fish tacos
Based on coupons with a picture of Fish Tacos I got in my local paper - I went to Long John Silver's. First of all they don't accept the coupons, which I guess it said in tiny print at bottom. I got the fish tacos anyway which look NOTHING like the picture. Absolutely nothing. It was basically a big piece of fried fish stuck in a tortilla. I am willing to bet that it is not even Alaskan wild caught whitefish which is what is advertised.

From the looks of the kind and number of complaints I am wasting my good time to tell you how bad your store #31507 located in Oklahoma City is. But on the chance someone really cares send a rep there a see for yourselves how badly you need to work on this location and your reputation. Too bad because we used to like LJS but we can't justify going back. This is not just a singular problem with this location. I am not happy I have to create an account to register a complaint.

Ordered an 8-piece family meal of all fish (wish I had saved the receipt to give you better feedback, but I tossed it when I got my food.
Our order was$18.01 if that helps.
Family size cole slaw had almost no mayonnaise in it. It was more like cut cabbage. No one ate it.
Rice was undercooked. Crunchy and dry.
And about your packets of tartar sauce... I realize it had been a while since I got take out, but no pickle in the sauce? I know it says on the oacjket there is pickle in there, but the "tartar sauce" doesn't resemble real tartar sauce, and it is very runny.
Disappointing.

My husband and I went in to eat here in las vegas at 5930 centennial cent blvd. We go two l5 and two drinks. 23 bucks for junk: the chicken was so nasty! Extremely tough, the fries were disgusting, fountain drinks were all bad. The workers would not fix the food and said there wasn't anything wrong with the drinks. Told them we would be submitting a complaint, and they laughed and said right, like that's going to work. I will never eat at this place a again. Store was disgusting as well. And I will expect a damn refund!

My complaint is that due to bad management the long john silvers in harrisonburg Virginia was closed .we love to eat there and miss the food terribly .please consider building a new store with good management and I am sure it would be profitable considering James Madison university is here and it is a growing city .please review the great advantage it would be for you and I would finally get my fish thank you

received wrong order
Ordered sampler got charged for it. Received completely wrong order. Manager refused to give me my money back even though I brought food back. Also I had my receipt. Ticket #. 4321 date was 07/22/2018 at 6:30 pm. Restaurant #0212025 or d212025. Ask the manager to call his district manager he refused. He took the food I gave back and threw it in the garbage. Refused to give it back after I told him I called the police. Also I tried to call them on the date of purchase by using the number on the receipt and noneone answered tried to call three times. Also the manager laughed in my face when I told him I wanted a refund at this point. Most horrible experience I have ever had at this food chain. I won't be eating here again. I'm leaving a review because people need to know how this restaurant is treating people.

I went to the location in Oklahoma city on western and it was the worst experience u ever imagined. The manager acts like ghetto towards customers. She has no professionalism to her demeaner! The fish was burnt and all I asked for was some fresh fish that didnt taste like burnt old fish and was told its suppose to look like that and I guess taste like that too. It was brown not golden but pitch brown. It was completely disgusting. The manager refused to replace it and said she only give me a portion of my $ back because I ate 3 shrimps from the whole entire platter that has 2 sides, fish, shrimp, and hush puppies. I asked the lady for a name and she refused to give me a name and said she was the manager but still wouldnt give a name I took a pic of both my receipts. I really wished I video how she acted and the fish too because it would be on social media everywhere but I did post my experience and I'm not the only one this has happened to either.

So first of all I called the phone number on the bottom of the receipt. No answer so left message. No one returned call. The guy at the window Brandon U. Not only was rude and tossed the bag out the window and said nothing but I ordered the three piece chicken dinner. I found out when I got home I had two pieces and no come slaw. The food shortage I can deal with but his horrible attitude maybe because it was 9:20 at night but I will never go to that location again. He was very rude.

My wife and I ate there yesterday.In First the floors were slippery second the casher snessed becauce she was allergic to smell.Does a person like that need to be in the front?Then after sitting down flys were all over the place.So kidding we asked if they hand flyswaters.Well she brought us two/so we could kill flys.They landed on the food as well as us. Time to leave.Even brought my wife the wrong order.And we were the only ones there.Never going back.SO IF YOU GO THAT FLY KILLER AND SPEICAL SHOES AND HOPE YOU GET THE RIGHT ORDER.

7/16/18, at 11:30am, at the New Philadelphia, Ohio store: Your staff member, Michelle, handling food, drink cups, etc, with at least four incisions on her right hand, knuckles, back of hand...multiple sutures exposed. No bandages, no gloves, no [censored]s given. "They don't hurt as much as they did." Absolutely disgusting. I am certain there must be a code regulation for this.

