I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the delivery service (NinjaVan) provided by your company. I placed an order [protected]) with your company - Lazada during the 9.9 sale and paid a shipping fee of ₱462.00 since the products I purchased are big products and appliances. The tracking (NLPHMP0076418205) shows that my package will arrive by September 15, 2023. I needed the items delivered on the said date for an important event, the items are gifts for a wedding on the day after. However, my package did not arrive, and it was already beyond the promised delivery date. And up until this time, I still have not received the items.
This delay has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration, as I had to make alternative arrangements. Moreover, the lack of communication between your company and your partner courier regarding the delay has only added to my frustration.
I expect prompt and reliable service when I pay for this much shipping, and your company has failed to deliver on that promise. I demand an explanation for the delay and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and frustration caused.
I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation, including improving your communication with customers regarding delivery delays and providing more reliable shipping options. If these issues are not addressed, I will have no choice but to make an official and formal complaint to the Department of Trade and Industry which is copied to this email.
I would appreciate a prompt response on receipt of this letter to advise me on what progress there has been on my order. I look forward to hearing from you.
