I bought bangles from there dubai shop and they had assured me that it can be used for daily use. After two months bangle is broken. We have similar design and weight bangle from other jewelers which is still in awesome shape. Malabar gold is duping customers and have very rude staff too. I spoke to there director in mg road cochin showroom he just wanted me out of the showroom. They want additional work cost if i exchange the product. . I don't understand what kind of scams these jewelers are running. When you buy a ornament for the first time you pay additional work cost. . If you exchange it coz its defective why do i need to pay extra ? What happens to first work cost i paid? Why can't they adjust it against it? Some one should help file a case against these malpratices.

Because of faulty fixing the diamond is lost and i complained to their bangalore showroom. I met mr. Imtiaz, his response was negative.
He told me to send mail to their chairman.

I wish I had done some research nefore stepping in the lokhandwala shop. They welcomeso well to sell. Total conman. I bought a diamond ring. Within first time wearing 2 ddiamonds from different location fell off. When I went to them they stupidly said its because of hitring something. From 2 different sides? While rjey were passing the buck they were not convinced themselves. I asked to return it bexuase making is poor but they wanted ro follow regular rules of return. Buy another diamond jewellery instead...am I a fool to buy from people who dont know how to make diamonds? Who cant take responsibility of their products. Beware friends its happening to lot of people.dont buy diamonds from this shop. Now I am stuck with this ugly memory of loss of my money. Vi am disgusted. I have the same experience from Dubai Malabar Gold. it was a diamond nucleus, and got broken in couple of hours. We bought this necleus on our way from USA to Kerala. They agreed to fix it any showroom in Kerala even for exchanging. Next day I visited Malabar Gold showroom in Thrissur, Kerala and they said, they can fix it. When I contacted Dubai Malabar Gold, they simply washed off their hands. Very bad experience ever in my life.

We had purchased two bangles from malabar gold jewellary at Perinthalmanna on 24/08/2014 on an exchange basis of old ornaments. But to our surprise we found that one of the bangles was found to be distorted at some points of its circumferance when the package was opened a few days later.we never expected such an experience from a reputed firm like them. when we approached their shop they didn't accept our request to replace it.To replace it additional Rs2000 had to be paid by me.bill no 11724 24/8/2014

i have been paying monthly instalments under gold purchase scheme from 2013. while registering they have said that "we can purchase the gold that was accumulated in the monthly scheme, there would be no making charges and bonus will be given". but today on [protected] when i went to purchase a chain they were collecting 20% of making charges. so i said i dont want to purchase i ll take gold coins of the same gold. initially they said no then again yes. overall finally when i argued they gave me the gold coin of approximately 1g (4 coins) 4*2455. they have charged rs 100 per coin and 1% vat. it meant that scheme is not at all use ful they have given 633 bonus. to take my gold i have to pay again. i would ve paid happily but there response was so rude. i felt like it was better not enter MALABAR any time. when i went to ask kalyan they are just charging 50 per coin and there making charges on other ornaments is 18%. if we ask this question to executive of malabar he says then go there if you are benefitted there. i request all the people please dont invest in such schemes. I am an Advocate from Chennai, the Malabar Gold People in their T. Nagar branch are a total scrap, Under their savings scheme I purchased a necklace for which the sales person (Nizammudin) did not say he was adding stone charges but he charged about Rs.1200/- as stone charges for a fancy stone which is not even worth a dime, the jewelry itself is a bogus prima faci as they mention two different grams viz. 12 gms and 4.52 gms, further the sales person conned me by saying he was reducing the already exorbitant 23% to 18% and silently added the Rs.1200/- stone charge without mentioning the same to me. I have issued them the legal notice to them, to which the Manager came down to my house but still insisted that their charges were right, also I met one Faris who was arrogant enough to say he would rather spent on court then to please a customer. They give 8% PA for their gold savings scheme to the poor public, and cull out 23% + stone charges. I had taken many of my friend to purchase gold from there and I am a member of there scheme as well and add many of my friends as a member. On 07.04.2015 at 4:2pm. (Requesting to check camera) went to purchase gold the branch manager was behaving so roud with me he is telling that he don't to sell gold to me and he was arguing very badly he was using bad languages as well. Expecting the senior management to take action on him. For sure I am not going to by any thing going forward from Mallabar and I am withdrawing with my scheme as well along with all my friends. Hi. We went to malbar gold shop in phoneix mall Bangalore, we had worst interaction there. We went inside and we was checking for gold rings. And there was no chair to sit. So one of employee there her name is SOWMYA, we asked her for chair 3 times, after that she brought chair and pushed towads us. And even shop was not that much rush also.. She don't have manners how to interact with customers.. Why the hell she is working there then. Her work is only to talk with customers n give them proper place to sit thats it. I was a a regular customer of Malabar Gold for last one year or two in their branches in Dubai.Took lots of gold for my wife and kids but surprisingly there is some drastic quality issues with their ornaments in last two or three months.As rightly mentioned don't go with the advertisement campaigns or anything

