my contact number is [protected].
BDO texted me about my credit card being delivered and also they provided me with a tracking number of [protected], the item should be delivered to me last October 15, 2018. I just checked your tracking website, only to find out that it was arrived at SCS Returns? How? No one texted me from lbc about the delivery last Oct. 15! and then you just decided to return it to your headquarters instead? What kind of service is this? Don't tell me that you cannot locate my address? please do something about this! I need my credit card asap! Contact me through my number! Please give me a call or just a message.

Same din nangyari sakin pero I did not received anything text/email man lang nalaman ko nalang kasi updated na sa bpi online banking nila. Ilang beses ako ng contact sa bpi via chat sa tracking number. Sabi before september 2 ma di deliver na. So, I contact bpi via chat at binigyan ako ng tracking number ending RTS na pala nung August 29 pa kakainis talaga LBC!
