I purchase 40 of these cigarettes daily for my husband and myself ( 20 each ) I've been doin this for a long time from local shop or morrisons store when doing weekly shop ... for last couple days about 4/5 cigarettes from each packet burn away to at least half way down each cigarette ... whilst these are our favourite brand they are far too expensive to be losing some out of each packet .. this has not just been a 1 off and I am seriously considering changing brands for us both so that at least we get a full 20 packet and not 15/16 out of each

Good evening I have been purchasing these cigarettes for many years and just lately the little bit that holds the packet which you need to break before opening the packet seems thicker causing the lid of the packet to break resulting in the cigarettes becoming dry. This has happen to me now on several separate occasions. Which I find rather disappointing.

I've just bought 40 lambert and butler original and both packs are filled with lambert and butler lights they have all the little holes round the but
This has been happening a lot lately but I've only just noticed why I wasn't really getting a drag from the cigarette
I no their not fake because I only ever buy my [censored]s from co op or Morrisons
I have both packs and can send pics of the [censored]s

Bought a 50g of l&b the other day and the pouch of tobacco I received had no cigarette papers with it and only weighed 45 grams instead of 50. As a result the tobacco ran out quicker than should have and it was a hassle to get more tobacco sooner than normal. I am very disappointed with this and will most likely not be buying that brand in future unless reconciliation is made in a proper way.

I have bought a packet of. L&b Ice crushball super kings (the only cigarette I will smoke). And about 10 of them have no click in them.. so I'm very upset about this matter. Although Iv had to smoke some of them I still have 1 left over to send back to you if you need proof of this.. please get back to me as this matter isn't very acceptable as I spend £70 a week on your products and for this to happen I'm gutted.. thanks. Why can cig company's decide to ban menthol cigs and rolling tobacco, yet still sell packs of 20 cigs. U banned selling pkts of ten cigs to so call stop kids buying and stop them smoking. What a load of rubbish. You and other cigarette companies have done this to make more money. I will be getting advice from citizens advice bureau and if need be go to see a solictor as this affects my human rights as a smoker. You won't stop selling cigarettes as you make too much tax on them. This is just make people to bring them from abroad.

Just bought a packet of lambert and butler cigarettes from the shop
And when I opened the packet and went to take one the filter came off
This happened for about 5 cigarettes
Then when I get one finally and go to flick the ash the cigarette falls apart
£9.99 for 20 cigarettes.
Want compensation or I'm contacting trading standards.
Coz this is a joke

I purchased a packet of Lambert and butler sky blue from my local tesco and was unable to smoke bout a third of them as the filter was not connected to the cigarette. I purchased 2 packets but have not opened the other one as yet so I'm not sure if it's the same problem there or not.
I would appreciate it if someone could contact me regarding this as it seems mny complaints are going by without response.

Today 2/2/2020 i purchased 40 L&b blue from my local Sainsburys store, myself and my husband both opened a pack each mine were fine but my husbands were not every cigarette had a large hole in the tip also the filter was longer then normal . There was no satisfaction while smoking one of them . Can i say i am really disgusted with this they are not cheap and i would expect them to be in better condition then this

I purchased a packet of Lambert and butler silver today at my local store and once opened and I'd smoked a few I pulled 1 out for my partner and I and they was not filled with tobacco. I wouldnt mind but they are not cheap so I expect to get what I'm paying for not cigarettes half filled.

I buy this product on a daily basis and have seen this a few times and understand it can happen at times but I am the one losing out when this happens.

I purchased a packet from queen street store in Cardiff yesterday and every one tasted like it was menthol this is really annoying because I like to have the choice of either normal or menthol I don't expect to pay £10 for a packet of crushballs for the whole concept of them to be taken away from me I took the product back to the store and they advised me to contact yourselves

I smoke l&b green and on numerous occasions I have bought them and there is no mentol in the cigarettes not just one or two but the whole packet each time I complain to the shop but because I have opened them they can't refund them,

now it's clearly states on the packet l&b green so there's no other way for me to no other than open them and smoke them, this hasn't just happened couple's times it's a it's most times I buy them,
I can't smoke any other cigarettes and I have wasted so much money as I can't smoke them with no menthol only today bought two packs and both are like normal cigarettes. I find this terrible as it costs enough to smoke now never mind the items being wrong.

