Hi there bort a pack of cigarettes and as I went to smoke one half of it fell out and a few other I really not happy when I'm paying 9 pound odd for them I really like buying them but I thought I put a complaint or other wise I go to different cigs hope you could sort out the problem and I really hope I anit a problem never complained before and dont wish to

I bought 3 packets on Saturday 21/09/19, as soon as I opened the first packet I noticed a seal on the opening like you would get if bought abroad, I just put it down to new packaging but on opening them they did not taste like they usually do! I've been smoking for nearly 20 years and only smoke L&B original silver and I've never had a problem! I smoked them anyway because I paid over £30 for them and thought it may just be new packaging, but I've now come out with ulcers all in my mouth which has NEVER happened before! Have you got new packaging or are these fake? The writing above the filter where it usually says ‘lambert & butler' Is faded so much it can barley be seen! I begrudge paying so much money for something that has clearly been changed! I don't see the need to change something when there was no problem with it in the first place! There was also another cigarette inside the packet and around the filter it said JPS? I didn't notice this until I had already smoked half of it but Surely if we ask for and pay for a certain brand that's what we should get without another brand of cigarette being in the packet! I went to 3 separate shops around my area to check if they had this seal and enquired which wholesalers they buy from and they all confirmed they buy from the same wholesaler which was bookers in York! So either you've changed the packaging and the cigarettes which are awful... or... bookers are selling fake cigarettes

I purchased two packets of lambert and butler original silver cigarettes, there are torn cigarettes in both of them and not much tobacco I don't know if it is just a bad batch but I smoke this brand regularly and havnt had any problems with them in the past, but with having two packets in the same poor condition I feel I need to complain because as you are well aware they are quite costly .

The packets are shoddy, for quite some time now the packets are falling apart at the flaps on the top of side of the packet. After looking at it there's hardly any glue to stick it together.
I've literally got the one cig out and its fallen to pieces now my cigs aren't going to stay fresh for long.
Also the tobacco keeps falling out and in some cases there's about a third of the cig missing.
They keep going up in price but the quality is going down rapidly.
Sort it out or is that the masterplan to get people to buy more cigs?

Can you please advise me if these cigarettes are original and not fake ?. I bought them this afternoon from my local Co-op convenience store on Woodhouse Lane, Wigan, Greater Manchester .
They don't taste the same as normal Lambert & Butler, they go out half way through smoking and the strength doesn't appear the same either . Also the packaging is different there is a paper tag on the outside of the box .

I find that since the filter has been changed on this product it has become a serious fire risk, when I get to the end of the cigarette the lit end just falls out of the tip. I have burnt myself several times and quite often it as landed on my kitchen work surface. Luckily for me I do not smoke in my living room. Somebody else might not be so fortunate. You have to be very careful otherwise it could cause a serious house fire. This needs to be addressed as a moment of urgency before a serious accident happens. Surely there should have been stringent health and safety tests before this was put on sale, surely this product is not up to British Standards. I have also contacted my local fire service to inform them of the fire risk.

I bought 200 cigs from Manchester Airport and out of the 200, 2 of the cigarettes started to smell of burning plastic so I looked at my cigarette and it was bubbling from plastic that was inside i didn't think out of it from the first cig so I through that away but them to light an other 1 out of a different packet for it to do the same I am really not happy Its making me think twice about buying these again if I would of fort about it at the time I would of video the bubbling of the plastic wish I did now

So this isn't the first time I have experienced this and I know I'm not alone.
Today I bought my usual 20 pack of l&b blue from my local shop, on skinning up my joint emptying the contents of one of the cigarettes I came to find mixed in with the tobacco was pieces of paper and what can I see is the foil packaging.
I proceeded to break open a couple more and to my horror found in another cigarette pieces of scrunched up paper and a piece of plastic! Luckily I didn't smoke these cigarettes but it makes me wonder how many pieces of plastic and pieces of paper I have been inhaling over the years.
The first time this happened to me I found pieces of string mixed in with the tobacco 😡 it's no wonder smoking kills when you aren't inhaling tobacco but pieces of paper and plastic!

I bought a 100 multipack of cigarettes upon opening the pack 2 packs were damaged one more than the other it had no pack lid although covered in cellophane. Carrying them about was a problem as they kept falling out of the packet. The cigarettes themselves were all there just the packaging was faulty. I have never before encountered this buying this product. I have been smoking Lambert & Butler for years.

