On 27th September I purchased two doors

When I opened the packages this week in order to fit them, they were both [protected]
I returned one to the sore in Albufeira and received a full refund. I went into the store to purchase a door [protected] but there were none in store. I was told I could order one online but the delivery wouldn’t be until 19th December. The work I am carrying out must be completed by 16th December. I asked if local stores had the product and was told only one was available in the Sintra store. I asked if they could have it shipped and they said as it was the only one they have “No”. I been online this morning and 7 are available in Sintra. My customer is expecting guest’s 17th December.
I have been a loyal customer fo 7 years and always recommend Leroy Merlin to friends and clients. It’s disappointing that nothing can be done.
