Hi everybody. I order a light 40 +days ago and I never receive. I ask for refund and the company stop contact me. I am very sad as I was waiting so long every time they give me some excuse. I was told that is very unusual for a post to take more then 35 days but unfortunately that is the truth. I send them an email and request refund and didn't get an answer back. Please listen to me and never ever buy from this website
double payment
I ordered a pair of shoes online and I checked my bank account and I saw that the sum was subtracted from my account twice! the payment page showed an error when i pressed 'pay', so i refreshed had to fill the information again and I pressed 'Pay'. I check my account and there has been twice taken from my account the money for an order of ONE PAIR. I simply want my money back and some sort of confirmation email (i got none). This is outrageous.

On the 4th of October I ordered a 10.1 inch fusion 5 android tablet. $161.95 was taken from my account I didn't receive any conformation or receipt and I have tried to contact your company but there is no way of doing it as your site won't recognize my log in information. please respond to this message. I bought fusion 5 tab fro amazon. It has poor screen and tab life. screen failed within 3-4 months I was asked to send the tab to hyderabad office for repair. They showed side image of edge after opening and claimed it physical damage. there was no scratch on the screen. The said its not covered in warranty and I need to pay 5600 for screen change I refused so they finally asked me to pay 4000 after holding the tab for 2 weeks with them. I paid they sent the screen changed tab which didnt switch on within a month.
micro sd memory cards
Lightinthebox are suppliers of fake/faulty micro SD memory cards. These have been deliberately hacked/manipulated to show a higher capacity than they contain so the customer is conned. I purchased two 32Gb Class 10 micro SD cards but when tested, they could only hold 7Gb of date. Also their write speed was much slower than the Class 10 standard. It therefore looks as though these are poor quality 8Gb cards which at first glance are 32Gb but are slow, and corrupt all data beyond a 7Gb capacity. Despite being supplied with all the diagnostic reports showing that they have been tinkered with to dupe customers they insist on operating their unfair returns policy. Consequently, I have to pay £6 postage to return their fake items because of their fraudulent activities. Unfortunately, because they are based in China they can continue such practices with impunity.
So, the only remedy is for all potential customers to avoid this supplier. Just google their name to view all the other problems buyers are facing.

I ordered several small items at the beginning of August. It's now the end of October and there's absolutely no sign of my order.
Thanks to my insistence I finally got a tracking number that was fake. I would be happy to get another one, but unfortunately, they answer once a month. It's a great thing if they answer you.
So this is how it is. No money, no order, no service. A horrible company you should avoid at all costs.

I purchased a dress from the website on 25 Sep and according to the expected delivery time, it should be 3-4 business day, but I waited for more than 3 weeks and still haven't received my item. I tried to contact the customer service, but never got any useful information from the customer service by email. The phone number Customer Service website is also not working. This is really the worst ever online purchase I've ever experienced. Do not buy from this website people as it will only make you furious.

I had placed an order approximately 3 weeks back. And it has not arrived yet. The shipping intermediaries have been changed thrice by the company in this duration. Again, the 'Tickets' section provided by the website is hardly responded to by the company. There is no effective customer care service. Now, neither do I have my shipment nor do I have my refund. This is an utterly disgraceful deficiency in service. The amount is quite a lot almost two grand. If the company does not provide a recourse to this, I will definitely initiate a suit them for this breach of sale of goods contract. They have to specifically perform and if not they not only have to refund me but also pay me damages for causing me so much inconvenience and hassle.

fraudulent use of my credit card
Dear Customer service team,
My credit card company informed me that there has been fraud on my credit card account. On 24th September 3 transactions were made to you for £101.23 at 11:23pm, £43.79 at 11:30pm and £60:85 at 11:52pm. My name is Miss Charmaine D'Souza and whoever phished for my credit card details would have received the items by now. The credit card details end with 8331.(Visa credit).
If you can please track these transactions down, they have already been reported by my credit card Nationwide banking as Fraud.

In the 30th of august a placed an order for a this dress. The payment was processed and taken out of my bank account. I did not receive an receipt or a payment confirmation. So I waited. A couple of days later I got a reminder email that I hadn't paid for an item in my check out.
But again. It has been taken out of my account. I can provide a bank statement. All I want is the order to be confirmed and sent out

On 15th of July 2017, I ordered Three black colored sofa covers I paid €92.48 including shipping charge, insurance, duty and tax insurance. Then on 21st July I received the order which was completely wrong and paid €33.22 towards the custom charge to the DHL.
The order that I received had three different sofas covers, 1. Blue, 2. Purple and 3. Dark Blue. I also emailed about this to the customer service team. I was asked to send photos of the sofa cover to the customer service team. Which I did.
On 24th July 2017, I notified Customer service team that I do not want the replacement of the item, therefore, refund 100% back to my account. On the next day 25th July 2017 I shipped the Slipcover back to the shipper via post office which cost me another €52.
On 1st August 2017, I received an email stating that the sofa covers have been received and soon the refund process will begin.
On 6th of August 2017 I received an email stating that sofa covers are being shipped to you, I don’t know why(another mistake from seller). two weeks before on 24th July I clearly stated that I did not want the replacement of the product. I emailed again, about this and one of the member of the customer service team, replied and instructed to reject the delivery so it would go back to DHL and then back to the seller.
Now I had to wait for another few weeks for it to go back. I didn’t get any response from customer service team for a while therefore I contacted them again on 28th of August 2017 and sent an email about reminder for processing the refund of €177.70.
On 29th August I received an email stating that they have not received the package yet.
Today is 3rd October 2017 and still I have not received the refund, I phoned DHL to enquire whether the package has been sent back or not, according to DHL, shipper was contacted on Thursday, August 31st 2017 and the shipper has instructed them to dispose the package.
I am very disappointed with the service and the amount of time it is taking for processing the refund. It has been the worst experience of online shopping.

The dress is completely see through and the color is so off from the picture. I ordered a watch from this company on August 21 and paid in full. The order form said product would be delivered in 7-10 business days. It is now Sept. 29 and I have never received the watch.
I have contacted this company numerous times and when I open a "Ticket", the company closes it and marks it as "Resolved" the next day.

I ordered 2 security cameras in July 2017 from a company called Light in the Box.The items were delivered to the Irish mail service (called An Post), then to Customs and back to An Post. An Post have verbally informed me that they lost my parcel. They told me to contact Light in the box for a refund or a replacement. I also took had insurance with light in the box in the event that my parcel didn't reach me. Light in the box keep fobbing me off with their own rubbish - emails that don’t make sense, incorrect information on the emails.