I bought a packet of fags I took 3 out and found one that was half broken. I am really upset due to the fact that I paid for 20 and only got 19. This really angers me due to the fact that they are £10 or more and I dont get the right amount in them. I buy your product as they are the better one but now I think I will be changing due to the poor product.

Just bought a packet of l and b crushball from Morrison's Perth to find none of the cigarettes have the small ball in them very disappointed not likely to smoke them now out of pocket again not first time this has happened barcode 5000431027510 my email address is [protected]@hotmail.co.uk should u need to contact me at the price of cigarettes these days you'd think quality control was of upmost importance

I purchased 2 packets of Lambert and Butler silver from my local Tesco yesterday. In both packs, 2 of the 20 in each packet weren't Lambert and Butler silver, they had a silver band just under the filter, tasted awful, with an odour to match! Red lettering, quite faded and smudged, appeared to say Route, and the number 66 which was clear.
can you explain please?

I noticed something in my cigarette so I snapped it and a piece of plastic ran down the whole of the cigarette... Ive tried to call them but ive not received a response back.. I dont wish to smoke a load of plastic in my cigarette I dont suppose this is in a list of ingredients inside of a cigarette.. Ive took photos and kept the cigarette but I dont know what this is going to solve.. I mean how does lambert and butler get hold of these complaints and who sent them.. Is this useless.. These tobacco companies need holding to account putting anything they want in these products

I have bought 5 packs of 20 l&b crushball from my local asda and they all have tasted like menthol before the ball has been crushed. This is rather annoying as me and my partner buy the crushballs because he likes the menthol but I do not. I am now out of pocket from several packets of cigarettes and I was wondering what is going to be done about this if I have had several packets like this then others will have and your crushball product needs to be reviewed

Hi I bought a packet of what was supposed to be l&b blue superkings crushball from a local shop and they had sold me l&b blue superkings green and said that they were the same item just different name. After I had opened the packet to find that there was no crushball inside I went to the shop and asked for them to be changed. They told me there was nothing that they could do as they scanned as the crushball brand so they won't take any responsibility. I wouldn't mind but at nearly £9 a pack I'm very upset about this.

Hi, I bought 20 l&b silver from my local Tesco at the weekend, on Saturday when I opened the packet and got a cigarette out to smoke, I notice a rip in it, making it un-smokeable as I could not get a pull on it. £10.35 a packet I want to be able to smoke them not have to bin some because they are torn. I'm writing regarding a packet of lambert and butler crushball. I don't normally smoke these but they were the only ones available in my local corner shop. Normally I smoke the lambert and butler blue. Iv went to get a cigarette out of the box and was unable to snoke this as it was partly snapped! As you can appreciate cigarettes are incredibly higher cost to what they use to be 15 years ago when I started smoking this brand. I would appreciate this being looked into as I wouldn't like to purchase another packet and the same thing happen. Many thanks for looking into this.

Getting really fed up I smoke l&b green and on numerous occasions I have bought them and there is no mentol in the cigarettes not just one or two but the whole packet each time I complain to the shop but because I have opened them they can't refund them, now it's clearly states on the packet l&b green so there's no other way for me to no other than open them and smoke them, this hasn't just happened couple's times it's a it's most times I buy them, now when your spending nearly 9 pound a packet for something u can't even smoke it's really disappointing, yesterday was the last straw as it happened again, I won't be buying them anymore, I can't afford to keep giving/throwing away cigarettes as I can't smoke anything else other than the mentol.

I have just found a peice of string I'm the middle of one of my cigarettes. I have attached photographs as evidence but be careful because clearly they are now just mixing in any old thing to bulk cigarettes out. Yes they were bought from the shop, a Mcolls/Safeway to be precise, fully sealed therefore could have only been contaminated in production. Absolute disgrace! No wonder is causes a range of illnesses, you wouldn't smoke string would you!

Me and my husband smoke Lambert and butler real blue and purchase 20 each everyday lately I have noticed the ends are falling off the cigarettes everytime we smoke one. We have smoked these cigarettes for years and are seriously thinking if changing our brand due to this. We spend £20 a day between us on these and think that this is unacceptable thankyou
