Hi Team,
I am writing to you to let you know how disappointed I was with over overall Customer Service experience specific to Hyderabad Kondapur branch malabar. I have a gold scheme from the same branch where I was told that I can purchase anywhere in INDIA but later on I got to know that it has some other process that needs to be followed which I was not told at the enrollment of the gold scheme. This is a completely wrong commitment given by your sales rep and no one is ready to take accountability in the Kondapur branch now. Also I have called them multiple times(Store manager is not available at any point in time ) but there is no proper response. Today I travelled all the way from my home(Narsingi) with my 1.5 year old kids from the Somajiguda branch to Kondapur. It took 6 hours . Very RUDE and IRRESPONSIBLE employee I am surprised that such a well-known and respected company could allow people.
Sorry to say that, I have been with Malabar for more than 6 year now but now completely lost the TRUST on Malabar with all the experience I had today, I WILL NOT CONTINUE with MALABAR going forward.
NOTE :- No Proper communication , no sympathy and empathy towards customer’s feelings. I would like to share my experience with your company CEO as well.
Request to take proper action to better growth...

And I was visited solapur maharashtra store on 2.1.23 and shown the same they fixed diamond its but its old also colour looking dull.

Online orderd item still not deliverd.
I order one product in online and the product not deliverd in my address. I contact their customer center and the reault was dlivery only possible 6-7 working days. Now 9 working days completed still item not received. The product i orderd for my wedding anniversary. If am tracking the product Still courier is showing the same place more than 7 days.

Refund issue
I had order online that was ready to wear order. As per rule ready to wear order you get full refund if you don't like product. But after returning my product I didn't get full refund. I have asked to customer representative they said they will refund soon. I have sent it mail regarding that but I didn't get response. I have asked them many times to refund my different amount.

Buying jewelry online
I ordered online 900 dollars worth of jewelry on the 04.11.22 the money was pulled from the credit card company. Until the 18.11 no answer on my order after alot of emails that I have sent. On the 18.11 I get an email asking for my identity card printed with my hand next to it and my credit card picture. Such a crazy request and the amount of time is also suspicious.

Gold bar not recieved against payment
In 29th April 2022 we swipe our Credit card in Andheri near infinity mall Malabar showroom 250000/- but till now we haven't received any order or refund against such payment. In 50 gram we took 10 gram on the spot while payment but after that we haven't received refund or remaining order. Even I email on 2 nov 2022 to their Branch and Customer i haven't responded on email. Next day on 3 nov i received call from Malabar accounts team also spoken with Store Manager Mr. Akbar he said invoicing is done against payment but I clearly said that this product has not been received. He said i will share you the Invoice copy with recieving copy. But after so many reminders email to Malabar Gold they not responded to my Email. So please look into this it's huge amount to me . This is regarding the behavior and attitude of Krish (Store Manager of 1348 Oak Tree Rd, Iselin, NJ 08830). We have been purchasing from this store since a long time and we are a regular customer of this store.
From the time Krish is acting as the store manager, we found his behavior very awkward and rough. His attitude is either take it or just get lost. I don't think he has a salesman attitude and also he tries to understand the customer demand. He just thinks to complete the transaction. This is not the way to do a business.
I myself is a Client Director and manages multiple client in Banking Financial Services and Manufacturing Industry. So I am very well aware how to deal with customer. He is not just fit for a customer facing role. Every year we purchase a significant amount from Malabar.
However I feel if I get this type of behavior, I need to change the store. There are several other vendors whose behavior is very nice. Yesterday only we bought a significant amount from one store in Oak tree road and their behavior is very pleasant. They listened to our needs and adjusted the price accordingly. What I get from Krish is harsh behavior and a stubborn answer. Tell me why I should continue my business with Malabar.

My self Nazeela. I have been cancelled one of my online order no [protected] on 21 of sept which was an international order. Still today I haven't received back. From your customer service first time they told me it will be credited by 7to 10 working days. On 5th October i rang to your customer service number and the man who attended the call responded as after checking the details it will credited within Friday.
It's Saturday today. Untill now I haven't received my payment back. We never expected this type of experience from one of a largest jewellery brands.

I and my wife visited your store at hamdan, we got married in 2019 and we purchased required gold from your store.. lately on 15th of July at 9.40 pm we were assisted by Mr. Ashik, firstly he was lethargic n he also told us 'plz do it fast as i have to attend other customer' (which nonsensical as we are also one of the customers), i wouldn say much but just check the CCTV footage and focus on his hand gesture as we told him we will leave since u said u r busy and wanting to assist other customer while assisting us.
We don't deserve this, i know irrespective of all this your business will flourish anyway.. I would have created a scene there itself in front of packed customers at your store but by doing that i didn't want to get into his pit.
If you are courteous, let me know what action has been taken on this..
Manufacturing defect
I bought a diamond ring with 25 natural diamond, 1 of the diamond fell off the ring without any damage. There is no damage which can end up diamond fell off. This is clearly manufacturing defect and store is charging me for about 1200 rupees which is the cost of diamond. Every other brand like Kalyan, Tanishq assures that customer do not need to pay anything when it is a manufacturing defect. 90% of our jwellery is from Malabar and I am highly disappointed and worried because of this incident. Very bad quality and service.

In Rajahmundry - Malabar gold and diamond we have purchased a mangalsurtra with invoice no: RJMGS0028324 with amount Rs:62331/-. today my wife was about to wear the jewellery for first time and notice that there is a internal damage in mangalsutra. Then we have rushed to Malabar stores where we have purchased it and informed to manager(Name : Santosh) for exchange as the jewellery was not damaged due to the negligence of us. But the manager ignored our concern/complaint and he was not ready to do so, he have informed for the refund the same at cost of 52000 as per the bill. informing this as we are the regular customers from begining, he is not giving good service/respect to the customers and ignoring their complaints . I have purchased a diamond ring on 12-september 2021, from the above mentioned branch, since i have purchase the ring diamonds are keep falling apart, today third time i have given my purchased product to Malabar gold Bahrain Hidd branch to fix the missing diamond,
At the time of purchase it has been said that i can be used on daily basis, even though the product is used occasionally, the diamonds r keep falling. And as per MGD they have done there best to keep customer service and from next time there will be charges applicable.
I have requested to check.the issue and inform if it is possible to exchange the ring because every time it is given to service it takes 5 to 10 days to fix. The response was the value of the ring will reduce to 98 BHD, which i have paid 160 BHD.
Given reason that i have requested MGD to resize the ring, at the time of purchased it was not mentioned to me that if the ring goes for resize there will be no exchange afterwords. During purchased it has been said that anything happen we are here at your service and all, anything happens we are here, we can change the item for you if you didn't like it, and now within 2 months MGD is reducing appropriate 30% of the ring value.the given commitments and words by MGD has no value of customer and their products?
The sales person said you have to stop knocking the ring around, do MGD things that we have no value of our items which we are knocking the item around to get damage?
I AM MGD customer since 2006, It is the bad ever experience with MGD this time and the team handling is really bad at all. They are trying to say that this is our mistake and i have no value of the product.
One day my wife wear ring and 10 days it stays with MGD, what kind of service we are getting it?
