My tracking number is not working. I've been been inputting the tracking number so many times but it always says "tracking no. is invalid". the tracking no. is [protected], the sender is: Eldrian R. Alzate, the receiver is: Melvin San Gabriel. I really need to track the package. Please reply to my email: [protected]@gmail.com, hoping for a speedy reply. Please help me track the package it has been 4 days since they received it. The tracking number is not valid and no record at all.
I have the same dilemma right now and the costumer service keep saying is the update is delayed but it should at least say they received the package instead of no record at all or tracking number is invalid.
on reciept it says it will be just 2 days.. but until now still no update on tracking last updated track was december 27
