Won an Apple Airtag from their tap & win minigame on 25/06/2024, was given a voucher $45 off minimum spent $0 for an Apple Airtag. When clicking redeem on the button, it directs me to the Apple Airtag listing, but was unable to check out using the voucher to redeem my prize because Lazada placed the item under promotion discount.
Contacted support via phone and live chat but was given irrelevant answers that does not pertain to my issue, was even told to use other voucher instead because this is just how their system works. All the attempts to request escalation to the respective department was ignored.
To add to this, since 25/06/2024 until now the item is still repeatedly put on discounted prize which will cause the subsequent winners to not be able to claim their prize too.

Stop wasting time with Lazada’s unhelpful support. Take your complaint to social media and tag Lazada publicly to get their attention. If they still don't resolve it, consider moving your business to a more reliable platform that values its customers and honors its promotions. Stand up for what's right and ensure your voice is heard.
