Disappointed about the making charge 25%
Dear Sir, I'm a potential customer of Malabar Gold Malaysia since 2015.
Every year I have purchased 120 grams above.
But today I purchased one gold ring in KL. I'm really disappointed about the making charge 25% of 10 grams.
Even though I'm a regular customer, you have treated as normal customer. We really really disappointed today.

Gift vouchers
Dear Concern,
I made an online purchase of gift voucher on 13 February 2021 that was supposed to deliver to my fiancée who is in Dubai. After I paid I called the CSR and was informed that it will take minimum half an hour to 24 hour to process and it has been a fortnight, nothing happened.
I supposed to gift my fiancée on 14th should I wait for next 14, or you have any suggestion. Please advise.

I am complaining about the service provided by malabar jewellery shop noida sector 18
This is Pratik Vishal.The behaviour and tone of talking of the salesman Mrs Reeya and Mr Pranav who work in your Noida sector 18 shop branch was worst.Both of them misbehave with us last month in December 2020.I want you to take action against them and fired them from job.The manager of that shop didn't listen to us and not doing anything against them.
About wrong billing in malabar gold ruwi branch

I visited malabar gold West Gate Mall Ruwi High Street on 30-mov .
Total purchase of gold 808 omr.
I payed 208 rial from bank muscat dedit card.
For 600 rial payment i used my credit card to pay in installment. I requested them to swipe card carefully.
But your staff were very careless they not swiped for installation payment.
Now all the 600 omr I HAVE to pay in one month.
Please solve my problem.

Rado watch service
Dear Sirs,
About a month back I had given intact running old Rado Diastar watch to change the strap to Malabar Gold showroom in Mangalore, and as they insisted gave watch for service, and they promised to give 2 years warranty too.
After few days I received call from their Bangalore showroom saying that some parts has to be changed which costs 8, 000.00 more.
On reply I asked them to just service the watch and give it back which they agreed. About 3 days back they gave the watch with new strap with a reduced price and said service is done and the warranty is only 6 months. After coming home I checked the watch. The dial was damaged inside edges. As I had a friend who was in Gulf, who was working for Rado, now retired, I showed the watch to him.
He opened the back plate and for my surprise, nothing was done. Even rubber ring was half. Immediately I had been to showroom...and the response was not encouraging.
It's a surprise for me, a International Co. MALBAR GOLD, is having untrained staff.
Please take this as a complaint and please do the needful.

I want to complaint about manager and sales man name iliyas from malabar store in bahrain which is beside gold city the individual store
I asked rep ilyas to show a chain for my mother around 5 gms he showed a chain with 19bahrain dinar making charge uponwhich I said I will come later with some people who are expert in such thing he got angry and he said (time paas aur ghumne aaya hai kya with a very sarcastic tone) upon which I called a manager and that manager was looking at his mobile screen while talking to me busy in phone I told him my grievience but he ignored that okay let me help u buy the product and I told him what action you will take he said I can't shout or throw him out and he used a harsh tone too I visited there yesterday which is 25th sept 2020 around 6 pm probably the store is located beside gold city manama bahrain I also spoke to other store in malabar which is inside gold city they told me it will be escalated now I wanted to make sure it reaches the authority and ill use all my super channels to make people aware of this under trained people who don't know how to talk to customer and how malabar maintain their brand and I will make sure none of my people buy any items from this store I work for arab financial services and I got many indian friends who make purchase of 1000 bhd as a whole atleast in a month and I will reach out to all my social friends and make sure no one buys from this pathetic brand who hire such clown who don't know what is customer relationship or customer service and yes I bought gold of 6.8 gms from next store named jawhara please convey my mesg to ilyas and his manager the store which is outside cold city manama
Service is worst and no response.
My item has ordered 3 months ago and till now did not received yet. They have shipped item 10 days back and now blue dart courier team has missed or not reached item and courier team are saying investigating with team and no response.
But malabar are not taking any proper action so far. But still I am follow up with them. Please do not buy any gold from malabar gold online store.
Customer service are very poor and no good response.
Golden gain advance purchase plan

It is submitted that I lily vinita purchased a plan of rs.3000/-pm for eleven installments matured on 20.03.2020.
On maturity I went for reimbursement of my plan on 21.03.2020 but they did not allow to buy gold.
In due course from 22.03.2020 followed a nationwide lockdown, later on 23.05.2020 again I went to the showroom for the reimbursement on which they were giving at the current rate of gold which is more than rs.7000/- from the actual date of maturity.
Sir, why should I pay more of 7000 for no reason I went to showroom in time for reimburse as per term and condition, it is the companies fault who did not return my policy in time.
The showroom is not ready to give my reimbursement amount at the maturity date it is the company liability to compensate the customer but they are harassing the customer mentally physically now I am tired to go again again leaving my two minor children behind
It is my humble request to kindly deal the case at the earliest and resolve otherwise I will file a suite against the company for fraudulent activities and cheating and make the company closed.