I bought a diamond necklace set from Malabar Gold at Ras Al Khima location, UAE for 10, 500 dhs on the way from Canada to India on May 2016. They said because of Akshaya tirti offer they giving discount of 55% for the diamond sets. After I returned, I check their prices on online and I realized that they charged me 25% more for my item. They listed online more carat weight and gold weight for lesser price. I wanted to solve this issue. I thought it is a big store, so they will have some standard price, and we won't go wrong. But they cheating people. I am going to call the customer service. I wants to get exchanged either for fair price or 100% return for the purchase. The management should take responsibility for this price difference. Otherwise I am going to take action at Duabi.
We had a similar issue from Malabar gold Karunagapally, Kollam, they even don't know how to behave to customers. At the time of purchase, they promised us to take back the gold with 1% reduction, however, now they are saying that the rules changed in their Shops, and you will lose 2% on every gram of gold. I've bought on line a ring (on 1st of October - order # [protected]) and I've received a mail from the customer care telling me that, as the ring ordered has not passed the quality check, I have to pay something more for a ring of 2.03 instead of 1.76 gross weight. I paid the surplus and on 13th of October I received my ring. The invoice description declares that the ring gross weight is 1.76 and not 2.03. I wear the ring, and after only ten minutes, I realize that it has no more one of the gems. At once I write to the customer care mail, asking also if they have sent me the wrong, damaged ring, but they just reply to send it to them (at my expense and I live in Europe) for servicing. I explain that shipping cost along with customs cost was more than the cost of the repair and asking if I may bring it when I was back to Dubai next year, but I have no reply. As no reply has my request about the real weight of the ring they have sent. Now I would like to have a refund, in order to have the ring repaired in my country.
I bought a new chain from Malabar in chennai on 18/11/2016 within two days the chain got broken in two different places, i called & spoke with wilson in that branch he said that they cant able to replace they can do only soldringn the chain. On 25.12.2016, I had with family visited Malbar Gold Show Room at 22, Camac Street, Kolkata along with Friend and his family. We had some purchases there also. But the behavour of the persons dealing with us and the Cashier were baffling us. Minimum courtesy to offer seats to us to see the items we like to purchase was missing. I had to remind for that and then we got a seat. Further at the time of making payment, I expressed my displeasure at the counter, but that person was still hopeless and non challant. Even, he was so demcare that he was not bothered when I told to record my observations in the Visitor's book. I recorded by views and experience in the Book kept in the show room and mentioned my name and Contact Number.
More than a month has passed I have not received any call/response from someone who cares for its Customer. Before 5 to 6 days i booked a bracelet which have weight is 7.4 gram and price is 24280 according to salesman.But when i Collect it yesterday from rajkot Malabar crystal mall center, they cheated me.They Gave me a bill 25055 approx.
When I asked, they told that tax is there. And also when i weight my bracelet when they delivered me, weight is 7.3 gram.
