I ordered the above product on 3 October 2023 and it was delivered to me on 6 October, missing half its contents. I immediately contacted the call center and received a reference number from Winne Ref 763896. The product was collected the following day, without any communication of the collection. I had no feedback from the call center until I followed up with them and eventually was advised that the supplier would be sending a replacement. The replacement was delivered on 12 October 2023. All contents were in the box, however this product does not work. There is absolutely zero pressure coming form this gun.
I sent Winne an email on 12 October requesting that the product be collected and I be refunded. I received no feedback from Winne and tried calling on Friday with no luck. I called at 8:23 today 16 October and spoke to Philile who said she would log the query. At 11:10 I received and email stating that my incident had been resolved. At 16:41 I again called the call center and got through to Winne who told me that A) she knows nothing about the new query and B) the email I received from Leroy Merlin at 11:10, is not from Leroy Merlin.
First issue, i now need to wait until the seller has the product in their possession before my refund is made, which is fine but i am not prepared to wait 7 - 10 days because my call was logged on the 12th already, not my problem if the staff do not ensure that issues are resolved before moving on and ignoring open calls.
Second issue, the service from the call center is SHOCKING. If I did not call and follow us myself, my call would have been ignored.
I will never make use of this service again and possible never shop at a LEroy Merlin store again.
Desired outcome: Immediate refund