I would give a zero but I want it to register. We drove 33 minutes to get to this place the outside looked terrible run down. I figured maybe its the weather damage. Upon going in I noticed filty floors, the stinch of urine from the restrooms at the entry point was so devistating I couldn't stop sneezing. One employee visable at the counter! I was so taken back as a long time customer pver 28 years I just left disappointed in fearof getting sick from the dirty establishment. There were 2 families eating in there smh. I took my family of five and left ready to report this to osha me being a dhhs vendor. Wasted my time and gas all the way from manassas. I hope you [censored] this one down and rebuild before the government does osha.. I took a loss bit didn't get sick..

I haven't eaten at this store in at least 8 months and with good reason. Read Duncan Sound off Raw on Facebook, July 14, 2018. Roaches, flies, greasy food, rude employees, rude uncaring management and overall...this store should be condemned. LJS used to have a " quality, customers-first" reputation and exceptionally good sea-food menu. Now?...please intervene!

Wife and I have been going to the store in Claremore Oklahoma for several years. We were in there about 1130 on a weekday last week the floors didn't look like they had been clean from the previous day and there wasn't but maybe three or four tables that had been wiped off of unused . It has been like this the last couple of years we've been going in there and not getting any better . We like the food ok but we may start going elsewhere.

I waited for 35 min for 2 combos
I went to long johns on woodville rd in oregon ohio.i waited in line for 20 min to give my order then i waited another 25 min to receive my food.i order 2 3 piece chicken dinners with onion rings and corn .got my order mess up. They gave me fish .then i had to wait another 15 min. The cashier acted like she was under the influence of a drug. This is very unexceptable.i believe you need to drug test your employes at this location something is not right .thank you

This store #31847 in denton texas is dirty and the workers isn't friendly nor the lady manger the floors are very dirty and the booths are so dirty people have to look for clean place to site hush puppies on floor it just so dirty i'm going to call the health dept on this place and the worker hayley s is a rude little girl needs to be fired as well as the lady manger. Ordered l2 platter, hush puppies and coleslaw were good. Fries were room temp at best. Fish was dry and crunchy all the way through. Chicken was eatable.
Restaurant was very dirty, had to wipe down my table. Two other eat in groups were in restaurant went I arrived. Drive through had a few cars in line. Six staff looked busy but had time to come to the front to talk with off shift employee about their plans tonight. Garbage was full. Self serve area was not stocked, I had to ask for utensils from cashier.
This was my second bad meal from this location, I will not return.

July 3 2018 went to ljs on ridge rd cincinnati ohio... Drive thru guy took order seemed efficient... Guy ahead of me was asked to pull up and so was i, the 1st guy got his food. Another customer came out of the store and said he had asked for his money back. The place was disgustingly dirty. None of the staff had gloves on.
The first guy who was asked to pull up got his food and left. I decided to go inside and also was disgusted by the way the place looked several employees hanging out no other customer at the counter and no one acknowledged me. Finally someone came up to me and I asked for my money back. The guy said your food was coming out but after seeing the place and no employee wearing gloves I was shocked it just all turned my stomach. I should have been more adamant about getting my money back but I didn't want to get angrier than I was... I took the food and left. When I got home I threw away $20.00 worth of food. Never again my next trip will be to captain d's... Never liked them as much as you guys. It's a shame...

This is about the location in carlsbad nm. I don't ever complain but this was so ride and crazy u need to know. I went thru drive thru and when I drove off I noticed I was missing a meal so I pulled in and went inside. This happened on 6-29-18 at 740pm mt time. So i'm inside and the guy on cook line told me oh yea we forgot ur fries I said yes also my chicken strips he said no I said yes he said no. I said of u want me to bring in all the food and show ui will. I don't have it. He was like ok i'll make it I said thanks. I stood and waited.. When the register person handed me the food I said thank u. The cook or mgr I think I don't know forsure. Said have a good night I said utoo then he followed with or not whatever I don't care [censored] off.. I'm a gm at a fellow restaurant here in town and this is insane who talks like this to customers. The guy is a heavy set white male. Do something about his mouth.

I went into the store approximately 3:30pm and asked for 3 dinners to go one was L2 the other two were L6's I was never more disappointed in the food like I was the fries were deep fried more than once were hard to eat the chicken was old could hardly chew it in fact my dogs got both the chicken and fish. Awful expensive food to give the dogs All 3 meals were all bad I'm not too sure about ever going back there again
