I ordered x2 Fan's from Leroy Merlin and it was delivered on 26 March 2024.
The box I received it in was clearly an old wornout box made for 1 item. I was confused and asked the delivery driver where the other fan was. He said he only has that one to deliver, and the other one will probably come with a different delivery. The box was not sealed, and taped shut!
When i started to assemble the Fan, I realised that there was parts for x2 Fan's.
But not enough parts to complete any of the 2 fan's. The parts that i did have looked like a box of spare parts, there was even al lot of extra little parts. It really looked like a box of spare parts.
For example, Both the Fan's did not come with Fan Blades. So it can not be used. Then the legs/stands was missing some parts aswell.
I complained that same day, requesting for the parts to be delivered, but waited 3 weeks for a reply! The service was so bad that i eventually requested a refund and for the spare parts to be collected from me.
I always get replies that it has been escalated and then nothing.
I don't know what to do to get helped anymore
Claimed loss: R1110.00 and 8 weeks of trying to sort this out to no avail!
Desired outcome: I want a full refund and to Never do business with them again!
