Great Rivers they sent the results to the company saying that I did not take my results there for the job did not hire me, I also have a copy of my results I had took another drug test at another place that morning I was so upset that LabCorp would lie on me like that when I have proof that I was in the office and I took the test and I complied with everything because I am drug free and I needed a job I just hope this doesn't happen to someone else thank you.

My appointment today was 10 o'clock am.
I came to the office 9 am. And I left my 7 and 10 years old girls in the church and I was expecting to go and pick them up like 10 :30am. Any way I entered to do the test from 10:20 am from 9:am in the morning and I think the lady had I customer came after like 9:30 am me which his appointment was 9 am. Any way I was late to go in to do the test by 20 minutes.
I came 9 am in the morning so I waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes to do a test for 2 minutes. The lady on the window was rude and her name is Kimberly.
Any way my question to you there are a discrimination against drivers totally and I hope you change your attitude against them.

As I was reviewing the locations reviews I quickly saw how terrible things in that office are being handled. Reading over the few comments I noticed some of the problems were setting appointments even though it says, via phone and website you don't have too. But to save myself the time and headache I went ahead and set an appointment for the earliest time listed on the site for the location closest to me. 1: the appointment was set for 2:30pm I got there early and still waited a hour and a half. 2: the lady at the front was rude to other patients and had a terrible way of hiding her attitude and facial expressions. 3: they were calling many other patients that never had an appointment ahead of me and had kids with them. They were able to take their drug screen test for jobs, etc. Now when they called my name "Perez" I walked to the front with my 8 year old daughter, just as every other mother in there did. When we got to the front the male sized us, and had a face like he was judging us. Or judging me for being a single Mother. Now lets go back to the fact that I waited 1 1/2 hr and seen many single mothers be called and walked out with no problems with their kid(s)... Maybe it's my age and how young I may look but I'm just about 30 yrs old and the way I was treated was wrongly, terrible, disgusting, and left a bad taste in my mouth. The man informed me that I could not take my kid to the back as she stood by the bathroom door outside with him or another employee, she could not wait in the hall way, she could not wait in the lobby, etc. Basically I needed someone with me and my child as I took a urine test that would of took me seconds. I went into this location before and I never had a problem ever with having my child with me. I stated before in this complaint that, yes I am a single mother in there for a drug screen for a job to provide for my child. And I was treated with no respect because I look young and Hispanic with a dark skin daughter. I informed him that my job called and was waiting for the results that he would have to call the human resource and inform them of this situation. There is nothing listed in the lobby, website, nor the operator about single mothers needing someone with them to watch their kid for a few seconds as they use the restroom. My thing is why, wasn't this informed as I waited for so long with an appointment that I wasn't going to be seen because I had my child with me. The fact my daughter had to experience that type of behavior and disrespect my a male and get the door slammed in our faces is disgusting, poor customer service, rude, disrespectful, terrible manners, and the fact it was done in front of my daughter! Something needs to be done and taken care for ASAP. I was embarrassed in front of others in the lobby and when I waited for the lady in the front to call and give me my ID back it was thrown to me. I had to call my employer and let them know whats happening because I wasn't able to be seen.

On June 20, 2017 I came in to get my blood work done at sellersville pa location. There was a worker there with short brown hair and she looked VERY unprofessional. She had hickies All over her neck. I'm discussed with the way she presented herself. Working in the medical field and with the public she should NOT have been aloud to work that way. I will NOT be returning to this location.

The lady at the front office on June 15th is trying to be nice but she struggles to deal with the different type of people and questions. In las Vegas as I'm sure with other states and cities the language and cultures are at times are hard to understand but even the easy question seem to frustrate her. In an environment such as Lab Corp you need staff that is kind and patient. I arrived at 12:00 on the dot with an appointment schedule for 12:45 I was only the 2nd person in the office. In fact it was myself with another patient who arrived at the same time. It is now 12:32 and there 6 patients waiting and only one person has been treated. Very slow or very understaff office. I'm glad that I am pro active because and arrived an hr before my appointment.