It is intimated that I Lily Vinita Xalxo r/o D-166, Moti Bagh New Delhi-110021, have purchased a plan mentioned above on 05.05.2020 of Rs.3000 PM for an equal installments of eleven months which was completed in 01.03.2020 ie.last installment paid.
I visited the showroom for reimbursement on 21.03.2020 as per term & condition but the company did not reimburse followed by nationwide lockdown from 22.03.2020 and later when I visited the showroom for reimbursement they were giving me the gold at the current prevailing rate which was more than 7000 rupees as on that day of maturity dated 21.03.2020.
Sir, why should i be given at a loss of such big difference for no fault.
It is the company's part of fault who didn't reimburse my claim timely though I was present there at the right time, I am tired of going again and again leaving my two minor children at home alone, I am harassed both mentally and physically badly by the showroom sales manager and employees who misguided me eventually I met with an accident my scooter damaged badly who will be responsible for this.
Sir, I earnestly request you to kindly resolve this issue at the earliest on top priority basis otherwise I will file a suite against the company for fraudulent activities and cheating in the civil court and consumer court.

Most of our family members using Malabar Gold Online Shopping and by my self I'm using from 2015. I have ordered a custom design bracelet for my bf's birthday and I ordered a month back from the birthday date. I called and spoke with the customer care more than 15 times and each day I'm hearing different story from them for the delivery. Her birthday is on 10th February and in 100% sure that it will not reach there on time.
Very bad experience ever from the new team and will no more use this damn service again and also going to share about this 0 star experience with all of my circle.

Navratna gold ring
Firstly im living here in uae past 11 years and an loyal client for malabar since 2008 and used to recommend many of my colleagues (6500 employees in rak ceramics and friends to buy from malabar for the quality and service.
Recently i had purchased my navratna gold ring from rak branch and i wanted to re-size it they advised it would take time from rak branch so kindly approach dubai branch for quick service.
I visited karama branch dubai and submitted for res-sizing and they advised 10 working days ref # 421234 manual receipt.
Last saturday 02-11-2019 i called the branch they informed me you can come and collect by afternoon 2.30pm it is ready to deliver.
I went all the way second time including for the submission day intially to dubai from ras al khaimah and they searched the repair items records and informed me sorry sir its not received here by mr. Jamsheer and was not convinced me the reason i was really disappointed going twice to dubai and results are poor customer service for a customer being for 11 years to malabar.
I suggested them a solution to deliver to rak branch i can collect it and as on today nothing happened kindly help me in this regard for one last time to deal with malabar and i will stop buying in future.
I am extremely disappointed and upset at the dealing by Barwa Village branch in Qatar by the staffs and late by the Manager in Charge. I had been a customer of Malabar Gold & Diamonds for the past six years and the recent poor dealing has forced me to think whether I should visit any of Malabar Gold & Diamonds branch again or not.

Worst customer service at salmiya showroom, past eight year I use to buy jewels at malabar gold kuwait. I went to pay my chit at salmiya shop the sales executive said we are so busy now can you wait for 15 to 30min or come later. I seen lot of staff member are simply standing and looking for customer who want to buy gold, so that means they didn't consider me as a customer. I decided to stop my chit then the executive didn't say anything and they proceeded to show me the jewell. What is the different between people paying chit or buying gold without chit.
You guys have to treat everyone as a valued customer. Here after I never buy anything from malabar gold and I will not refer my friends and family to visit your worst showroom.

