I have paid for all my materials and installation as per quotation in the beginning of August 2023. This after they recommended one of their vetted contractors to assist with a cutting list so that they can cut accordingly with no issues. I have waited for my order so that we could start the new kitchen. Only after I went to the shop to query where my materials is did they start on this, they blamed the call-center staff. I received the materials at the end of October 2023 only. Almost 3 months. Now that I have the boards and other kitchen accessories I bought together (+- R64 000,00) the boards do not balance and some are cut wrong and not on list according to the vetted contractor, so its a back and forward thing now. Leroy re-cut some and supplied missing boards at my cost of almost +-R5 000,00) Then after receiving these new boards now, there are some missing and some cut wrong. Where is this going to stop? I went in last week Sunday 4th November 2023 and spoke to gentleman that is suppose to be in charge of the certain area and he promised me that all will be sorted, meeting between Leroy and their own vetted contractor will be held and he will even come drop and collect wrong boards at my house personally. Nothing happened instead same-old, WhatsApp message on a group saying we are short, please bring back...this is not customer service at all. It was my wife 40th birthday this past weekend and we even told them that we need the kitchen done, this was obviously not met and a disaster and even caused some problems between myself and my wife. I hope you guys are happy?
P.S. The driver delivering the boards even drove my gooseneck intercom over with the truck, this is another issue.
