Package theft
Got Robbed by the actual Lasership person. He marked my package as delivered and walked off with it, it happened on June 26th in the morning when I wasnt even expecting it and now Lasership ignores all my attempts of calls and emails. And basically temu and Lasership are pointing the finger at each other. I've been running back and forth for a month dealing with this crap. They are a terrible company and harbor thieves. I never got my money back as of 7-21. Both companies suck when it comes to customer service. But because he took a picture beforehand I get screwed over on temu believing me.
Desired outcome: I Want an apology and I want my money back. I'm tired of dealing with this.
I always have the worst experiences with these guys, whether theft or beat up packages. They don't care at all. Avoid at all costs. They stole my package and don't want to take accountability for it. It happened on the 26th of June at about 11am.
Lasership - delivery company - package delayed
Package has not moved from July 12 to July 19. Company does not answer emails, phone or chat. There's absolutely no way to talk to them. I have several print screen from their status page. I would love to just cancel the order but the product is sold out and it was logged as in possession of Lasership on July 12th 11:48 pm (Secaucus, NJ)
Tracking number is LSCXM6R3535913.
Desired outcome: I need my package found and delivered.
More than a week late for delivery
I have ordered $60 worth of items from Temu and had LaserShip shipped it to me? there was no tracking update at all and I had to check their JSON code for the delivery time. The delivery time was way out of the expected delivery date. The package was also ripped like someone peeked through to see what was inside. I don't even know why online shops use this courier!
Temu package
So your lasership delivery person came to my house and as he was approaching my courtyard gate I was coming out to get the package so he saw me then tree the package on the floor in front of me instead of handing me the package
USPS,fedex, amazon, and ups hands me the package if I’m present. So I’m going to make sure that I don’t deal with your services anymore
Non respectful way of delivery
Good afternoon! I will like to file a complaint regarding how my package was delivered today, I got a video from my security system, that showed how the delivery driver threw my package onto my front door. Then he taunted the camera once he realized he was being recorded. This package contained glass items, this is the first time using your service that I have had such a bad experience with my delivery. My tracking number is 1LSCXLV0022XGNK it was delivered at 11:06 am today July 9 2023.
I hope you look into this matter,
Thank you.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response.
Horrible experience
I currently live in Bowie MD and ordered from Nike.com. I was told through the tracking number that my item would be delivered today, which was perfect since I leave in two days for a trip and the items are gifts. I check the tracking and they say an attempt was made to deliver to the business and to contact us. Business? This is a residential home and nobody reached out to me. This company needs to create a new policy and that is to contact customers before lying about attempting to deliver. I tried to call and all you get are automated options. I called Nike and their customer service is *@$#@$%. I cannot cancel this item due to the customer service AND have to wait until the 11th to think about a refund since this company will keep trying to deliver to this so-called business. Big companies like Nike should NEVER use this service and should BAR them. I hate not having my items and having my money tied up into a service that I cannot speak with anyone. This all happened today at 5PM
Desired outcome: Nobody answers the phone. You can only submit a request which might be ignored or answered in 48 hours.
Temu package
My tracking #is 1LSCZM3001ZLUII.
I received notification my package was delivered today 7/12023-Saturday around 11:23am.
My concern and issue is how can this happen when the office is closed on Saturday’s.?
I attempted to call the phone Number of [protected], after speaking with the seller, whom directed me to Lasership.
That was a waste of my time , no help was available for my issue/concern.
Your line @ the above number directed me back to them‼️‼️‼️‼️
I hate getting the run around from both of you’s, not good customer service whats so ever.
Forced to select prior to submitting my complaint is ludicrous ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
Desired outcome: My package 📦.
Delivered driver
At 8:35 pm 6/29/23 in our neighborhood located in Henrico, there was a delivery driver driving a Laser Ship van that was speeding around the neighborhood going 40-45 in a 25 mph zone. He was also running through stop signs. The next time my family saw him, we told him to slow down and that is was 25, he proceeded to slam on the breaks and said “[censored] you” then slammed on the gas and took of speeding towards an area where we had just seen children riding their bikes without helmets.
Desired outcome: The driver either needs to be suspended and retrained or fired. What he did was extremely reckless and someone could have been hit.
Delivery
I have had packages that were never delivered to my home by Lasership, one stolen from your Tampa warehouse, others stolen by your drivers or after delivery, others delivered opened and gone through. I have stopped ordering from Amazon and Temu because they use Lasership. Twice I have seen Temu orange packages supposedly delivered by Lasership displayed for sale on My Neighborhooh App.