I reached at shop of malabar, karol bagh branch, delhi. No any one call for better service for example sitting, tea, coffee. Customer was very bad. there was receptionist always speaking with standing about malabar schemes and not telling for sit and tea coffee.i was very tired.please improve customer attending service at malabar shop, karol bagh, delhi. Gold and diamond bangle
I bought a bangle, I went to the shop to do an another lock option for the bangle to make it safer, but they just bended it and it look became very bad.
I been called and told the bangle is ready and been fixed in a best way.
I went to the shop to receive it, it look so horrible, staff were denying
I was totally upset because it's their fault and they refused to solve it.
Staff wasn't honest, and the manager wasn't able to solve the problem, they only provided me option to return 70% cash.
I'm so upset with that and I'll not buy from Malabar again.
That issue effects your name as an international gold supplier.
I was expecting to be treated in a better way but unfortunately.
I believe the stuff need more training and some seminars to enhance they ways of communication and to be honest with the costumers.

Poor customers hospitality
Hi Team,
This is to bring under your kind notice about the Malabar store in Bahrain .I happened to visit all the store and found the store collection for both gold and diamond absolutely exquisite. The staff was attentive, humble and ready to help for all my request. However, I was buying gold jewellery and not diamond jewellery, so unfortunately the customer who visit the store are not eligible to get a chair. Malabar only offer chair to the customer who is buying diamond will get all the comfort of chair.
I was little surprised to see this, I was there to select a gold jewellery which took an hour, and non of the staff offered us chair to sit. A company who can pay huge amount to the ambassador kareena Kapoor khan to prompt the brand is unable to provide a chairs to there customer at there store, which is totally not acceptable.
Malabar is an Indian brand and India is a country which is famous for there hospitality. Imagine a store in middle East representing India and what if any non Indian customer comes and get such a bad treatment of not getting any chair to sit can be very unpleasant.
So please let's be little more courtegous and provide extra chair at the gold counter as well so that gold buyer can sit comfortably and select there stuff.
I hope this will be taken care soon and next time when I visit the store, some one Will offer me a chair first before the show me there jewelers collection.

Misleading a customer
Dear Team,
I just want to bring to the notice of service and Staff which had lied to me over and over again on the transaction which i made with Malabar Office in Ruwi, I visited the branch on Around June 28 2019 and gave in one Diamond ring which i purchase it from Malabar Gold for the Price for 242 Rials when i was at the shop the Sale Men told me there are deductions for selling the ring which is around 90 rials and there gave me only 150 Rials for the same . Once i went back home looking into the receipt i notice that . i called Outlet stating i want the Ring back but no one attended me . Again the next day i called over and over again i spoke to Mr Jamal saying that not to worry i will get the ring back . He needs to confirm from the accounts and C operate department and he would be calling me back or the accounts people will be calling me, It had been 3 or 4 days i waited i did not get any calls from any one so visited the Branch personally and Spoke to Mr Jamal he said please dont worry your ring we will get back .
I still waited no calls during that time had family issue in my house and i to travel to India and but been calling them continuously very second day people keeping my call on hold and states there will get me the call back with the information of the ring .
On The 23/07/2019 i spoke to Mr Sulaman the give n name by the sale person in Malabar Gold Ruwi out let staying again the Accounts will get back to me and no one did again, I called again on 24-07-2019 Then Mr Suliman said you cant get the Ring back because it has been melted . This kind of Service land lies told a customer is not acceptable. Because there been lying to me the whole month and now there cant get my ring back . I want an action o be take from the team side Against the Member( Sale Men ) and i want my ring back .

Diamond earrings
Dear Team,
On the 4th of June 2019, I had stopped at the kiosk that was set up in Oman Avenues Mall that had some promotion at that time. I picked up a diamond earring in yellow gold which was sold to me as .50c Solitaire. On the counter I noticed that the pin of the earring was very weak and the screw was also loose. I then asked to cancel the purchase, but the sales agent promised to have that changed to which I agreed. After a week when I was called to pick up the earring I noticed that the piece was changed and the earring was in white hold with one center diamond of .43 c and 16 small stones of .16c. We were sent to Darsait shop to speak to the sales agent Jijo Stephans who was very rude and refused to return the money or exchange it. This was very disappointing from behalf of a reputed brand like Malabar. We felt cheated and let down by Malabar and will be taking this mater to Oman consumer protection too.

I bought a bracelet and have it resize at the same time and salesman told me that I will get it maximum of 10 days and on my receipt the due date written is 11-05-19 but they will just call me once its ready hence I didn't got any call so on 14-05-19 I visited the shop and they told me they did not receive the item yet so I informed that I will be out of the country on 20 so I need the item before 20th of may and they promise they will call me max 18th of may but until now im on my way to airport I still did not receive my item. The service sucks compare to other jewelry shop I had a repair service also in jawhara which I just gave on 4th of may but on 11th my items was well received.
