Dec. 18, 2019 Sending package from Davao to Manila, I tried to claim Dec. 23, 2019 but two ladies (LBC employees Boni Serrano Branch along Edsa ) told me the package has not yet arrived, then I gave my contact no., Just Incase they will txt or send me message if the package has arrived. But still no one of those Employees in said Branch has send me message, I tried to claim today January 2, 2020 and I claimed today but the male employee told me that the package has an schedule today for return to sender. How disgusting the Services of your employees in Boni Serrano Branch..? Are these employees trained well..?
