My bad experience with them is not even purchasing any products. It's simple as unsubscribing from their email list in which i've done soooooo many times I can't count anymore. I also contacted their customer service probably more than i've clicked 'unsubscribed' but hell, all they say is "sorry this and than. . . We've already solved your issue (Which you don't, haven't and don't think you'll ever do) ".
What's worse than this is "i didn't even subscribed to their list!" I didn't even know that this lousy looking deal site even exist! They are probably buying emails from leads gen selling sites or scraping emails and stuff but honestly, I don't give a crap if they do. All I want them to do is simply remove my email from their list. I feel like they have this "possessive-obsessive" thing going on with their list.
I hate spam because I use my email for personal and business use and I don't think they know and or respect that.

Silly answer. You don't read the question, moreover care of your customer. I'm from Indonesia, lazada.co.id and trully hate their spams. Clicking unsubscribe only brings me to login with no option to unsubscribe at all.
I agree with what Vinaa has written about UNSUBSCRIBING to newsletter. I've been receiving newsletter from LAZADA countless time in a day and it is very irritating. When i tried to UNSUBSCRIBE to the website, at first it will ask you to change the frequency of receiving newsletter which believe i truly understand but since i really would like to stop receiving newsletter from LAZADA, i clicked the continue to unsubscribe. What made me blow up is when i tried to unsubscribe, it says there something like "you are now unsubscribe but you are still going to receive few newsletter from us" something like that then when i checked my email i received 2 emails at the same time which says "you are now unsubscribe" and the other one is "welcome to lazada and thank you for registering" what the hell is that? This is totally unacceptable and definitely this is way beyond my privacy!
LAZADA if you are not going to work on this i would definitely not going to stop spreading this message over and over again. You better fix your unsubscription page. I am truly not happy. I am so annoyed with this whole ordeal.

I have just created an acct with lazada simply bec. i meant to view some items that i may possibly purchase soon..i was surprised that i got a mail from them saying that they are thanking me for subscribing to their newsletter..which i never did and even sent them a msg saying that my neice (who was next to me) might have clicked it by mistake, ..until i read some of the comments here that the same thing happened to them..i was in the live chat, but the agent was not even helpful, she just said that i can unsubscribe..i told her that there is no such option..so..what do i do now?..i don't want to pay anything every month for something that i did not even ask for..pls serve justice to ur online users..i wld need immediate attention on this matter pls..

I have been trying to contact Lazada philippines. I need to return an item i ordered which was duplicated. However. They are definitely hard to contact.
Chat is always closed or hopelessly stating that they are busy (all the time). Second, return form can not be found. I do not know how to patronize this company with this kind of service. It is just frustrating. I am from Olongapo and no long distance call on my phone. I hope Lazada change its ways towards customers.
They are really annoying, I tried many time to stop them but still bother me at least twice a day.
Someone from Vietnam stole my email and purchased items from them Lazada Vietnam websites. I emailed them and asked to remove my email from their system but they didn’t do anything. I can’t unsubscribe or do anything else to remove my email. I have to bring up here to let everyone knows about their company.
I am also unable to unsubscribe. I sent a request to unsubscribe, if the do not unsubscribe me I will launch a denial of service attack to bring their system down.
I also experienced unauthorized purchase using my card.. and I cannot delete my account in Lazada.