Today I have had a horrific experience and I demand satisfaction. Today I did as I do any other day and rolled a morning cannabis joint to do this it requires me to twist out the innings of a cigarette into a joint skin, I used a L&B super king real blue and inside I found a long strand of white plastic. I am just glad I had twisted it out and not smoked it unaware of what was inside. You should be ashamed to have such lack of product quality standard to think this could Ever be in a [censored] I've smoked made by your company or anyone has ever bought from your company is a scary thought. I still have the strand if you want it back as it's not what I actually wanted or paid for.

I purchased a packet of 20 lambert and butler silver yesterday from my local newsagent. After lighting my first cigarette out the packet it tasted horrible wasn't burning properly and it was burning my lips soon as it got to the writing on the cigarette I thought maybe it was just a dodgy [censored] in the packet but it's happened with every cigarette I've smoked out the packet which isn't enjoyable I have had the same experience with Richmond hence to why I started smoking lambert and butler hopefully this is just a once off and not an occurring problem.

I buy this product in 100 packs from my local Tesco store. On several separate occasions I've bought the pack of 100 which some of the cigarettes have been broken or the paper around the filters haven't fitted properly so almost impossible to inhale. Myself & husband have smoked this brand for thirty years & feel disappointed by the quality of your product as it's a expensive habit.

Dear sirs. I have complained previously and received no response so once again am writing to you in hope this complaint is acknowledged. Unfortunately my husband smokes and chooses you bright air filter as his cigarette of choice. Your bright air filter are constantly either going out when smoking and worst of all the ends are constantly falling off. This is very frustrating and dangerous. So far I'm going to have to replace my carpet in my living room, bedroom and, bedding, cushions a d seats on sofa, (full sofa as cushions to match can't be purchased) and clothing. It is ridiculous. The damage this has caused and is continuing to cause is having a massive financial impact on my family. I know my husband chooses to smoke and he chooses where to smoke but you do not expect a product costing £9.00 a packet almost, an expensive habbit/addiction to pose as much as a fire risk as it does, a health risk yes but not to be dangerous in other ways and cause damage to material possessions because of poor quality products. Hi. I purchased a 20 pack of Lambert and Butler Original silver from my local Spar shop in Leven, (Fife Scotland) upon opening my pack there was one or two cigarettes that appeared to be damaged but the pack was not.. I had four cigarettes in total that were non smokable.. I am pretty annoyed specially as they cost me £10.40 for 16 cigarettes instead of 20!

I bought a pack of 20 lambert and butler real blue from a Morrison store, when I opened the pack up there was only 13 cigarettes but the packet what perfectly sealed as normal, I complained to the morrrisons store but they said that they aren't responsible and I need to contact the supplier themselves to resolve my issue so this is what I am doing, I use lambert and butler often and am disappointed by this and hope it is resolved

I am retailer and I sell tabocco.
Last week one of my regular customers came in and said that last Lambert's he bought from me are fake!
Despite I know I buy them from Bookers and I have never changed supplier.
I have assumed that he is in bad mood .
Then more complaints started to rolling in.
People were showing me that tabocco is falling out and paper is burning fast.
In some cigaretes the paper was open.
So I called to my local bookers and asked
:" Are you aware of fake Lambert at your branch?"
The woman on the phone said :"yes we are aware!"
I have asked her :' how does it makes us retailers feel when we lose our customers ?!And I will be calling to fake Britain and newspapers!" And hanged up .
Next day manager called from Bookers said that all retailers must return all Lambert silver and also all opened packets by customers who wanted money back and they will refund us!
If we small shops would be selling fake [censored]s then we would be all over the media! But because it's Bookers (who gets supplied by Imperial) not even one word is mentioned in media!
It's multimillion company!

Please do not blame your retailers if your Lambert feels bad quality.

Hi mr Butler I have been smoking your cigarettes for over 20 years now and have totally enjoyed them, but unfortunately today I have had a bad cig! It was ripped in the packaging process I imagine and I'm quite upset by this 😢, I hope we can rectify this as soon as possible, and hope to continue to buy your brand. Thanks Tanya Gregson