I went in more than 2 weeks ago to have blood drawn for all sorts of hormonal tests my doc had ordered. The woman taking my blood filled at least 6 large vials with my blood! So, I go and check out my results and it's one page. The results provided me a negative result on something other than what my doctor ordered! Where are my blood work results?! This is not what my doctor asked for!

I am sick and tired of getting ripped off! For drawing blood... Which takes less than 5 minutes... They charged my insurance 546.00 dollars! If that's not bad enough my insurance paid 474.90... So I am left with a bill of 71.10 to pay out of my pocket! Why is this happening? For years I went to quest diagnosis and never got charged... Whem they took blood in the dr office.. Never got charged! This is a scam! I hate labcorp! It just sickens me to see me and others being ripped off... And they have bad customer service in hatfield pa 18969! One person was taking blood... Probley to save money for themselves! Again labcorp rips people off!

Went up to have a blood test at the doctor ordered. When I got there it was a note on the door saying they were closed from 12 to 1 for lunch. Door was locked. Okay. I sat and I waited for 45 minutes until 1. At 1 the lady comes out the door, relocks the door, tells us that now she's going to lunch and she'll try to be back between 2 and 2:30. She then gets into a vehicle and drives away. Leaving me and another guy standing outside. This was the third time this poor guy was there today trying to get his drug test done. Now I have to drive back across town and pray this lady is actually there this time. Because I can't start the new meds my doctor prescribed until I have this blood test done.

Came in at 12:30 to make sure I can coordinate with somebody on the front desk to even make an appointment or the best time to do a drug test. Brandon was in the front desk, he was the coldest rudest person that I would talk to in my life. No customer service skills, no information provided, I even asked him what's a good time/ way to come in and make it easier for both of us? His answer was" I can't tell you what to do" tried to call his supervisor and of course ended up with a no call return.

On wednesday morning, I had a scheduled appointment for bloodwork and it was a standing order every 6 months. However it took three ladies working behind the counter over 45 minutes to find a code while many walk ins were being taken. I finally spoke up to ask how much longer it would take, and was replied with attitude that they are trying to figure out the correct code. While I listened to them talk about their personal lives and picking up clothes, I wondered why not one of them could have simply called a number for the needed information or related to me the reason behind the delay much closer to after my appointment time had passed. Finally, I heard one of them calling and received their answer. I have been at this same labcorp center and was in and out within minutes. With the same standing order and an appointment, it took over 45 min. Does it really take that long to verify a supposed code? Their customer service was dreadful, unpleasant. Will not be going back there again.

we keep sending new hires for testing at the site on 66th street in Largo, Fl, the average wait time is now 2 plus hours, the guy just came back and said there were 6 people there and it took that long to pee in a cup? They complain the staff is rude and does not care. I have been told by the new employees that they tell them they only have 2 doctors, well how long can it take for those 2 to take a sample? there was only 6 guys in there. This is the 5th time now this has happened.

The receptionist checked my GHI card and said it was accepted. She called me to the back of the clinic and stuck a needle in my arm drawing 12 vials of blood. The doctor told me she only needed two.. Later they sent me a bill for 1600 dollars saying GHI didnt accept. The receptionist forced service through lies telling me i was covered by my insurance. Also i did not even know how much these blood tests cost. She was supposed to check my insurance and make sure they cover. Prices should be disclosed to the patient too. She didnt do either of these. I paid $600 toward the bill. I cannot pay anymore. I feel they were negligent and tricked me into this service.