Today I waited all day for a package that left Tampa just before 10 a.m. At 7:15 p.m. I ate dinner, then rechecked the Deliveries App at 7:48 and it said my package was delivered at 7:12 p.m.For once the package was still there - on my front stoop, seven feet from the street. Usually any package left there will be gone in five minutes, so this time I was lucky. If the delivery person had taken the package to the carport four feet from the front stoop, he/she would have had the choice of leaving the package safely out of casual view on either one of two stoops (kitchen or porch doors)or on a bench or a table left for packages. The doorbell was not rung nor was there a knock. You and your drivers are uncaring [censored]s if you think this kind of delivery is acceptable. I certainly don’t think it is acceptable.
Lasership is the only large delivery service that doesn’t allow people receiving packages to leave directions or instructions for delivery on its site.Every other delivery service accommodates people getting packages in this way. I actually called the Lasership office in Tampa and after several tries was told “We don’t work for you, we work for the senders.” I hope “the senders” soon get fed up with having to replace stolen packages and therefore stop using Lasership, and that you deservedly go out of business. It can’t happen too soon for me.
This is the address on my Temu packages, as suggested by Temu customer service; it obviously didn’t work:

Navigating Package Delivery with Lasership: My Experience and Tips
I recently made a purchase online from Walmart and was thrilled to find out that my item qualified for free delivery. Even better, it was set to arrive the very next day! However, I quickly realized that I had no way of knowing which courier would be delivering my package. As someone who typically prefers USPS, this was a bit nerve-wracking for me.
To my surprise, I discovered that Lasership was the courier in charge of delivering my package. I followed the tracker provided by Walmart, hoping that my package would be transferred to USPS at some point. Unfortunately, this was not the case - Lasership was in charge from start to finish.
As I continued to track my package, I noticed that it was getting closer and closer to its destination. However, when I briefly looked away from my phone, I suddenly saw that my package had been delivered. I was immediately paranoid and confused - to whom had my package been delivered?
I tried calling Lasership's customer service line, but was left on hold for what felt like an eternity. When I emailed them, I received no response. I was left feeling puzzled and frustrated, with no idea what had happened to my package.
Thankfully, I decided to try tracking my package through Lasership's website instead of Walmart's app. This provided me with more detailed information about where my package had been delivered - it had been left at a corner store near my home. This was a huge relief, as I finally knew where my package was and who had received it.
Overall, I would recommend tracking your package through the courier's website rather than the online store where you made your purchase. This method worked much better for me, as it provided me with more detailed information about my package's delivery. While my experience with Lasership wasn't perfect, I was ultimately able to receive my package and am grateful for that.
Terrible Experience with Lasership - Ulta, Bath & Body Works, and Carters Switched to Them
So, I've been ordering from Ulta, Bath and Body Works, and Carters for a while now, and they all switched to lasership. And let me tell you, I've had nothing but problems with this company! The first time I saw that Ulta switched to Lasership was when I got my package delivered at 11pm by a car full of what looked like teenagers. I thought maybe it was delivered to the wrong address, and these people were dropping it off. But the timing of the tracking matched as it being from lasership.
Last week, I had a Bath & Body Works package that said it was attempted but could not be delivered to the location. I was home, and there were no possible reasons it couldn't be left at my house. Then it went to another state, and I ended up getting it a few days later. When I sent them a message about the issue (before it ended up showing up a few days later), I never got a response.
And finally, my Carters package said it was delivered yesterday at the exact time I was outside. No package was ever left. Although, 2 houses down, I noticed a Lasership van was in the driveway. I didn't think anything of it, except that I thought to myself how much I dislike Lasership. Then, I got a notification from Carters that my package was delivered... at that exact time I was outside, and the van was a few houses down.
I called Lasership and waited on hold for 45 minutes. The rep told me it was delivered to me and told me the description of the location it was left. Which didn't entirely match - they said I had a black mat, which it isn't, but from a distance, it could look black. This leads me to believe the driver stole the package. He got a description of my house from a few houses down, then marked it delivered! Had I not been outside while this all happened, I would have believed that it was stolen from someone driving by... which is what you would normally assume, not assume the driver stole it!
I really hope this company goes under! I order online a lot and never had any issues like this from any other courier! It's just frustrating to have to deal with these issues when I'm just trying to get my packages delivered on time.
Beware of LaserShip: A Company Full of Predators and Unskilled Laborers
I recently had an experience with LaserShip and I must say, it was not a pleasant one. The company seems to have a lot of unskilled laborers who are just trying to make ends meet. While diversity is a good thing, it becomes apparent that many people are stuck there with little to no education. It seems like LaserShip takes advantage of this ignorance and lack of ability to see that anyone has the potential to go somewhere where they can prosper and thrive.
