I am frequent customer for malabar Gold. I have visited today( 27.12.2019 at 8.30 pm) to Malabar Gold showroom @ Gold Souq. It's was very bad experience /Insult happened inside the shop. my 4 yrs old son was sitting in chair very close to me and my family was purchasing gold next me as well. The gaurd have made my son to get down without informing anything and given the chair to other person.
Further I asked the question, he was very rude and answering as since he was rotating the chair he removed the chair from him. But he should inform this to me by make him down and removed the chair, but he haven't done that and when I ask this go & sit there.
Further the store manager also very rude and not ready to realise what happen and not acknowledging the mistake.
We are very sorry, you have lost a customer . I would like to twit, if there is no response . I felt it as ratisiom from the store manager discussion.
