This incident happen last night of February 3, 2024.
My plain and simple concern is I want to spend my refund money in my Lazada Wallet but I had problem with activating it because the prompt is keep on saying "Please provide a valid contact number". I have only 1 number and I am using it every day. How come it is not a valid number?
Then entered Emma. She found out that I have another account with Lazada and that my same number was already being entered in it. I have no knowledge of having another account but I do remember I had an order which was suddenly gone from my app prompting me to make another order. But both orders were delivered of which I declined to receive one of it.
So I believe with Emma that possibly I really have 2 accounts. Now Emma advised me to unlink the number I provided to my ghost account so that the active account would have my number validated. I informed her that I only have one account showing from my end. It was then that she instructed me of that "Forget my password" thing.
Nevertheless, I followed her advice. Sadly no matter how I tried several times,
the same account I am currently using is the one only popped up.
When I return for the Lazada chat this morning, it is when I found this email telling me to give thanks to Emma dor having resolved my issue.
Desired outcome: My only desire is use the refund money to order a product.