I would not recommend this company to anyone with integrity, especially females. The management and sales team are full of predators who seem to have no regard for anyone else's well-being. It's like they haven't realized that growing up and not cheating on your spouse is not that difficult. It's a shame that they pretend to be family men and virtuous individuals, when in reality, they are just projecting a false image. This projection is a red flag, and it's important to watch and listen carefully if you have to work there.
It's like the recent news about Uber - LaserShip seems to be full of dim-witted, philandering, Neanderthals who are unable to see the error of their ways. It's important to beware of all of them, especially those who project themselves as virtuous individuals. They wear their true selves on their sleeves, so it's important to be cautious and stay away if possible.
In conclusion, I would advise anyone looking for a position with LaserShip to think twice. While the company may seem like a good opportunity at first, it's important to be aware of the potential dangers and pitfalls. It's not a company for anyone with integrity, and it's especially not fit for females. If you do decide to work there, be sure to watch and listen carefully, and always trust your intuition.
Terrible Experience with LaserShip: Lied About Delivering Packages and Refused to Provide Proof
We run a small business and we receive hundreds of packages every month. We usually don't have any issues with professional delivery services like UPS, FedEx, and DHL. However, we recently had a terrible experience with LaserShip. We ordered two packages from the same vendor on two different accounts and both were supposed to be delivered on the same day. However, when we received a notification from the vendor that the packages had been delivered, we couldn't find them anywhere. We checked our cameras and saw that no one had arrived when they said they did. We have six exterior cameras with facial recognition and license plate capture capabilities, and we didn't see a single LaserShip vehicle on our street the entire week.
We immediately called LaserShip's customer service, but they were absolutely terrible. They said they would have to send the packages to the "warehouse" to investigate. After 48 hours, we received two separate messages (one per order) that the investigation was complete and the packages had been found to be delivered. However, there was no picture or video proof, no signature proof, and nothing to show that the packages had actually been delivered. We called again and asked for another investigation, but this time we asked for a time-stamped GPS locator of the package delivery. LaserShip flat out refused to provide anything. Another 48 hours later, we received messages saying that "the packages were found to be delivered and we should contact our seller for further information." This was outrageous! LaserShip lied about delivering the packages and now they were making it the seller's responsibility to refund us for the items. This is criminal!
After our third attempt to have the delivery investigated with the same result, we contacted our local sheriff, reported a theft, and opened a criminal investigation against LaserShip. We also contacted the BBB and learned that thousands of people before us had done the same thing regarding LaserShip. We reported them as fraudulent.
If you can avoid having LaserShip as your delivery service, do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs! Their customer service is terrible, and they lie about delivering packages. We would never use them again!
Terrible Experience with Lasership: Avoid at All Costs
So, I never heard of Lasership until yesterday when I got an email from Amazon saying a delivery attempt had been made. I was home waiting for the package and knew no one even attempted let alone got out of the car. I called Lasership and spoke to someone a lazy sounding guy who said I can't track your package. I asked for a supervisor he connected me to voicemail. I called back got a white woman in Virginia the other representative was black. I spoke to her and told her that any reputable company has the ability to track a package and its within the hours so if I need to I will go meet the driver and literally drive to go pick up my package. She told me she couldn't help either and I said what is the point of having customer service if you can't do anything. They need to just route these calls to the Philippines like they do other companies and do away with the customer service. Her boyfriend then got on the phone and said "shut the $#*! up [censored]" to which I replied is your boyfriend a tough guy? Is he a gangster? And she hung up on me. Then a supervisor called me back and I told him I don't want the woman fired I want her to understand the value of customer service and importance of everyone doing their part. He seems sincere and wanted me to get the packages and was going to follow up. Here it is next day still waiting and they said "oh they loaded it up but probably won't be before five" I asked so when? No reply. Like someone is supposed to sit around and arbitrarily wait and hope that they get the package. I pointed out to the guy they have 584 Better Business Complaints filed and a 1 star rating on google. How these guys are even allowed to operate is incredible. Amazon needs to clearly let a customer know their item will be shipped Lasership as this is the worst service I've ever used in my entire life. My top choices are UPS, Fed Ex, USPS (if you have to suffer) after that its better to literally go and get it yourself or have it delivered through a friend. My recommendation is avoid this company entirely.
Terrible Service and Package Theft by LaserShip - Do Not Use!
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by LaserShip. I recently ordered a package from Carters and it was supposed to arrive on May 1st. However, I received a text and email stating that my package had been delivered. I immediately went to check my front door, but there was no package to be found. I then checked my back door, but still no package. I even reviewed my Ring camera footage, but there was no sign of anyone delivering my package. My neighbor also confirmed that no one had pulled up in front of my house.