On May 25, brought my 85 year old mother to the
Pleasantville Lab Corp . We have been sitting for a half hour and haven't even been call to the desk The unprofessional manner of this office is not acceptable . This office needs more help or a office manager . The clerk was laughing and have a good old time.
Two clerks at desk only one is working . When people are treated this was it makes for a bad taste . The lab corp I am very disappointed with the services and attention we have received (NONE)

Good Day;
On Monday, 5/22/2017, my spouse was directed by her primary physician to proceed to lab corp for blood and urinalysis which is just about a yearly affair. The gentleman who drew the blood for testing seemed to be in a hurried state with a seemingly uncaring attitude. This person should not be dealing with the public let alone drawing blood. He made a mess of my spouses left arm which left her with pain and a considerable amount of bleeding which took forever to control, photo attached.
The lab is located on south service road of Sunrise Highway in Sayville, New York. My spouse has had blood work done at this lab in the past and never before experienced what she did on this visit. This gentleman should be either retrained or dismissed from his current duties before legal issues arise.

I have been sitting in a waiting room for twenty minutes in a room with 13 other patients. They were all here before I signed in. In the twenty minutes, no one paid any attention to the people waiting and no one was called. One employee left and the other was not working. Then she returned 10 minutes later and still did not take any one as I waited another twenty minutes. Unacceptable, rate is one patient per 30 minutes or more. This cannot happen if services are advertised and done on an appointment or walk in basis. Both technicians must work. And move faster than 30-40 minutes for appointments that take 5 minutes or less. Absolutely ridiculous. Now 40 minutes later. One patient was tended to.

I called the location in Prince Fredrick, MD to see when the drug screens were done on Friday. The recording stated from 7am to 3pm. When I arrived at 6:45am there was a sign printed off a printer taped to the door. This homemade sign stated drug screens were from 8am - 3pm. When I let the employee know she rudely told me it was at 8am. I explained that I called and asked who I could speak to as everyone is getting the wrong information. She then told me there was no one I could speak to at this time. So, I rearranged my husband's schedule to get our son on the bus; drank lots of water to prepare for the test; and now I sit here waiting for an hour hoping I don't urinate on myself! Thank you labcorp for horrible customer service today.

She was visiting one of location lab on 111-16 Jamaica Ave for some test .
After waiting 1 hour they called and found some past due and one of the Employee his name is Carlos said sorry you have due we can't blood test you have go back .
I explain him we already process payment through our insurance company and if you need I can bring pepper work too but still he refused to do blood test .
while this curmtane of patient have over due so that mean she can't have treatment?
After 15 minutes they try to blood test and they said you have exception because of pregnancy .
Also I spoke with one of supervisor nasu county she said same thing about past due and I explain her I don't say I am not paying all past due already process through my insurance company and I have prof too also I went home to bring pepper and show to lab person and he refused to see and he said I am not billing person.
So please if they are not billing department person so their responsibility is provide service not urge with customers and send back from lab .

abilene, texas office is understaffed
My May 4, 2017, 9:30 appointment turned into a two hour wait. Why? This office is grossly understaffed. There is only ONE person in the entire building to do everything. LabCorp should be ashamed this office is not adequately staffed.
The technician is in no way responsible. She is wonderful and very professional despite having no one else in the building attending to patients. I have never had more than a few minutes wait with LabCorp and this day it was over two hours?
The technician said it is like this everyday. My husband had the same experience less than a month ago with the same office.
People have jobs. No one should have to wait so long for a less than five minute blood test.
No one can make me believe LabCorp has a decent excuse for understaffing an office. Shame on you LabCorp. I will be sharing my experience and the other seven, or maybe eight, people waiting that day will be, too. Awful. Awful. Awful.

I received services at 1760 Florence Blvd, Casa Grande, Arizona. There was one staff member on duty. The wait was quite long, as she needed to manage checking in, paperwork and drawing blood. If that wasn't enough for the patients to put up with, she DID NOT wash her hands or put on gloves before drawing blood. She had been touching her computer, peoples drivers licenses, credit cards, money, etc. I had to ask her to alcohol swab the spot on my arm she was aiming for. I can only hope that I don't get an infection. If so, you can be sure your company will be hearing from my lawyer.