I contacted LaserShip's customer service and corporate office, but unfortunately, they were not helpful at all. The representative I spoke to, named Girl Chords, was extremely rude. He then put his so-called general manager, Bruce, on the phone, but he was unhelpful as well. Bruce informed me that the driver who had my package was under investigation for stealing and that an anonymous driver was following behind to confirm if the driver was stealing. Unfortunately, one of my packages was one of the ones that were stolen. Bruce told me that I was out of luck and that I needed to contact Carters. However, when I contacted Carters, several other items that I had ordered were out of stock, which was a huge inconvenience for me.
After this experience, I reported LaserShip to the Better Business Bureau and asked Carters not to ship my items through LaserShip again. Carters informed me that they had stopped using LaserShip due to similar cases. After reading other reviews, it seems that this independent contractor company is all about stealing. I hope that no one else has to go through what I went through and that LaserShip's business crumbles down to the ground. They are thieves.
To make matters worse, out of the at least 10 different agents that I spoke to on the phone, only ONE was helpful. The others kept hanging up on me. I assume that they are working from home and don't feel that their calls are being monitored and recorded. It doesn't even matter at this point because I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I hope that the Better Business Bureau can spread the word to not use LaserShip.
LaserShip is a Dishonest and Unethical Company That Should Be Shut Down
I recently had a terrible experience with LaserShip. I was expecting a package from Walmart, but there was no tracking information available all day. I was starting to get worried, but at 8PM, a tracking number suddenly appeared, and it said that the package had been delivered at 1PM. However, I was outside working in my front yard at that time, and there was no delivery person in sight. I was shocked and angry to find out that my package had been stolen, and that LaserShip had marked it as delivered.
After doing some research, I found out that I wasn't the only one who had experienced this kind of theft. There were many reviews on Sephora's website about LaserShip delivery drivers stealing valuable items from packages. Some people even reported that their makeup products had been opened and used before being put back in the box! This is absolutely disgusting, and it's clear that LaserShip is not a trustworthy company.
I believe that LaserShip should be shut down for good. They have been stealing from customers for years, and they clearly don't care about paying their employees fair wages or providing benefits. Instead, they 1099 their workers and leave them to fend for themselves. If LaserShip started charging their workers for every missing delivery, I bet they would start taking their jobs more seriously.
To make matters worse, I recently had another package from Walmart that was supposed to be delivered by FedEx, but for some reason, LaserShip got the last part of the delivery. When I received the package, I noticed that the box had been opened and re-taped. Some of the items inside had been taken out and put back in the box upside down. One of the hair dye boxes had even been opened and some of the product was missing! It's clear that someone from LaserShip had opened the box and tried out the hair dye.
I have already contacted Walmart and FedEx to let them know that I don't want LaserShip to deliver any more of my packages. I hope that other people will do the same and put pressure on these companies to stop using LaserShip. They are a dishonest and unethical company that should not be trusted with anyone's packages.
Terrible Experience with Lasership Shipping via Walmart.com: Delayed, Damaged, and Disappointing
I recently made a purchase of 4 gallons of engine oil from Walmart.com, and was excited to see that they offered free two-day shipping via Lasership. I had never heard of Lasership before, but I figured that since Walmart was using them, they must be a reliable shipping company. Boy, was I wrong!
I placed my order on September 25th, 2020, and was told that it would arrive by September 27th, or at the latest, September 28th. I eagerly awaited my package, but after a week had gone by with no delivery or any kind of message or phone call from Walmart or Lasership, I decided to check my Lasership tracking number. To my dismay, I found out that my package was "delayed" at their facility in Kennesaw, GA. I was frustrated, but I figured that delays happen, so I decided to wait a little longer.
Another week went by with no delivery or any updates via their tracking website, so I decided to call their customer service number. I was told that their Kennesaw facility was experiencing delays, and that they would call me when my package was ready to be picked up and/or shipped. I was relieved to hear that they were aware of the delay and were working on it, so I decided to wait a little longer.
A few days later, I received a call from Lasership, and they asked me if I wanted to drive to their Kennesaw facility and pick up my package in person, or have them ship it from Kennesaw to my house in Marietta, GA. I made the mistake of telling them to ship it to my house, and not telling them that I would go to their facility and pick up my package. I was expecting them to call me and let me know that this had happened, but I learned that on October 14th, the package was reported as damaged, and that it was shipped back to Walmart. I had no idea that this had happened until I checked my tracking number on their tracking website. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with the whole situation.
I called Walmart customer service, and was told that they could either refund my order, or send out another one. Unfortunately, they told me that they can't use any other carrier besides Lasership, so I will be pursuing a full refund. I was disappointed that I couldn't get my order, but I was grateful that Walmart was willing to work with me to make things right.
If you're thinking about using Lasership for your shipping needs, I would strongly advise against it. My experience with them was terrible, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I went through. If you learn anything from this review, it's that if you order something from a large corporation such as Walmart, make sure that you look at the shipping policy very carefully, and make sure that a company like Lasership won't be involved in the shipping & handling of your package, because there's a good chance that it will never arrive, will be damaged in transit, or in my case, both.
LaserShip Review: Incompetent Delivery and Terrible Customer Service
I gotta say, LaserShip is a real piece of work. I mean, if I could give them a big fat zero stars, I totally would. It's like nobody there gives a hoot about anything, and I'm honestly surprised they're still in business. I mean, just take a look at their Yelp reviews - they're all one star! And it's not just me saying this, either. Check out this article from NYMag that talks about how much of a problem LaserShip is: https://nymag.com/intelligencer/2017/09/lasership-amazons-shipping-partner-is-a-problem.html
So here's what happened to me. I was supposed to get a package delivered to the Post Office, but the driver couldn't find the address. I mean, come on, how hard is it to find a Post Office? Anyway, the driver marked the package as delivered and supposedly returned it to the distribution office. But get this - I didn't find out until after the Post Office had closed for the day! So I called up LaserShip to tell them I hadn't received my package, and they took down my home address and phone number. They said the driver would call me when they delivered the package.
The next day, I got a text saying the package had been delivered. But guess what? It wasn't delivered to my house! So I went to the Post Office three times looking for it, but it wasn't there. I even went back the next day, but still no package. Finally, I was able to get in touch with LaserShip customer service, and they sent me a picture of where the driver had left the package - in the self-service customer area of the Post Office! I mean, seriously, how incompetent can you get?
And don't even get me started on their customer service. Every time I called, I had to wait on hold for like 20 minutes, and half the time people just hung up on me. And when I finally did talk to a supervisor, they just made empty promises and didn't actually do anything to help me. It was a total waste of my time, and it's clear that LaserShip doesn't give a darn about their customers.
I wish I could show you a picture of where they left my package - it was totally out of view of the attendants! And the delivery person even took a picture of it, like it was no big deal. Honestly, I have no idea if the driver even delivered my package or if they just took it for themselves. There's no accountability at this company, and they don't care about customer satisfaction at all. It's a total joke.
Terrible Shipping Company: LaserShip - Do Not Use!
This company is just terrible. I ordered something from Fashion Nova and I am going to contact them about their shipping company. I paid for express shipping but nothing was expressed at all. The website said my package would be here on Sunday, October 24th and it was already on the truck. But Sunday came and went and there was no package. I checked the shipping information again and it said sorry for the delay and that it would be delivered on Monday, October 25th. But Monday came and went and still no package. I contacted the shipping company and they told me that the driver got off at 9 and the package was returned. This was the excuse for both days. I asked if I could come and pick up the package because I paid for express shipping and there was something important in the package. But they told me no, I couldn't come and pick it up. I asked how I could receive my package and they told me it would be there on Tuesday, October 26th or Wednesday, October 27th. But I wasn't sure if they really knew what they were talking about because they had already given me two different dates that never happened. The customer service representative hung up on me when I asked for more information.
This company is very unprofessional and their reviews are terrible. I am going to reach out to Fashion Nova and tell them about all the bad reviews. They need to drop their contract with this company because it will affect their business too. I can't say it any louder: THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. They are shady and very unprofessional. Do not do business with them at all. I started searching for other people's reviews of LaserShip and it's awful that everyone is having the same issue with this company. I don't understand why they are still in business. I am trying to contact the owners and see if that helps. I have also contacted the FTC and filed a complaint. I only gave them one star because the updates were correct but I never received the package and their customer service was terrible.
Package delivery from TEMU
I found my package laying at the foot of my mailbox today, on the ground. My mailbox is 1500 feet from my door. Last Tuesday, I noted a large orange package on my neighbor's porch. I went to my neighbor's to see if the package was mine & it was. I don't know what has changed as Lasership has always delivered to my door & I do not know what has changed. Some of what I've ordered from TEMU has not arrived & I wonder if my some of my packages were placed on the roadside, which is where my mailbox is, even when I have correspondence stating my package was delivered. Please advise me what other steps I need to take to ensure that my packages have been delivered to my door, as what has occured up until these issues arose. My email is [protected]@gmail.com. I would kindly like a response.
